A nice motel lovely staff room cleaned daily great position close to casino pacific fair and beach.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable. Definitely good value for money. Friendly staff. Excellent location for Pacific Fair, Draculas caberet and the Star casino all within easy walking distance. As well as some good breakfast options.

The places were so clean and hosts were so kind. The only drawback was there is no kitchen. But there are all dishes and microwave in the room.

The room is well equipped with a microwave, small fridge, cutlery & crockery & washing up stuff. Can make breakfast in your room. Table & chairs.? The room stayed warm without heating on. Decent sized bahroom but a small vanity. Recently renovated. Walking distance to restaurants & the beach. Pacific Fair across the road. There is a swimming pool. Reasonable tariff only $115 for the night! Great one night stay but you could stay longer.

Pool is too small and the Wi-Fi is a joke! You can connect but you get 0 internet. They first give you 300mgb only that you cannot even use. If it finishes you have to buy 600mgb for $10 Edited for replying purpose. Hi :) I know if I pay triple of that price I can get better service :). This is not how a manager of somewhere reply’s to their customer anyway. Most importantly I was only saying what I saw there and how it looks like to be there :) don’t take it personally please. Also when you provide complimentary Wi-Fi it should work! I tried it on different devices and it did not. But that was my own experience and I did not complain to the reception because I wasn’t staying there forever… (maybe thats why you never got complaints from anybody). Do not take it personally I’m only describing my experience…

Great value. Amazing shower.

Lovely people greeted us when we arrived. Room clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed. Awesome shower. Convenient location opposite Pacific Fair. Even though it is on the main road traffic noise is not an issue and I am a light sleeper.

Place is well kept and maintained. Everything in the room is clean and works. However Wi-Fi is slow and capped at 300MB. There is also no real way to ventilate the room as the windows don't really open.

Pretty basic motel. Has a pool out front and close to Jupiter's casino and restaurants in Broadbeach. The rooms were quite clean with clean bathrooms. The owner seemed to be a pretty down to earth bloke and actually came up to the room to see if everything was up to standard. For 140 a night it's a budget motel that does everything you'd expect for the price. If I ever go back to Broadbeach for the night on a budget I'd definitely consider returning. No restaurant at the motel and your unable to smoke on the balcony… not the Marriot but well worth the coin.

Despite giving the motel several days of notice prior of a possibly late check in (we arrived at 8.20pm instead of their closing time of 8pm), my partner and I were left stranded with their "emergency/out of hours number" unreachable", front door unanswered and room keys unattainable despite their assurances otherwise. We were left adrift searching for an alternative for the next three hours in the dead of night.

We stayed here last December 2018 in the family room n couldn't fault the place, very clean n didn't smell like a motel room which was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Good place to go for Supanova as its not too long a walk from the convention centre. Pac Fair is across the road so there's no need to drive.

Nice quiet place walking distance to shops managers are lovely sad that will only be here for 2 more years then a high rise will take its place.

We stay here quite often — not anymore. Arrived late last Saturday afternoon only to find that the room we had booked and always stay in was given to somebody else, they thought they had double booked however it appeared they hadn't. They put us in a poxy little room that you couldn't even swing a cat in with no apologies and might I add no discount. The mattress left a lot to be desired, I spent most of the night on the floor. The room (13) is clean, is there any room in it, no there isn't were the owners concerned that they stuffed up — no they weren't. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone again.

Went to check in in the 25th of October 2016 to the tropicana motel when we got there we were told that they had over booked and didnt have a room for us at 3pm even though we booked and paid months ago there was no other motels available but imagine my surprise when they told me that they were saving 4 rooms for other guests! If you can find another motel stay there wouldnt recommend them at all. Michael and Sonya.

AGODA found me an accommodation with this hotel, so I got my visa and was just about to pay, but I thought I call the TROPICANA MOTEL, The gay said I am sorry we don't have any accommodation for tonight, and I said Adoda already said I got the accommodation for tonight, and I was just about to make an booking and paid for it. The guy was so rude and he hanged the phone up on me, not very happy. Zero star.

Modern and cosy room. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent service and very friendly management.

I liked everything about this motel. Crowne n Jupiter casinos very near. And specially surfers paradise is not far too. I will definitely stay here in future when I come again in Gold Coast.

Have been staying at Tropicana for a while ole and I love the place as it has easy check in and its accommodating.
