A room with a sea view is a must! The views of the bay are amazing. Great heated pool. Laundry also available. Would stay here again.

Lovely location and comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the on site restaurant is excellent. Great spot for a weekend getaway.

Was blown away with the fully contained large kitchen. The entire apartment is everything and more. Loved all the added touches for a real holiday feel … too many to mention. View from our balcony was absolutely stunning. Close to main centre… a must visit again soon in summer 🏝

What a beautiful place. Amazing views of the bay. Lovely rooms with relaxing spa bath. The pool area is gorgeous. A credit to the management and staff. We will definitely be back.

Great views. Pool looks fantastic but unfortunately due to COVID we couldn’t use it.

Though the weather was not permitting for us to do more sight-seeing during our stay, we had a beautiful and relaxing couple of days in the 3 bedroom apartment. The view from the lounge was stunning and all rooms were clean. Thank you for the comfortable stay and will definitely be back soon! Also, the lady at the front reception (I think her name was Naomi) made us feel welcome and her customer service was second to none :)

Stayed there for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The apartments are very clean and close to great walking trails, restaurants, beaches, fishing, pubs and shops. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea, and Granite Island. Definitely will stay again.

DO NOT STAY…
refused assistance dogs and was exceptionally rude with the No pets policy… assistance dogs are not Pets. My family require a behavior assistance dog and one in training.
I under federal law do not need to disclose and not only is it disability discrimination its singling out.
upon arriving to your establishment being bombarded with no pet rules I was so overwhelmed to mention I had working harnesses and credentials.
which I absolutely not required to do the child that the dogs are required for actually acted out. I am in the care of a child who requires an assistance dog that got turned away and told your dissapointed with us.

This resort is my happy place when we need a break and a place to unwind. I adore the gorgeous views, the fabulous restaurant next door, the beautiful rooms and the quiet peaceful atmosphere.

Wonderful water views and the staff were very friendly but the apartment was a little underwhelming and the bed badly needs updating (hard and dips in the middle) especially for the cost of the room!

We have came here several times. We highly recommend this beautiful place. The apartments are stunning! You can also get smaller rooms that are equally stunning. The views are amazing. We love it here and look forward to come always!

Stayed in apartment 110 this time and I was really impressed. Tastefully furnished and a lot of thought for whats needed in the kitchen. As with all the rooms the views are great. Will be back soon.

Had a lovely stay and had an ocean view apartment. However, I opted for the sofa bed as I'm a restless sleeper and didn't want to disturb my friend that I went away with. Without doubt it would have been the most uncomfortable sofa bed ever. It was worn out and the springs dug into my body. On top of that I had to be an extra $30 for the pleasure. I did mention it to the concierge so hopefully they will review that particular sofa bed.

Never get tired of staying in the Resort. Great views, plenty of places to walk and easy access to Victor Harbor and seaside locations to Goolwa.

We stay at The Bluff Apartments regularly. The are situated in a perfect location which is quiet and with beautiful ocean views. Love it.

We have stayed at The Bluff three times now and every single time we’ve loved it. This time we decided to upgrade our room to a pool view apartment and we were not disappointed. Small stove top to cook our own dinner and a nice balcony to relax on and enjoy the sun after being in the pool. The bed was comfy too — soft and big. Definitely will be back for future stays.

Good sized room. Great location.

Nice place, good location, clean with friendly and helpful staff. Paper thin walls though which let a lot of noise in. Don't expect to be able to sleep past 7:30ish if you are a light sleeper, lots of crashing and banging can be heard up and down the stairs and along the walkways. Also it is east facing so lots of bright light in the mornings. All that said I would happily stay here again.

I love this place. Its all ways spotless Staff are friendly and the apartments have an amazing view.

Great view and location but the price is a little up there for South Australia. You really need a car too as this is a fair way from the business district.

It is with great regret that we have to leave the resort tomorrow after a weeks stay. Everything has been perfect from the very beginning, the staff in reception, housekeeping (soooo friendly) so helpful, the apartment, the view all absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later I hope. Cheers from Apartment 107 :)

Great View, Great place, Service is first class, on a Day of 40 degrees we checked in & the staff were mindful to have the aircon on, One of my favorite Hotels & Place's I have visited in a long time. Close to the boat ramp and plenty of parking at the hotel for your boat, awesome fishing for snapper Tuna & Squid Loved it. Amazing Food at the restaurants close by.

Great views. Nice restaurant. Heated swimming pool. I've always had no issues with this place. Rooms are simple but everything you need for a little trip away. Spa is also another plus for me too. I would recommend this apartments to couples and families. I will visit again soon.

We had the best time thank you! Room was gorgeous and it wasn't even the pool suite or studio! Loved our little room thank you for this experience at such a low price!

Just got back from 2 night stay, firstly the front office girls were very friendly, and the view is beautiful, but… our apartment was so disappointing, we had room 306, very basic, old lounge, dining table tacky and outside chairs on balcony, horrible, the bed was terrible, so soft and uncomfortable, not welcoming at all, no complaints on cleanliness, when asked how our visit was, I explained the above and because the apartments are bought privately each one is different, well that's a bloody shame because it was a rare getaway for us, I feel. Whoever owns 306, do sent give a damn, and upset with The Bluff Resort for not checking and reporting unpleasant rooms, obviously it is luck if you get a 'nice' room, so we will not be back unfortunately, going home with sore backs (bed) and not happy reviews to friends and families : (

Bit expensive and the views are blocked over to the sea one side by apartments and the other side by Hill Bit disappointing.

We had an amazing time here. We stayed overnight in one of the three bedroom ocean view apartments. The apartment itself was beautiful and well equipped with everything we would need. It was clean, light and airy. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were clean and inviting. We had an amazing view from our balcony and the pool was lovely and warm even at 8pm! I'd 100% recommend these for a weekend or longer away with perfect facilities if you want that home away from home feel.

It's was lovely to get away, and if I had to be critical this is what I'd say, we stayed in 103-3 bedroom apartment, the room smelt musty, opened the bedroom window and the screens and windows ledge filthy, carpets were quite stained, hence the musty smell, the spa bath was huge, love it, the pool was inviting, and sitting on the balcony was a delight,

We make an annual trip down to Victor Harbour and stay at Bluff Resort. Rooms with view offer majestic scenery of Encounter Bay. Fantastic location with the bluff within walking distance and Victor Harbour 5 mins drive away.
