From joining the queue at the register to food on the table, 89 minutes. I was in the queue so long, a waitress removed my jacket from the table, so I had to chase that. Staff are nice.

Dark smelly room. Communal bathroom. No facilities to do tea or coffee. Strictly no alcohol consumption in room. Found would be confiscated?! "70 dollars is gone with the wind. Never recommended to anyone.

Ordinary food, not so friendly staff. Macca’s would have been more satisfying…

I had dinner there. I had the 250g Wagyu steak, cooked medium rare with Dianne gravy. There was no wow factor. The steak was cooked as I asked for it. It lacked the marbling that I expect of Wagyu. Basically I had a lump of meat. There was nothing specifically wrong but it was just a little bit bland. Dianne gravy had none of the expected garlic taste. Salad and vegetable bar was OK. Once again pedestrian rather than wow. You won't go wrong here but it may be worth paying a little extra and going somewhere else.

Loved the place. Priced just right for very clean pub room. Excellent pub dinner and atmosphere. The lock on the shower door was broken but the place was that clean I didn't worry. Don't expect 5 star hotel and you'll be impressed.

Excellent place to stay as conventional style pub room with shared bathrooms. Edit (next morning) : Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you want cheap pub accommodation. $50 single is just perfect for excellent clean room. There's no heater and it was a bit cool but once in bed I was warm as toast. Showers were old but clean as. Lock on the shower door was broken but it was a good hot shower. This is pub style accommodation. Don't expect 5 star motel and you'll be impressed.

Had dinner here last night three out of the six of us got food poisoning, me, my sister in law and mother in law went there this morning to complain about getting sick, as you don't go out to dinner pay money to get sick and the on duty manager was very rude pretty much telling me that I was lying and just made excuses saying things like food poisoning takes more than 8 hours to kick in and I don't know if he knows this but depending on the bacterial contamination of the food it can hit within 15 minutes. Also its a well known fact that people wont complain they just never return. We will not return due to the arrogance and disrespectful way we got spoken to.

Pretty disappointed with the service. One particular staff member was quite sarcastic and rude. Food was okay but inconsistent. Hopefully they train their staff in better hospitality and customer service.

Not a bad pub. Great beer garden and has some nice beers as well.

Quiet… peaceful… great atmosphere snd great service… highly recommended… accomadations comfy not for everyone as its shared bathroom and toilet… but has a real country feel to it and great management with great attitudes… continental breakfast is included!

Pizza was disappointing, cheap bacon, tasteless cheese and avocado. The service was good though, friendly staff.

Pretty relaxing environment, convenient location and nice food here. Worth a stop if you're in town at lunch or dinner time.

Old, smelly, outdated, expensive beer and bad service.

Had a sea food platter good value.

The meal was well cooked but only covered half the schnitzel with gravy and when asked politely for more the staff were very rude about telling me I would not get any unless I payed another 2 dollars. I was a regular but I won't go back, left a bad taste in my mouth. Bad business practice.

Great food, cold, cloudy Coopers Pale on tap and reasonable selection of wines at good prices. Great, friendly staff who know what they are doing. Pokies can hardly be heard in the dining room so this makes it a good family hotel in my opinion.

The food here was reasonably good however, the service was somewhat average. On top of this they had pizzas on their menu and when we went to order a pizza they said “we are not doing pizzas at the moment” with no further explaination. Perhaps they could have advised us of this when they gave us the menu?

I will start by admitting I am a bit biased. If there is a pokies down stairs that says, to me, not the best quality of accommodation. While the building is nice, it's more like a hostel. Communal showers and toilets. Uncomfortable bed. Excellent pillows hehe. Cereal and toast self-serve for breakfast. Service was good though, nothing bad to say about the staff at all.
