Stoped for lunch today food was okay service was extremely slow waited 2 hours for blt and 2 steak sandwiches one word more staff would not make this mistake again.

Awesome place great beer and very friendly locals.

This place is so welcoming and inviting to all. Fabulous vegan options available. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere in their garden. They will always have my support when visiting Killarney.

Beautiful old Hotel. Very well presented inside and out. The Restaurant and other eating areas were very busy. After ordering our meals at the Bar it was surprising just how quickly our meals were placed in front of us. Great service. Great meals. Congratulations to the Chef and Annie.

My partner and I absolutely love a good pub so we couldn’t resist not checking this place out. Great drinks and food, lovely and cosy. There was just a lady behind the bar that made the whole experience bad. I’m not sure of her name but was unhappy to be there, very rude and blunt when taking orders. It’s amazing how one person can change your perception of the place.

Great place to stop, relax and smell the roses after a days riding. Very friendly staff, clean rooms & great meals.

We had a meal here on 29th December 2020. We chose the Seafood basket and I have the pleasure of reporting it was beautifully cooked and well presented with a very nice salad. Well done kitchen staff. You were too busy to tell persinally. Thank You.

Stopped here for lunch but we’d arrived right on 2.00 p. M. And expected that the kitchen would be closed. The bar staff confirmed that the kitchen was closing, but would re-open and take our orders. We were pleasantly surprised and our party of four ordered Schnitzels, chips and salad and one ordered very well-done Salmon. They were the best chips any of us have every tasted and the Schnitzels were delicious as well. The Salmon was delicious with a crispy skin done to perfection. A very enjoyable meal was had by all in aged but elegant and very clean surroundings. Thanks Killarney for welcoming us and making adjustments that were very much appreciated.

Awesome ride destination from Sunshine Coast, Great Food, Accommodation & Hospitality.

Obviously busy while tourism recovers from closures and over a school holiday weekend, staff managed both booked and off the street patrons efficiently. Meals were fresh and good value, service time was good considering the rush.

Service outstanding, upstairs pub rooms immaculate, Food very reasonably priced and delicious, faults cold potato bake and vegetables, cold chips, and waitress dropped some of seafood platter on the floor when serving. Will go back and stay again, Highly recommended.

Ok so the hotel needs some work but boy can they serve a great home cooked meal, no frozen veg only fresh, ample servings, been here a few times now and is our road trip destination, back to basics and love it. Thanks Killarney Hotel.

Dinner last night, my burger was huge, and hubbys T-bone steak was amazing. We went next door to the butcher and brought 10 more to take home this morning, nice warm fire it was a good night.

Amazing food ; menu reads typical pub grub ; yet it's anything but typical. Generous serves ; bf says the most tender steaks ever eaten!

Stayed just for the night out from the coast. Would highly recommend a trip out to stay at this lovely old pub if you haven't already. Very friendly staff, reasonably priced rooms, great pub food, bwhat more can you ask for. Also if you've never been out this way well worth a look through hills around here and on the way out, great place for a weekend break from the coast.

Killarney Hotel certainly has a lot of country charm. It's as beautifully decorated inside as it is outside. When you step in you feel as though you've step back in time. There's much that will catch your eye here. Service is pleasent and prices are reasonable. Facilities are very clean and the locals are lovely. No wheelchair access at front.

Staff were very friendly, food was excellent. Restaurant rooms are basic but good. Little bits of local memorabilia on the walls are a great touch.

Arrived with a large group and we all ordered at the same time. Ordered one of the steaks rare. Everyone at our table was served before me which was ok, but then after about 10 minutes they started serving another large table next to us. I waited patiently until the other table had been served all of their meals then when and mentioned to the waitress that they may have missed my meal. She was very abrupt and told me that we had a large table and not all orders can come out at the same time. I said that I understood but that they had served an entire other table and my good still hasn't arrived. She went off in a huff then came back 10 minutes later with my steak which was well done at best. Not a good experience and from looking at other meals around the table the options were either steak or something deep fried. Best avoided if you have the option.

Really enjoyed it, second best burger I've ever had and the beer was cheap.

Stayed overnight while on a motorcycle tour. Hotel is great, preserving its historical past and current functionality. Bar’s great, food’s great rooms neat tidy functional, bathrooms are the same. One of the best little pubs I’ve stayed in while motorcycle touring.

Annie, Chris & Jan are awesome! Great rooms, warm and inviting service and always checking to see if we were enjoying our stay. The beds and bedding was so comfy. The food was delicious and massive portions! Our 3 kids had fun exploring the hotel, motel and surrounds so we highly recommend the family rooms in both the hotel & motel. Overall perfect stay! Loved it, we'll definitely be back. Must stay here if you're passing through.

If you're after a quite country pup with the token old dude that never leaves the pokie machine then this is the spot. Cold beer and good food but couldn't help feel it could have been better.

Stayed a night with bike club mates. Great for motorcyclists. Very welcome. Beds very comfortable and staff friendly and accommodating. Meals great value.

Cold beer, warm fire, friendly service & tasty food!

Was suppose to be here for the "fireworks" celebration nite on the 21st July, so I booked in January 2017 — I was told upon confirming my booking 1 month ago it had been lost and subsequently today I've learned that another 4 couples from my club have also had the same excuse given to them — this is profiteering as we booked at $75/night, now there charging $136/night — such bad busienss practices as it puts a negative cloud on Killarney as a whole and we will never return to this town again.

Do not touch them. You make a booking and they give it to someone else. The manager, Anna Moier? is rude. She will talk over the top of you, she will hang up on you. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff are very friendly, dinner was great, good atmosphere. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Excellent verandah for a beer. The only letdown was breakfast, I was expecting Bacon/eggs/sausages etc. It was more cereal/toast. Should have gone across the street for brekkie.

We stopped in for lunch on the way through Killarney and had a great lunch that was quick and served great food. The people are lovely also :) worth a visit.
