Very bad experience, an hour for foodto arrive which was cold, calamari like rubber, overcooked steak, food for takeaway fish and chips and not much else.

First time I have eaten there. The Fish and Chips and salad was great. I will be back.

The best ever chicken schnitzel! Loved it the portion was huge and so so tasty! The Dianne sauce was Devine too! Super friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make sure the experience was enjoyed! Well done Sophie — you rock!

Shouldn't even get 1 star. Place is disgusting. Staff have problems. Young people running the place always fighting. No communication. Place is dirty. Dogs roaming around everywhere. Place needs a good upgrade. Young ladies in front office needs to work somewhere else. She is not very happy. The owner needs to get better staff. We would never stay there again. We don't know how these people own a motel. Disgusting. The place needs inspectors to check the place out and close it down. It shouldn't be open for business. The place sucks big time. We are thinking about contacting someone from the health department to check this place out. It should not be open. Have a good look at this place before you decide to stay or eat here. I would think twice. The owners need to clean up around the place. The place stinks of maggets around back of kitchen, you can smell the rubbish from the rooms. The place should be closed down.

Ocean Crest Motel has a Cafe out the front which is open to the public. They serve takeaway foods and you can also dine in. The food is fairly priced and always delicious. They Motel rooms are reasonably priced, it also have a swimming pool. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and tidy.

I get take away from here way too often. I highly recommend the fish and chips and my personal favourite their chicken schnitzels.

Favourite place for takeaway in the Victor harbor area. Prices are great, food is amazing, service is awesome.

We regularly come here for take away chicken schnitzel packs. The quality of the schnitzels here are unrivaled in the Victor/Goolwa area, and at the current price of $12 the value is also crazy good. Better than all of this is the wonderful service. They are always delightful and obliging at Ocean Crest, I wish everywhere in Victor were as lovely!

This is the first time we have visited the Ocean Crest Cafe and Motel. A quaint little establishment of the main road. What a little treasure. Amazingly friendly Staff. Very clean tidy rooms and the most amazing well presented tasting food we have had in a long time. The portions would satisfy the hungriest man at the cheapest prices I have seen for quailty.

Not like the 3 stars it was supposed to be. We entered into a dirty room with used bed sheets on the bed. Hair in the microwave and fridge. Kettle had not been cleaned for who knows how long. Internet was a joke at 1mbps connection. The pool was cold and full of flies. Worst accommodation experience ever.

Great take away fish and chips 5 $ per person. Must try it if you are around. You never regret. It was recommended by one of the locals and we always score this place a visit when we are around.

Great motel for the price, not the usual musty outdated room. Clean, relatively modern and friendly staff!

In the process of being renovated, the Ocean Crest was pretty good value for the cost. My husband, myself & our 2 teenage boys stayed here recently and were surprised at the comfort level — good beds, plenty of tea & coffee and a toaster. Food was available (also room service) and good coffee for only $2.50!
