The greatest Italian in Linz — Super friendly service — great Italian food and the pizzas are the hammer — were here for a birthday.

We were with a large group for dinner some time ago, the service was very intrusive and it was tempted to charge us a drink too much, although I can well imagine that this was not intended. After the last visit for two, the restaurant has earned the full 5 stars, on the whole it is a more expensive place, but you always like to go!

What's going on?
We know the Locanda from a number of visits, including with friends. Last Friday, May 19 again. Lasagne not fresh but frozen and also came to the table cold. Also looked like finished goods, not homemade. Complaint. Delivered again, now warm but tastefully devastating. Both lasagne returned, were also not charged. Vitello Tonato: Is characterized by an ornament that was from the day before yesterday. The carrot withered, as if from another plate.
Fish: Fresh turbot. Is carried in and out twice by an overwhelmed waiter, finally without filleting or filleting. This is delivered as a whole. Fish or K. Vegetables squsching. Drinks: Apple juice splashed with stale soda. Soda is delivered on urgency. Only the pizza bread at the beginning as it should be.
We pay and leave the restaurant. Giovanni runs after us outside, tells something of a temporary chef, the usual chef is sick. This is simply incorrect: The cook is on holiday and has been for a long time. It would have been better not to cook like that. Too bad, we liked to be guests. No more now.

Cosy pizzeria in the time-honoured "Green Turf. " Very good pizza. Thin, crispy dough with delicious tomato sauce as a basic edition. Was at the table 5 minutes after ordering!

How to stay at home, but pampered by John. Great food and great service!

This is "Dolce Vita", very friendly staff and amazing Italian food. Pizza is delicious as well as seafood (and everything else). This is definitely a hidden gem — highly recommended!

Always like to! At Giovanni and Christina, the bosses of Locanda, we always feel welcome and very comfortable. A classic Italian, authentic, friendly and the food in a very fine quality! First of all, who has to imitate. And at very moderate prices, so best price/performance — ratio! The whole staff speaks Italian but also German, is humorous and brisk!
Whether fish or pasta or dolce, everything served fresh and creatively. We have been visiting the restaurant since the beginning and find that the high quality has been maintained: Chapeau! Congratulazione! We enjoyed (on a Sunday) already a buffet for 20 P. And that was freshly dished out at its best and at home. We remain faithful, we are worth it!
