Very nice hotel in a great location. Walking distance to anything in Cairns city. Excellent service by the staff who are friendly and helpful. Nice amenities with pool and gym. Great place!

We had our wedding here. We can’t thank everyone at the PULLMANs enough. Delia was our event coordinator and she was great. She was always thinking of the finer details and making sure all the things in the background went smoothly. Our room was amazing and the breakfast perfect. Highly recommend them for any event!

Nice facilities, but noisy! Whether it is the band's and loud music in the lobby or the shouting and music from the Casino over the road that was terribly loud until 1am even up on the top floor. Reception very professional but slow… three people in the back office leaving one person on the desk to deal eurgh a queue of six check ins. Pool deck spacious and nice pool. Central location close to everything.

It's a big hotel and is just a stones throw from the beach and loads of touristy things to do. Very nicely appointed fittings and furnishings in what looks like a recently redecorated room. I did have to comment on the noise the built-in air-conditioning seems to make and I am not sure they can do a lot about it. Room was also missing a room service menu which I had to ask for. Very good spot overall.

Beautiful hotel with great service. All the amenities were well kept and the facilities were excellent! Great area in Cairns as is very easy walk to the main Esplanade.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff! We had a beautiful view with very comfortable beds. The location was perfect for going on tours and dining and shopping.

The place is nice and clean. Staff members are friendly, have good customer service. I have recommended it to friends! Yes, I will be back.

Stayed here 11th and 12th March 2018, rooms 915 and 916. Even though we got the rooms really cheaply ($129 per room per night) through a newspaper ad, we were treated like Royalty. Early check in, no problem. Champagne on arrival, no problem. Didn't eat in restaurant, seemed a bit expensive, but plenty of cheap eats near by. Special mention to the young concierge (in laws called him Leonardo, because he looked like a young Leonardo DiCaprio). He was very friendly, super helpful, all round nice guy. As we were leaving I wanted to give him a tip, but he disappeared somewhere, probably helping a guest out. Thanks again, Dave, Rose, Barb and Laurie.

Good hotel with great rooms and nice pool.

Not sure of I should rate it a 3 or a 4. Pretty nice hotel but needs some upkeep. The Wi-Fi was free. The irons and ironing board were old and need to be relaced. I also had trouble getting the shower water to stay consistent with the temperature. Considering its location, and the area, I would stay here again. It's across from a casino.

One of the best experiences for hotels I've had in a long time. The view, the room & the service was all amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, very warm to conversations & exceptional. The rooms were fantastic, very spacious & very inviting. The beds were wonderful to sleep on & the view outside made it all the more worth it. The dining experience was a tad pricey but the food was still definitely worth it. Definitely think about the pullman next time you're planning a trip to Cairns.

Nice hotel recommend high floor and balcony room. Good location over the road from Casino. Easy stroll to waterfront. Lots of restaurants close by, this hotel has restaurant, bar and great pool area.

Nice room, technical glitch on day but they powered through. Lovely staff, mentioned my cat died that day and they sent bottle of champagne to room to console me. Thought that was a beautiful gesture.

Amazing hotel! Great reception staff and beautiful lobby. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean and had a great view.

Grand hotel with a gorgeous lobby. Much nicer than the Pullman Casino hotel, which is next door. Amazing breakfast buffet.

Nice rooms, great selection of drinks at the bar, swimming pool is good too. The hotel is a bit "older" (old lifts, old carpet in places), but it is well kept. The buffet breakfast is excellent value, all of the staff were friendly and professional.

Visited recently and enjoyed drinks and the Tapastry Menu in Cocos Restaurant. The service was very attentive and the food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to everyone! The lobby was beautiful with Christmas decorations all around :-)

Best I have stayed at for a long time… staff all welcoming. Room on high floor had great view over Cairns harbour. Restaurant good. Great Cocktails. Will stay again and longer next time.

Enjoyable stay, appreciated the early check-in and late checkout. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Friendly staff. Good location in the city centre. Would recommend for a business or leisure trip to Cairns.

With our Accor membership we were well treated and on our return visit 10 days later we were upgraded to a luxury suite. We had an amazing view over Cairns Harbour looking east and a spacious room. Location very central. Tamarin across street a special dinning experience. Staff very professional and helpful. Allowed late checkout. Breakfast and dinner buffets fine but often crowded. Good pool but water freezing. No airport shuttle service so had to take taxis. Would stay again.

Attended a conference here. Staff were helpful and friendly. Conference area is well attended with regular water refills and fresh table cloths every day. Projector screens have good prominent position at both sides of stage. I've noticed that Pullman is very good at responding to feedback on Google Reviews so if I can please ask you to pass this request on: One thing that would really improve your common areas is access to rubbish bins. Currently the only way to dispose of waste is to use the small bins in staff areas or give rubbish to a passing staff member clearing up plates and cups or leave rubbish on tables which looks untidy. Some empty bowls were provided today for fruit scraps but things like serviettes are still difficult to get rid of. So, in summary, is it possible to get some large rubbish bins in the ground floor common area? Thank you and look forward to your reply.

Excellent facility for Conference. Helpful staff. Little oddities in the room such as a few non working lights.

Very nice Hotel, close to locals, shops… and restaurants… all very good. Spacious rooms with balcony… very nice.

My partner & I had a fantastic few nights here for his birthday. The staff went above & beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay including complimentary bottle of wine (×2! ) and more. The food at Coco's restaurant was superb, fine dining meets buffet. Thank you Daniel at the Pullman for such a wonderful welcome!

A stunning hotel… Few minutes Walking distance from the Harbour, main shopping and restaurant streets. The restaurant serves a good selection of food that is prepared with care and they often have Live music in the bar area. Rooms were large and beds very comfortable. Gorgeous mountain and sea views from our room. Excellent spa pool. Helpful staff. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great saff, all very professional. Facilities are a little out dated though still very up market for the location!

High Tea for a work socialiser was an excellent way to meet and discuss some important issues in a way that allowed everyone to contribute on an even level.

The service I must say was very professional dinner & breakfast quantity and quality very tasty "Wow"

Stayed for 7 nights. Outstanding service from staff. Pools are great. Views of the marina are spectacular. Rooms are nice and clean. Only downside are the TVs and lack of channels. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel and rooms are a bit dated however it appears classy. The staff were all quite lovely to deal with & helpful, the pool, gym & sauna facilities are all well cleaned, looked after, easy to navigate to and opened at convenient times for guest access. After a redevelopment to become more modern this hotel would be excellent and on par with other Pullmans we have stayed in elsewhere.

Great service here, as you would from a five-star hotel. Nice and clean room too.

The swimming pool, gym and saunas are free to hotel guests. The condition of the room is fine and the view is nice. Lobby has free Wi-Fi. Room Wi-Fi is free if registered as a member (no registration fee is needed). However the Wi-Fi signal in room is extremely slow!

It's a comfortable place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean and spacious rooms!

Have you tried parking on the eastern side of the Pullman resort before? The side facing the wharf. It's a loading zone from 8:30-5:00 mon to fri. But after that it's like every other park in cairns. We parked there at 6:30pm on a Friday. The staff at the Pullman insisted that we move the car, that it was blocking their entry! That they would be forced to call the police and have us ticketed! This is a legal space for anyone to park in outside of the loading zone times! Get the park changed through council if you want it to be. 24hr loading zone. Otherwise leave people alone! We are free to park here.

The staffs are too rude against people who can't speak English. Also Coco's restaurant's foods weren't delicious. I will never stay there.

Ripped off. They charged me for an extra day after I left. Tried to do it at check out too. The place is old and tired. May have been ok 30 years ago. Go elsewhere. I've been told the FNQ locals do not stay there.

What a fantastic experience. I cannot fault the service and quality of this hotel. We stayed there for a week, and the central location of the hotel was perfect for daily expeditions to the surrounding attractions. The staff could not have been more helpful and could not have made us feel more welcome from the concierges, the front desk, and especially the restaurant team.

They made a mistake on our online booking and then wouldn't refund our money. They ended up charging us even though we didn't stay there! Staff are rude, uncooperative and backwards.

Very OLD property, showing its age. Moronic idea from Accord to call TWO (2) different properties by the SAME name. Both very average. Pool area. Shows a lot of RUST, sub-standard towels in Pool room, pool area not cleaned, handle bar to go in the pool. Not safe. Etc. Etc. Very disappointed.

Excellent gourmet meals, professional staff, and a good atmosphere with the great outlook right on the beach. Not cheap, but prices are fair relative to the quality of the food.
