Cheap and nice rooms. The common areas are nice. The kitchen is modern and is really good equipped. The toilets and showers are shared but they are really clean The entertainment area is tidy with a nice TV set an a comfortable sofa. The staff is really friendly and they can help you if they can. The internet is paid and works fine, if you stay for a week, talk to the staff in order to know if you can have internet access for a lower price or for free. Finally the hotel is well located you can walk to the center of the city (about 25 min).

Lovely old building, quiet for a hostel which is great, accommodation was basic, single bed, no AC only a fan, bed was comfy, toilets smelt mouldy, but overall a clean and comfortable place for a short cheap stay.

Good choices for budget customers, friendly staffs provide good services. Kitchen has all the equipments and accessories. Disadvantages are very thin wall, you can't make much noisy or if someone made some noisy you can hear it. Second disadvantage is you need to share toilet with others, but normally it is not a big deal, it is not crowded.

I found the place nice as soon as I arrived, and the beds were quite comfortable compared to other hostels. But after a first night I realized that the walls were very thin and that you could hear the slightest noise everywhere. Also the staff is not pleasant and very strict following the slightest noise. No discussions between friends are accepted after 21:30, even silent. Regarding the check in, we were clearly turned out as we had exceeded by 5 min the departure time, unacceptable. Limit insult, that we were ashamed of our country and that we respected nothing. In short, I put two stars because they all have to live well and I meet nice backpackers. But the manager does not deserve any of these guests.

One of the nicest hostels I've stayed in. It even has a chandelier. Kitchen is clean and has great utensils. Bit expensive for bunk beds but nice and quiet.

This is a very cheap option when staying in Brisbane. The building is very charming however the level of noise is pretty high because of the main road right next to it. Friendly staff and an easy walk to the city centre.

Beautiful property and extremely convenient to facilities. Staff are friendly. Walls are thin but there are signs up everywhere requesting for patrons to be quiet. I stayed there for four very comfortable nights.

Clean, but ask for a room on the top floor. The bottom ones don't have a lot of light.

I was worried at first, but once I arrived I was fascinated. I arrived late, and when I entered the house, there was a printout with my name and room number. I loved the house style and the terrace, the bathroom was clean and they have this tray with your own cup and plates and packets of sugar and coffee, you also get your own towel and soup. I would recommend all of you to stay here.
