Good location, good price, breakfast included, working Wi-Fi. Really dated rooms, a cheap motel standard.

+: very convenient location, friendly staff, descent price — : shabby and flimsy furnishings, ill fitting furniture in the room (furniture and room fixtures like doors get in each other's way) causing some inconvenience. Overall a good stay. Has everything I needed.

Tourist from the US: The location is why I gave this place 2 stars. The location is unbelievable. Steps away from the metro. Everything else was not up to par. We had to pay for the room before we even saw it. When we handed him our credit card, he looked worried and asked if we had cash. We didn't so they reluctantly used their credit card machine. When we saw the room, we didn't expect the Ritz-Carlton (it was a pretty cheap hotel) so our expectations were in check. However the longer we stayed in the room the more we realized the issues. The first thing we noticed was all the chairs were draped in tablecloths. Not seat covers… Tablecloths. The shower is normal size (and mustard yellow not a big deal but you should be warned) but there are two "seats" that substantially reduce the size of the shower. There was a clock tower outside of our room so every hour and half hour the bell would ring from 7a until 10p. After our first night, the attendant said we had to pay 30€ more because 2 people were staying in the room. We both were there when we checked in and both walked in to the room together, so it was a little weird for him to backtrack. When I went to pay the 30€, I was met with another face of confusion when I handed him my VISA credit card. I was asked if I could pay in cash. I said no. He then called what I can only assume was the manager and ask him. The manager asked again if I could pay cash. I repeated my response. Then they reluctantly took my credit card.

Old and uncomfortable rooms, very grumpy and unwelcoming staff. Really good location if you are coming from/going to the airport, and low price for the location. Cyclists — don't bother, you are really not welcome here (no matter how clean your bike is! ).

Budget accommodation… very close to Wien Mitte railway station… rooms and breakfast very basic.

Please don't go there, highly depressing.

Friendly reception, unfortunately, the Lord was at the Reception, not quite the German language (English is also not). To the room: The room was large but very Dark, 5 light bulbs in the lamp only 2 left. The bed was a disaster (the mattress and it squeaked without end. Bathroom (very very small, toilet seat was hanging only on a screw, hardly any place to sit, since it is really tight. Breakfast: Every day the same 3 types of sausages and cheeses. The tablecloth was very dirty (I was the first one for Breakfast). Location: Perfect. Better it is actually. Train station Wien Mitte is 2 minutes away. Just as the shopping centre and Restaurants. Parking: the Hotel/Pension has no own Parking. To get now try in Vienna in the middle of a Parking lot. As a tip: There are no Parking machines you must go to a tobacco/tobacconist shop and Park tickets.

Service is nice. Rooms are HUGE. Nice free breakfast. The bathroom leaves a bit to be desired because the shower head bar is falling apart.

Cozy and cheap hotel. Close to CAT and the most important attractions. Hot water, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge.

In the room, an old tattered Desk chair, window panes broken, wet cell is hardly usable as it is very small, of 12 bulbs on the chandelier 5 broken goods, staff speaks poor English, in the Breakfast room the used crockery remains on the table and not cleared away, every day the same 2 types of cheese and cold meats. To not recommend.

Nice reception, very small room with no ventilation and very hot. The rotten window does not open, the street noise is indescribable! Tight wet cell in the room is a joke, on the toilet you can platznehmem. The bed with the sagging Mattress creaks and squeaks. Sleep is not to think.

It was okay. The room I stayed in was nice and big. The room was clean and the location is excellent. The Wi-Fi is excellent and I could stream Netflix without any problems! on the negative side, the TV didn't work and was really old, the plaster was falling off the walls, the toilet didnt flush for the first two nights I was there and there was a horrible damp smell coming from the bathroom. Also the shower leaked. additionally, the fridge in the room didn't cool anything and the electric plugs seem to be falling off the walls. The breakfast options were lacking and service was generally poor. but what do you expect for €55 a night in the center of Vienna?

Excellent location for sightseeing. Adjacent to the Metro station (where there is a shopping mall).
Board of park outside so you don't have problems or risk a fine.

This hotel is excellently located, close to the city centre and metro line. However, the room we stayed in was in need of renovations (ie faulty lamps, plaster cracks etc) and the staff were unhelpful and less than friendly. Our room was not cleaned or serviced and breakfast was poor. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location.

Very friendly reception. Clean and attentive service.
Good breakfast buffet and excellent central location.
Very good value for money.
