Clean and nice services I was happy to stay in The Hub It was nice to access everything and good restaurant around.

Brilliant Customer Service! Apartments are big! Complete package-by city, by river, food store/ snap gym across the road, etc Really enjoy staying here! The best part — the owner and management are always happy to help you! Very happy!

I really dont like giving bad reviews but I have to be honest. Terrible service. Really unhelpful. I mean the customer service is one of the worst i’ve ever encountered. Wasn't clean when we moved in, as we found rubbish lying around from previous occupants. Washing machine was broke and they never fixed it the whole time we were there, so the floor was constantly wet.

We had a very unhappy experience with the hub apartments. The "manager" Bridget was not understanding at all when we wen't happy with very dusty and dirty room. Carpet is very old, place is so run down, management is basically a joke on legs, you may as well talk to a brick wall. We found vermin & bed bugs in our room, dust mites from dirty air vents, room smelt like smokers lounge & nothing worked well at all. I would stay away from this place and spend your money elsewhere, its not worth the trouble. Its really a 1 star apartment in the real world. Do not stay here!

Fantastic Location! Short walk to CBD or the nightlife in the Valley! Lovely Staff and Apartments! Everyone is so kind and always happy to help!

Management is extremely rude, greedy and nasty. There are no compromising anything it’s her way or a very rude highway. The apartments are over priced. Great location but not worth the hassle. Read all the comments and you can draw a correlation of the above. Something clearly needs to change at the hub and I think a good starting point would be to get a new building manager. I would never recommend this place to anyone mainly because of the rude and unpleasant manager. Zero people skills, massively unprofessional and a one star rating from me and that’s only because there’s a Woolworths direct across the road.

Absolutely atrocious would not recommend staying here to anybody, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were given a 1 bedroom in which there was a broken toilet seat, 3 broken beds, broken shower head and dirty kitchen utensils. They wouldn’t give us the Wi-Fi password and hung up on us when we tried to ask for it. The balcony door barely opened and the room just had a foul Oder. Even one star is too many for this excuse of an apartment.

If a digusting room with stained furniture to match, deplorable customer service, the threat of the police being called for a noise complaint and being charged an additional $200 are what you want, then look no further! The Hub apartments are a dream if you have exceptionally low standards and poor taste.

You get what you pay for and for the price, this place is fine. You can't compare it to a 5 star hotel which is what people seem to be doing in this review section. It's central, spacious, and has full kitchen & laundry facilities. I've stayed here twice now for work trips and can't complain.

The apartment and location were fantastic. Quality Wifi was a huge bonus.

It was great location and Wi-Fi was perfect. Cleaning was perfect and friendly staff. I will definitely go there again.

I always stay here when travelling to Brisbane for work. Centrally located and good value. Apartments are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a stay here.

Advertising any kind of amenity that you offer would mean to any person that the standard of that amenity is of an acceptable standard, none of which were at this apartment. From the mattresses that were thin and lumpy, not enough seating, old mismatched furniture that was dented, scratched and unacceptable for use, air conditioning vents that were coated with dust, rusted and chipped bathroom sink and shower, crockery and cutlery covered in filth, and the threat if being fined for not competing jobs that you would normally include in their clean up description or maintenance of the room, lead to a less than satisfactory stay. The management of the apartments was frosty and unwelcoming even after they had not prepared for our arrival and left us waiting outside for half an hour late at night before letting us in. Don't be fooled by the photos, that is not what you get.

-The place had a bad smell to it. -The manager was drunk and emotional crying she has some issues going on not something I wanted to see. -Managment will just go into your room with out being asked and will not leave when being told to do so. -This manager also threatenes to take more money from you. I recommend never going here unprofessional to say the least.

Poorly maintained. Broken bed, broken shower screen, serviced once every 8 days, no re-stocking of consumables ie bin liners, washing detergent etc.

Great location and first glance, rooms seem nice. However there are some very basic housekeeping and maintenance standards not being met. Dirty scuff marks on almost every wall, 3 main lights not working, dirty glasses and crockery, dangerously slippery soap scum covering the shower floor. And no additional toilet paper! — between 4 adults, seriously? This place has potential but it clearly needs manager who is actively involved.

Terrible, do not book at this place. You can't speak without being told to keep the "noise" down. If you're looking for rude customer service and a disgusting apartment, look no further.

Would give it a zero if I could. Where do I start. Noisy neighboring rooms. Ripped carpet, ripped couch, cracked bathroom sink, walls dirty n scratched. Pics on website r a joke and don't look anything like the rooms. Glad it was only one night.

Hub Apartments is an absolute joke! They did not tell us anything about paying a bond when we booked, then when we got there we suddenly had to pay a $400 bond! We stayed on the 4th of December and they told us it should be back in by the 8th. It's now the fucking 16th of December and it's still not back in! We have called them numerous times and they say there gonna sort it out but it's been two weeks and it's still not sorted! I want my money back. They took out another $50 recently. I asked them why and they said the $50 should have came out of the $400, and it was taken because of the rubbish we left there, WHICH WAS ALL PUT IN RUBBISH BAGS neatly stacked! So we got charged for that! They sound as though they have no clue with what's happening with my bond money. Let's just hope it at least goes in before Christmas! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Awesome place to stay. I have stayed there a number of times and always go back there when I am in Brisbane. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place has a great vibe.

Check is super slow. I'm surprised they even had light with how shit the service is.

Very strict and disgustingly rude, considering we lost all our bond over one noise complaint, on a Saturday night at 9:30. Fair enough a warning first? But nope, just a bang on the door, rude communication by Brooke, we were told to keep it down, which we did right away — we all left and headed out for the night. Even cleaned the apartment and made it spotless the following morning and they still took the whole bond without even contacting us or anything, just came straight out of my account and there was no notification from the staff. Wouldn't reccommend to anyone, seems like they'll just take any money they can get for any reason which is disgraceful. We were also told parking was free and they charged us for it in the end. You should get your own parking space included in booking your room. Not professional at all. Very disappointed and disgusted. Never again!

The rooms are clean and have useful items such as a microwave etc. The bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi did not have good reception in our unit, but it was free and much appreciated. There was no jug for water in our fridge, which was annoying as the day was hot and cold water would have been appreciated. However, the people at reception were accommodating and kind. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful units, very helpful and friendly staff in particular the onsite manager who was most helpful when I locked myself out. Great central location, with lovely garden views. Would stay here again. Prices very reasonable.

Deplorable Service and unprofessional manner! I was disgusted at the way I was treated by the management of the Hub apartments, we were evicted for no reason, the owner/manager Bridget stormed into our apartment yelling get your sh** and get out before making offensive comments toward me and the other guests. Then locked our belongings in the room and gave us no way of getting them out, leaving three nineteen your old girls with no money and no where to go at 11pm. This was all due to having our radio too loud which we received no warning no nothing.
