Amazing views and large rooms. The indoor and outdoor pools are both lovely and the grounds are pristine. The reception staff are helpful and welcoming. The outside of the building needs updating (painting and re grouting) to freshen it up. It’s looking a little tired, but overall a lovely apartment close the everything.

Room very disappointing smelled of moth balls. Our 2 bedroom apartment in the central tower compared to friends staying in the other towers was extremely small. This apartment is not worth the price I paid. Feel ripped off.

Stayed at Bel Air Broadbeach heaps of times. Love this place so close to everything. Shopping, food places, coffee shops galore, Bach so close great walk to Surfers. Yep just love it, can’t wait for the borders to b open to us Vics again. Will b straight back there again. Staff brilliant too.

Love staying here so close to everything with Pacific Fair across the road and the tram line… Rooms are always clean with comfy beds and awesome views and the staff are always so lovely… this is the only place we stay when visiting the Goldie ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staying here at the moment in 1 bedroom apartment room 1105. Love everything about this place, our apartment has amazing views, absolutely spotlessly clean, pool, spa, sauna, not to mention the cafe where we have breakfast, everything is beautiful. Staff are wonderful, only one thing that disappointed me was that we wanted to extend our stay for a couple more nights in our room, and place was fully booked, so highly recommend to book this place in advance as it’s very popular. Everything is nearby, Pacific Fair across the road, Oasis Shopping 5 mins walk, beach 5 min walk, Surfers by tram, that tram is awesome, leaves every 15 mins approximately, and on other days it can be every 8 mins. Family friendly, resort style, fun for adults and kids, will be back again for sure.

Great place, excellent staff. Rooms are nice and clean, as is pool and spa. Highly recommended. Just across from Pacific Fair and 5 minute walk to the Oasis. Definitely going back again.

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at Bel Air Broadbeach with my husband and 10 year old son and I can not fault this hotel in anyway.
From the moment I booked to the day we checked out everything went so smoothly. All enquiries and requests I has prior to our stay were responded to promptly.
We arrived outside of reception hours and it was simple to gain access to our 2 bedroom apartment.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Lovely, spacious unit, reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Very close to public transport, heaps great cafe's and restaurants, not to mention the various markets and shopping centres! Highly recommend it. Unfortunately, coffee shop was a bit, ho-hum. The coffe tasted pretty good, but the staff couldn't get the meaning of extra hot! It was still luke warm!

Spent 2 nights in the Sub penthouse was absolutely stunning will definitely be going back.

We stayed here over Christmas. Highly recommended — great price, service, location and wonderful and affordable for families. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments and the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a beautiful one bedroom apartment filled with everything we needed including washer and dryer, A beautiful view of the outdoor pool and access to the indoor heated pool and gym. Across from a massive shopping center we were able to keep the cost of a holiday down with cooking our own meals and two blocks away is surfers paradise a must see for everyone we'll definitely be back to stay again!

I was impressed with the incredibly roomy suite with all the facilities you needed for an extended stay. Maintenance staff were very quick to sort an issue with the remote. Furniture was comfy and views were amazing. Easy access to Pacific Fair, the beach and a host of cafes and restaurants.

Nenad and his team provided our family with a thorough and prompt service regarding an account query. My sons stayed here in April this year and gave us great feedback about their stay. It was beautiful. The rooms had eveything you could want or need. It was clean and well decorated. We had a lovely stay.

Old (not run down), but spacious. The pool is lovely, the view of the water relatively uninterrupted, and the buildings very nicely appointed. The only setback is the age, with some fittings feeling a little antiquated, but otherwise it is a great location close to the tram (G:Link) which will get you to Surfers, Pacific Fair shopping centre (with cinemas) and Broadbeach.

Lovely staff the accommodation was great. Would definitely come back.

The best apartment ever. Everything is here. Its a walking distance to Pacific Fair and the trams and buses is accessible to all the tourist attractions. The view here is to die for. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. Theres a heated swimming pool. And we got the newly renovated room and it's gorgeous.

Once again… we are enjoying the life at Bel Air! My partner and I love this place. Everything is just awesome here! All staff are lovely, it's close to everything and rooms are very comfortable. We will be sad to leave.

Location was fantastic, amenities were perfect, pool, spa, sauna, gym etc. Rooms were modern and clean, had balconies for both rooms. Undercover parking a bonus as well. Staff were very professional and helpful.

Very nice place to stay in for a holiday it has 3 swimming pools a gym a lot of facilities. Great place for families and it really close. To all the restaurants and the shopping center.

Extremely good facilities, except our Wi-Fi didn't work properly for the first couple of days. The pool and suites are great though.

Service is amazing, very friendly and highly helpful towards tourists. We have a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment and it is stunning. There is some understandable wear and tear in some places, but would definatley be one of the nicest places we have stayed.

If the staff at the front counter have been a bit more hospitable this would have been a 5 star rating. My room was very clean and the pool facilities were good although the 10 p. M. Curfew kinda sucked, but there are a lot of residents who share the accommodation so that's understandable as some of them would have to work the next day. Great location and easy to find your way around. For anyone who goes to the cafe I recommend the chicken and pesto wrap.

Love the place really good the service was also good helpful on our last night a group of young teenages wanted to play music at 4am not happy then a staff member at 5am stoped them good on him the couch bed was a know go needs a new mattress but part from that very very good Il stay there again.

Fantastic location, with an amazing cafe just around the corner. Friendly staff, very clean & super-comfortable beds! The beach is an easy stroll, and Pacific Fair was far too easy to walk across the road to. Would not hesitate to recommend for great value & great location.

The apartment was pretty good, with everything we needed. The building was good as well and located in a good area, close to the beach, shopping centre and public transports. Just bit disappointed about the breakfast, not much choice.

Awesome views, good pool spacious rooms. Watched whales passing by all day every day. Right across the road from trams and Pacific Fair shopping centre.

Location was good, pool was good. The cleaning was below par. Thick layer of dust on the doors in the kitchen. Dust on benches. The television remote batteries were flat. That was ok in the end because the advertised free internet didn't work properly on Wi-Fi or at all on the claimed internet tv. The clothes dryer door didn't close correctly so that didn't work for us. The advertised queen bed was in fact two single beds zipped together. Uncomfortable as my wife and I are close sleepers, a centre zip isn't the best thing to lay on when trying to sleep. The fan in the bedroom inexplicably only ran when the light was on. No air con in the bedroom so sleeping was a choice of hot still air in the dark, or sleeping with a fan but glaring spotlight in our face all night. Left a number of messages on the bypassed reception call centre for the reception to call us back and rectify these issues. Never received any call back. Won't be returning.

Location is great and room is really nice and clean but the Wi-Fi is not working correctly and the reseption is not doing much to help at all!

After staying at Bel Air over the weekend I had a horrible experience. Sunday morning I went into the 2nd bathroom to take a bath my partner shut the door and that was it we were locked in. With no phones no tools nothing but our towels I started to feel panic wondering how we would get out. I knew it was sunday morning and house keeping was coming Monday with the thought of staying in there for over 24 hours with no windows or food I felt phisically sick and had anxiety. My partner managed to remove one screw after over an hour and slowly rip of the door handel to find it broken inside. We were stuck in for 2 hours. I tooked the handel down stairs so show kathy on reception with no apologies she said it can be released from the outside and didnt seem to care at all. I am very disappinted with the staff and spoke to 2Ic Monday who seem to understand more and said the manager would call me later. He did some what apologies saying its no one fault and offer me 25percent of my next stay. As if I would want to go back. I felt sick all sunday from my experience at bel air broadbeach. Not how I would be expediting staff to treat us after paying over 600 dollars. Very upset still.

This place was spacious and comfortable, had great views. Really great location — very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was a great experience at the Gold Coast staying at Bel Air.

Perfectly located within 3 minutes casual walk to the beach or 3 minute steady walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre. The rooms are spacious with nice quality finishes. Outdoor and indoor pools, as well as a sauna and gym. There is also a nice cafe on the premises and the coffee is amazing. Great place to stay, great coffee, great location, but best of all … amazing value for money.

Stayed there for a week for an IT conference down the road. Really comfortable spacious apartments. Nice views of the ocean. Absolutely loved it! Friendly staff, even sent back items I had forgotten! Highly recommended!

I spent three nights in a one bedroom apartment and was so impressed!
Comfortable, well furnished, with everything you could possibly need.
I was most impressed with the staff — so friendly and efficient. Two lovely balconies with views of the river topped it off.

Location is fantastic, especially if you are holidaying with young children. Close to some great parks near Kurrawa Surf Club, 5 minutes walk away, and also directly opposite Pacific Fair shopping centre. Having the main transport hub opposite, and some restaurants below, was also very handy. Security was also excellent. 99% of staff were friendly and very helpful, only one female staff member on reception who shouldn't be in customer service as she never smiled and wasn't that welcoming, and we were there for 9 days. The cafe there is not a cafe and really quite poor, false advertising really. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd certainly stay there again.

I have never heard or a place that charges for extra/fresh towels. I was told off almost when I asked that that was what the washing machines were for as if I were a 3yo. You also have to pay for more toilet paper!

Great place to stay, clean, functional, well presented, great staff and very well facilitated. Will be staying here aging on our next trip, this time with the kids… The cafe with breakfast from 7am a life saver, great coffee and the three stack of pancakes with bacon and maple syrup… Wow, if only I could make them like that… Shops right on the door fantastic, and with pacific fair shopping center across the road and major attractions like Movie and dream world with in a 20min drive the Bel air makes a great base. With all that's on offer inside 30min drive I would consider buying an apartment at the Bel air, great place.

The Gold Coast has always been spectacular on the whole – but Surfers Paradise was not what I remembered. It is a beautiful, vibrant and thriving hub full of families and beautiful Gold Coast people enjoying themselves. Call me selfish – it’s unlike me to take the time to write a review. But – having returned from the most relaxing trip I have ever taken I feel credit needs to be allocated where it is so unbelievably deserved. If you have a trip planned or upcoming – “Bel-Air” at Broadbeach is remarkable. The building’s charming architectural features are prominent enough to make it a Broadbeach landmark. I promise you will never have any trouble finding your way back to your hotel if you stay at Bel-Air. The staff obviously enjoy their work. They are happy, helpful and enhance the atmosphere of the resort on the whole. You will lack nothing in your room. From the comfortable bed to the entertainment system, lightning-fast Wi-Fi (I typically hate hotel Wi-Fi) and the spectacular outlook. A feature of the outlook was the beautiful pool that is a feature at the centre of the separate towers (this design cuts down foot-traffic past your room and enhances privacy). Add the perfectly manicured grounds, the cool driveway and underground parking … The list goes on. A 5 star bargain in my opinion.

We live in the region and holiday regularly with our teenage daughters on and around the Gold Coast. On this occasion (JAN 09) we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment near the pool in the East tower. Our rooms were clean and everything worked. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, however it was all a bit tired and needs a refurbishment. The weather was great so we spent a lot of time at the pool (which is also in need of a refurb but was lovely and clean) and were very disappointed to find that at 6am every morning that people ran down (an hour before the pool opened) to claim the lounges by putting towels on them and then leaving to return hours later. There are only 20 sun lounges for a several hundred capacity facility and it put a sour taste in our mouths. We spoke to many other guests who said it had been happening their whole stay. When one couple took towels off 'reserved lounges' they copped an earful on the 'owners' return. Not worth the angst. Having said that, we feel that we received value for money. The facility is well-placed near to Broadbeach and all its wonderful restaurants and beaches.

My husband plus 2 adult friends stayed at this resort for 2 nights on the weekend of 07/8 March 2008. Although booked late via wotif at a value rate, we did receive our requests — non-smoking, oceanview etc. The apartment consisted of 2 bed/2 bath which was evidently able to be split into a 1 bed/ibath + 1 hotel room. As a consequence there was no air-con in the main bedroom which would be a problem in middle of summer. The most concerning aspect of the stay was lack of security in the underground (secure) parking. Our friends car along with a number of others were broken into with money the main focus. There was significant damage to the car door lock — indicative costs are $250 for new door lock + $1400 for panel work. And do you know what? — management and staff of the complex could not have cared less! Police were amazed at lack of cameras and no recording of rego numbers to enable contact with other occupants. Will we go there again — probably yes — location/facilities excellent. Message for management — please install cameras — was evident this was not the first time this had happened in your complex. Park near the lifts.
