I got to know the newly renovated house and it really knocked me over. Absolutely well thought-out concept whether in the room as well as in the food and beverage area.

There is proper air conditioning.

We checked into the hotel on 14/12 only to discover that they were undergoing upgrading works. The room was noisy and there was no privacy as it was on the same level as the gondola the workers were using.
We spoke to the front desk and they couldn’t resolve the situation for us. Mr Andres, the hotel manager was called to try and assist us.
Mr Andres was very helpful with assisting us with alternatives. He showed us the other rooms that were on the floors where renovations were completed and gave us a very good rate for the rooms. He took the time to check on Avi I’m ITT of rooms and showed us the rooms before we decided on which room we were happy with.

We’ve enjoyed this hotel several time since the summer. Currently under renovation. The rooms are very nicely appointed and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet with a huge selection.
Look forward to seeing the renovation on the lobby, restaurant and Gym/spa once they complete that. Returning in a week and in the winter.

Love Vienna and love the views from Hilton Stadtpark. Great rooms. Friendly staff, great restaurant. However, I did miss some signs of environmental awareness, such as recycling of plastic etc. The hotel still have blue plastic cotton buds available in the bathrooms. I hope these will be banned before next visit.

Was there as part of a training course. Service during the breaks was nice and satisfying. The trainig room did not have power sockets readily available. (only through opening the floor hatches)

It's a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Delicious, varied food. Lots of different audiences. The bar is expensive, as in all hotels in the world. In general, there were positive impressions. The greatest value is that the hotel is located next to the historic centre, from where all the beauty of Vienna are within walking distance.

Location is key! In the heart of the city, close to the park, museums, and other tourist attractions. Accessible by public transportation, yet surprisingly quiet. Modern amenities, very comfortable and clean. Love the service. If anything, this hotel should offer free Wi-Fi to all areas, and not just to Hilton Honors members.

My first impression with the check-in service and the room was very good. However, my whole experience was ruined by the lost of my Pandora bracelet that I forgot and left inside the room when I checked-out. I realized that I forgot the bracelet about 4-5 hours after checked-out and I called the hotel right away. I requested them to check where I left it and also to search the whole room. They feedback that they have checked with the housekeeper and also with lost and found department. Unfortunately, they found nothing. It was my fault that I did not double check before I left the room. However, I admit that I didn’t think that I will not get it back since it just few hours passed and it’s a luxury hotel with high security. More importantly I remember clearly where I left it before I leave. I know that there is no chance I will get it back now but I still hope for a miracle that the hotel will found it and contact me back. Even though I could buy a new bracelet but it would not be the same since many of the beads were given as a gift from my families and friends.

Management and staff are the worst. As a Hilton Honors Gold Elite Member this the worst hotel to be recognized and appreciated. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. They need training to appreciate the people who spend ma y nights in the Hilton chain! A lot of excuses but little action from the hotel manager down, book the other Hilton!

I would give 0 star, worst Hilton ever. The location is good for tourist but staff are rude from management to breakfast area down to the valet parking attendants who got out of our car and didnt help my husband with our luggages after we gave him €€€!
All the other Hilton we stayed were courteous and very helpful. We have gained hilton honors for travelling around the world.

Location to the train station is fantastic and the park across the street was amazing. I didn't expect to visit the park so many times and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Also great if traveling with children so they can go crazy at the huge playground area. The hotel had a nice fitness center, including a sauna and steam room, that allowed me to relax after much travel. One star removed due to the thin walls and housekeeping issues.

Location is great with lots of options nearby for anything you would need. Rooms are clean and spacious, with all expected amenities. Prices are high inside the hotel for food and drink, but that is to be expected. My rate had included breakfast and the service and food quality were both excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Vienna.

After asking to be moved, because the shower was in the bath, they moved us to a beautiful executive room. The reason for this is because I have Parkinson's disease and can't lift my legs. The staff were very cooperative. Food was lovely and in a great location. We were very happy there.

Clean. Gently. They clean it every day. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, a kettle and a set for tea-coffee, a TV, a desktop, an ironing board and an iron. The internet in the room for an additional fee The hotel setting is decent. An interesting system in elevators that you can get only to your floor and to the floors where the reception and restaurants.

Loved this Hotel. Location perfect and easy to get to from Airport on the CAT train. Next to Stadtpark. All the staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely rooms, great Restaurant and Fab Bar! Would definitely recommend this. Would love to visit again, shame about the lousy Airport!

The hotel is in the heart of Vienna, across the street from the scenic city park. Walking distance to the historic center of the city. The hotel is clean, the kitchen is European. The rooms are basically on a solid 4, without chic, but everything works.

Nothing wrong with it except everything that's wrong with Hilton chain hotels: no free Wi-Fi in rooms. Good news! It's free for non guests at the lobby. I would really want to hear the logic behind that. Breakfast spread was sufficient. Good location, but you can sneak out to do anything at night because everything is closed anyway. (Europe working hours) Staff was nice.

Service and breakfast is good. There are two other Hiltons elsewhere in Vienna that are more geared towards business travelers. The Vienna Plaza in the center is also suitable for a city trip if you have some budget. This hotel is most suitable for tourists who are looking for a budget deal.

Five-star hotel only one star service, with the regiment travel, check-in when there are several tenants to stay in the unfinished room, bed was messy, refrigerator drinks have been drinking … Counter staff is also poor, the tenant asked to swap, also negative attitude …

I have been a lot of times in Vienna, especially for medical congresses.
A unique setting in the heart of the city with an unbeatable view, Hilton is a gold standard! Α hotel with a refined decoration, which offers an absolute treat to the customers. Next to Hilton is the metro station Landstrasse (U3 and U4 line) which leads to Stephanplatz in the next 2 stations of the U3 line and to Hofburg Palace in the afternext station (Herrengasse).
Some nice, small snack-coffe places are next to the hotel.
Some problems with the heating happened during winter periods, but it was the only downside and in most cases, they were solved it immediately.

I had a business meeting at the Hilton. Coffee and tea were consumed. Only funny behavior: Why do you serve about 10 sugars to a tea or coffee shop? Every guest. So he can take some home with him?

Awesome view from the top floor. They hook me up with a suite upgrade for free. Make sure to bring or ask for USA power adapter for the wall plug. Very convenient to the train station for the airport. 3 min walk.

Were at the hotel for Christmas dinner. Just great, many waiters and the food lonely lace ranging from hearty baked to sushi and beef fillets to the nachspeißen was something for every taste and all in a nice ambiance! Top Anytime again.

The hotel is in very good location and has all the standard features of a good hotel. The room is clean and big enough. The breakfast is very expensive (there is a very affordable cafe just opposite). And Wi-Fi is not free in your rooms. Not the best value for money.

We had a very pleasant stay here two times in August. It's a very typical, but competent hotel. Nothing special, but since it is directly across the street from the train station, it's the best location from the Airport. And, is centrally located, so you can walk to the Old Town and elsewhere. The rooms were immaculate and modern. Free Wi-Fi in the Lobby. We definitely would start here again. The location makes this perfect. Update November 2017: We like this hotel so much, we are returning in December before our Crystal River Cruise. We're looking forward to it.

This place lacks the comfort of Hilton Vienna Danube Waterfront. While this place is more conveniently located to the city center, the service is lacking here, from the breakfast service in the restaurant, the front desk, and those assisting with luggage. Just as an example, when I checked in, there were two staff at the front desk, but one was just chatting away with a guest, so effectively only one person checking in guests. So either, they fouls bring another staff member to help check in guests, or the one chatting with a guest should've excused himself. While I know it's good to be friendly with guests, I'm sure the first would've understood there are others waiting in line. The situation of waiting to check in unnecessarily long I'd a typical experience I've had here.

A very good location. To the front you have a metro station. That makes it easy for you all. The rooms very spacious. Comfortable. Toilet spotless. The bathroom is a little small, but very well. Variety of restaurants in the hotel and its surroundings. Breakfast firm full. Fully recommended.

Very nice stay, and superb breakfast offering: I liked the waffle machine and the variety and quality of food. The only negative point was the bathroom furniture, shower was small. The thing I appreciated less: Hilton should include Wi-Fi in room fee and stop harassing customer with their membership program.

The location is ideal and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Particularly impressed with the concierge desk who has been most helpful in setting up activities for us while we are here and offering tips from things to see to where to eat. The room is spacious particularly by European standards and while the decor is a bit dated, I have found it quite comfortable. The Executive lounge staff are very nice and the food at this location is quite tasty. Would definitely recommend this location.

Found all rooms stayed in between 3 families to be clean and user friendly. Service was excellent, executive lounge service perfect. Excellent location for city centre access.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… We had a nice room on the tenth floor and access to the executive lounge — it is small but everything you need is there. For breakfast I strongly recommend going downstairs to the restaurant — the food was amazing. Though, don't expect to sit outside as it is quite noisy due to the traffic.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Vienna. The central location of the city park and the proximity to the subway station make the hotel a prime starting point for a city break. Thanks to the upgrade to the Penthouse suite we had a particularly great view and ample space. If we are travelling with our son, an additional living space in the hotel room is definitely worth its extra charge. Our only small point of criticism is that there were no sockets next to the bed. The lounge and Breakfast offer at the hotel restaurant S ' parks were first class. We would like to return to the Hilton Vienna at any time.

Very good location, opposite the Stadt Park with a Shopping mall (Wien Mitte) to another front that connects with metro lines and trains. It is 15 minutes from the Cathedral and historic centre. It has Wi Fi in common areas, if you want in the room costs 10 euros for 24 hs.

I've been there a couple of times, but I doubt I will again. We leave clothes forgotten in the room, I wrote the next morning to see how to get it back and I didn't even responded. Very inconsiderate, unworthy of a hotel of its category.

It was far too hot to sleep in the room, impossible to lower the temperature via the thermostat, forced to open the window.

Luxurious hotel, with lot of comforts. Conveniently located in the centre of the city, we had 2 meetings in their business centre and slept there one night. The catering service was abundant and highly qualitative. The Wi-Fi service works fast and is promptly available everywhere in the hotel. Elegant and silent rooms, with breath-taking view over the city. Breakfast service is excellent, both for food and environment. Well-prepared personnel at the reception, quickly managing all check-in and check-out processes.

I liked its close proximity to the underground. Our room had an electric kettle, iron and ironing board, a safe, and a closet with hangers. The bathroom was updated and clean. Their pillows were so comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier front desk staff. The hotel has a restaurant that provides breakfast and dinner. It was a little on the pricey side, but it was certainly convenient. I would consider staying here again if the price was right.

Great Service. Rooms were of average size, clean and beds were comfortable. Service at the hotel was top notch with knowledgeable staff assisting with various questions and offering personal insight regarding local spots. Executive Lounge was well stocked and offered good options for breakfast and evening drinks. Highly recommended.

130€ for extra small room (15m²? ) with low ceiling, broke (! ) my toe because I've hit the chair which had to stand in the middle of the room. Called the service because of the extra small room and they put me on hold. Called again, and then got message that I have to pay 30€ more to get some "normal" room. Was frequent visitor and member of Hilton honors club. Also organized the rooms for my coleagues. Didn't help. Very unfriendly service. Meal is good. Position is good. Hilton never again.

Only one person at the reception at 6pm and one bellboy for a 550+ rooms 4 star hotel. First room smelled like an ashtray, got upgraded to an 'executive room', which is really not that executive. Bathroom poorly maintained, and we found a hair in our complimentary chocolate!

Very friendly Service and Reception, nice Lobby with computers. The Wi-Fi is available but very, very, bad. Now to the rooms: The lamps, we had to have it repaired. We have booked a room for two adults, two children aged 4 and 9, the (a) bed for us, the beds consisted of two single. Since it was Winter, it was Sleep warm. However, in the summer, for sure not so practical. For the Elevator you need the card, not that it bothers me not that, but that the keys respond only on the right side. Otherwise, a super Hotel!

World class Hilton with world class hospitality! I made arrangements for a family member on Christmas and the hotel staff was helpful and very nice. The comfort and luxury of the hotel was the centerpiece of their trip. Well done team!

Everything is Excellent and above Excellent. Only one comment most of the hotels have free Wi-Fi except this hotel. Staff are very very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Emptying the fridge costs 20 euro? Bad breakfast service, bad room service response, elevator got stuck while I was in and no emergency buttons worked, I had to open it myself and get out.

Great location. Great breakfast set up in the restaurant, but servers not that cordial. Rooms in the executive floor are modern and well appointed. Internet in the room worked very well in my laptop, but kept disconnecting in my mobile. I found the executive lounge to be a bit short of variety for breakfast, but adequate for the afternoon Happy hour. Not giving 5 star because the gym was a disappointment for a 5 star major city Hilton. The gym is comparable to the gym of the 4 star like the Innsbruck Hilton.

Room is great! but. Breakfast isn't so great. Compared to the Hiltons in Asia, the breakfast selection is limited and the staff not very attentive. They totally forgot my eggs benedict order and never came over to our table to offer coffee or juice. Hopefully they are better tomorrow.

Also they don't offer all the necessaries that you can find in any kind of 4 or 5 stars hotel. Eg: slippers and bath robs.

Stayed here while on a recent business trip. What a wonderful hotel! Here's my breakdown: Pros: — Location: right next to Wien Mitte, with quick/easy access to the Metro, CAT, and normal trains. Also lots of shopping, food and a large park nearby — Reasonable prices: accepts military rates — Modern hotel — Great perks for HHonors members including free Wi-Fi, Executive Lounge, and free upgrades — Nice on-property restaurant (S'Parks), bar/lounge — Great gym/spa/pool — Great customer service, including the concierge Cons: — I really can't think of anything worth writing! I had a wonderful stay in a nice upgrade room with a balcony on the 15th floor. There is no question I will be staying at this hotel in all my future visits to Vienna.

Without question, we were served after long queues and check-in kind of personnel but to be made off with the feeling. The rooms overlooking the Danube was quite large and tastefully modern with two Queens size — beds and a sitting area. The bathroom was spacious and read almost nothing missing up to a reasonable sink. The buffet breakfast is served, we were pleased and wanted to enjoy at over 25 degrees in the early morning along the Danube, which however was not possible due to the too small number of outdoor seating. The Hilton has a lounge which invites you to take a seat and to try the cocktails — directly on the Bank of the Danube but only if it is before 10: 00, there! No joke, we as well as several other guests who wanted to take place shortly after 10: 00, were prompted brisk and determined to go the hotel bar and at temperatures of around 30 degrees.

The hotel was nice and well located. My standard room was clean, big and cozy, with a beautiful view to the amazing skyline of Vienna! In front of the hotel there was a metro station, connected with the airport. In a very short distance there was the city center with the shopping area. Room service was excellent. I have no complaints. Staff was friendly and quite helpful. I would stay here again.

Me and my family just returned from an exciting trip to Austria. Our stay in this hotel was excellent. Location was perfect — in the city centre, near the station. Rooms were clean and breakfast was more than wonderful. Staff helped us with dinner reservations. Lobby and bar were modern, great for relaxing and doing business.

Rooms: enough, tastefully and at the same time practical furnishings, great beds guarantee size for excellent sleep — very quiet! Room cleaning well
Very central location: am Stadtpark subway station about 200 m away — in short location could be little better.
Reception: Professional, very friendly
Breakfast: excellent quality, very extensive – corresponds to full star rating. Occasionally, it is useful to get up earlier to dodge the crowds from 8 o'clock.
Only Wi-Fi should be included in this price class — I don't care there tethering via mobile phone.

Great big hotel, was there only with a guide but the prices are really violently for a small sausage roll with pickles, you must pay €10.

Hotel is large with nice amenities. We only ate in the bar once and the food was good. Executive Lounge was perfect and worth the upgrade. We got delicious breakfast every morning, coffee and soft drinks, snacks through the whole day. Our room was excellent, with comfortable bed and a nice park view. We used the hotel limousine service to return to the airport. We would definitely stay here next time we visit.

We had a great 2 nights stay at this hotel. Staff very nicely upgraded us to the executive floor. Our room was spacious, spotless extremely comfortable. It was also quiet, which is a big bonus in a city center. We had an excellent breakfast in the lobby bar. This is a nice hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it.

Check — in and check-out were very quick, knowledgeable and super friendly. The rooms are large and had a beautiful view on the Canal. A bottle of water was free, as well as coffee machine with several kinds of tea and coffee.
