Given the price this was quite an underwhelming experience. There is nothing within walking distance (you cannot walk next to the river even though it's close). There is a noisy street right next to the hotel and the restaurant was closed (during main season). The last point was particularly annoying as we specifically asked about the distance of the room and the bar in out reservation which they happily provided but failed to mentioned that the information would be utterly useless. The breakfast also was rather slim. The room cleanness was okish but by no means great. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for anything more than a one night stay on a road trip (note for staying there during a bike trip, you will have to ride on a very busy street for a while to get to the place).

Spotless clean and peacefull. A few minutes from Linz main street. Easy to find by car and parking facilities. Breakfast is really good.

For business travellers or companies only partially recommended, as the landlord applies the local hotel law for himself and insists on the payment of all booked nights. Even in case of early departure, all nights must be paid. No consideration is given to fitters or businessmen. So it is better to book only the nights you actually need and then expand if necessary or choose a more consumer-friendly accommodation.
The hotel may be about the same as the ranked one.
The rooms were reasonably clean and well maintained with a functional décor. Room 1 has a very small bathroom and crealing planks.
The orientation of the rooms is generally on the side of the street, so that one should leave the windows closed at night. The noise of the street can be clearly heard even with closed windows. But from 11 p. M. To 5 a. M. It is reasonably tolerable.
Unfortunately no fan or air conditioning available, so it becomes very unpleasant after several warm days.
The breakfast is clear, but sufficient for a good start to the day.
The restaurant is well organised and the dishes are traditionally served. The food tasted very good and is priced in the normal frame.
Who knows exactly when and how many days wants to stay or must and can endure the noise of the road; for him it is a quite good and inexpensive hotel. Not recommended for business travelers with changing schedules.

Because roast pork was terrific and the young waitress with the long blond hair is very friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel with all the comforts… The breakfast is a little poor…

Rooms were basic, but clean. The beds are not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but handsoap was missing. The gasthof is located next to a noisy road.

Service staff and kitchen anything but inviting. Only the ambiance is ok.

Here only a short review:
Positive:
-friendly and kind
-40 ' LCD TV
-clean rooms
-Restaurant is very good and also nice and modern furnishings
Negative:
-Very old and too frumpy rooms
-Fragrance oils in the room, not very pleasant smell
-very very very small bathroom
-Room has no feel good character
-the "rich" breakfast was unfortunately not so lush
-Restaurant invoice could not be written on the room and prefer cash payment in the restaurant
For € 70 a day expect more at an Inn.

Nothing, no hospitality, we were at the arrival immediately yelled at and accused of being inebriated! I would rather sleep under a bridge.
