I would recommend the Ibis Budget Windsor especially highly for business trips or layover flights, or staying close to nearby hospitals for specialist appointments. Location and free onsite parking are good. Bus services run outside as well. Rooms are small but not uncomfortable with bed, bar fridge, small table/chair, alarm clock, full length mirror and wall mounted clothes stand. Air conditioning for cooling/warming and a TV with remote mounted in the corner facing the bed. Bathroom is through a small door inside the room's entrance, in my experience clean but well maintained. Shower, toilet and basin facilities as is standard. A window to the street has a draw down blind for privacy. Despite being near a major thoroughfare, rooms are well insulated for noise, and the hotel prides itself on low noise after 10pm. Good privacy, comfortable beds and attentive staff for a reasonable price in my experience. Housecleaning staff were also very pleasant and not intrusive. Offers a breakfast in the front seating area adjacent to the lobby. My only complaint is stairs while I had an injured leg, even so during booking staff ensured the least amount of walking to an available room for me. I would gladly stay here again.

I arrived right on 10pm which is latest check in. Key was In the lock box fortunately the night porter was still at the front desk. My room was right at the front so easy access and close to car park. Room small but clean as was bathroom. Lovely hot shower. Cheap and cheerful. And do easy.

Pretty nice, easy to find. Rooms are tiny. But with some improved storage it would be amazing.

Lovely place to shower, rest and have a good value breakfast to start the day. Staff are of an elite quality where nothing is too much trouble and an infectious smile free.

A no frills budget hotel it is. Clean and tidy. Bus stop outside for easy access to the city. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights.

Amazing customer service, the GM knows what hes doing a long with the last working that night, Ricki-lea. She is going places! The rooms are what you pay for. You get an amazingly comfortable bed, TV, and a really hot shower! For the price qhat more can you really ask for!

Great Staff super friendly simple accommodation but has everything you need.

The rooms are small but clean and all we really needed but the service is amazing the staff go out of there way to help and are very friendly. Weather it’s extra towels, more blankets or allowing us to use there toaster, the staff are incredibly accommodating and probably the nicest staff iv met anywhere. DEFINITELY would recommend this place to a friend.

Great customer service, solid motel, clean… It's an Ibis BUDGET so keep that in mind but perfect if you're just after a comfy bed to snooze in.

Have to pay for Wi-Fi. $24 for 1000mb. Thought I had gone back in time. Pillows were non existent. Good enough for 1 or 2 nights but that is pushing it.

Bed is comfortable! Rooms and bathrooms small… No lifts had to walk 3 flights of stairs so recommend requesting a lower level room if stairs a issue for you especially if you are staying for hospital visit… For basic budget accommodation not too bad…

It's clean and the place is located conveniently to the city and just across the road from a 24/7 Maccas. Check out time is a bit early at 10AM though. Can't expect much more from a budget hotel though.

Staff friendly butroom wanting. Obvious rust in shower pod five places. Space in room where a small table and chair would go. Bed was clean and freshly made up however.

Very good for budget accommodation. Short walk to some good eateries. Only complaint was the upstairs halkway reeked of cigarette smoke.

Stayed for only one night. As soon as I walked through the front door, I was greeted by Paul. He is friendly and professional, I felt so looked after. He even took my suitcase up to my room while I was parking my car. I can't say how much I appreciated that as I have a cracked disc in my back, and probably would not have been able to carry it up to the third floor myself. The room was good, small and cosy, I didn't need anything more. The bed was fantastically comfortable. Thanks Ibis! I will recommend this motel to everyone. It is clean, the staff are great and it is so affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice and neat. Tidy room. When on overnight stay its perfect for the price. Even got a free upgrade to King. Nice.

The location was good right across the road from McDonald's room sizes were good for an overnight stay and the rooms were very clean.

We were only here overnight before going overseas. The price was good. No restaurant only a couple of vending machines, Maccas across the road. Would stay here again for an overnighter.

Met expectations for budget accommodation. Met our basic needs. Pillows and bed was the only let down and no bathmat left the entire bathroom slippery.

This hotel is one level up from a hostel. It's good for the price however things like the moldy shower and shower curtains can be fixed. Bring thongs for the bathroom as they have fit a shower, sink and toilet in about 1 square meter. Good price for what you get however consider spending the $30 more a night if you can to get something more decent.

Clean and comfortable the room was great for three adults stay for two nights afford as well.

Very clean and compact. Good security. Tidy. Rooms have everything you need but are extremely compact.

For the price this was a really nice hotel. Beds were comfortable, rooms were small but okay for two people. For a budget hotel there's really nothing to complain about other then the personal stuff like I would of like extra pillows and for the Wi-Fi to be free or cheaper but other than that. Really great place and I recommend staying here.

We stayed for one night after a day at the Ekka. I thought I would never find a motel room like this under $130 a night. Just like any room in that price range you could find. So clean and comfortable for the price. Plenty of floor space in the corner to keep luggage and other items. Great TV. We didn't pay for the $9 per person breakfast, we went to Hungry Jack's down the road, but paid just as much and it was not nearly as healthy or satisfying. The only things I could fault: the lack of a little bit of benchtop in the bathroom to put things on; the basin was a bit small and could easily have been bigger; and no lift, though the flights of stairs were only about six or seven steps at a time, not too bad. It seems to have been designed that way. Plenty of parking at the side and back. Location is excellent. Better information on public transport options would have been nice. But we would stay there again.

What is expected of an ibis budget.

Cheap, clean and cozy. Perfect for a quick overnight in Brisbane. I have stayed a few times now and happy to go back again. Rooms are small but always clean and have a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and basic amenities (Fridge, kettle, cups, tea & coffee) Bathroom is tiny and shower has no recess so you have to be careful with getting water everywhere. Staff are helpful and friendly. Front rooms are close to road so can get a little noisy.

Hotel was easy to check into. Hotel does not have a lift so is not suitable for those who cannot take the stairs. For the price, it's value for money. Spent 2 nights and I recommend to who is on a quick business trip, this hotel will work perfectly. While having shower I noticed that the water would come out into the room making the floor slippery and wet, this needs to be address asap. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, cheap, and comfortable. Walking distance to royal Brisbane. Wheelchair access room available. Only downfall is no hot breakfasts. But very comfortable for one or two people. Staff very pleasant.

Close to many places. Good customer services and room was great for the price.

It's actually in quite a good location despite being out of the city centre, the bus stop is just a tiny walk down the road with many regular buses going into CBD area. The room was nice and clean with a TV. Very basic though, but that's kind of the point for a budget hotel. I'd definitely stay again/recommend to others.

The bed was not really comfortable I could not shower (too small). With walking frame, had trouble getting around hotel. Had to go to McDonalds for decent brekky. Rating: 2 half 1/2, sorry.

If u need to use Wi-Fi do not book in this hotel. Worst Wi-Fi I ever seen. And you need to pay for it! —, —

Stayed one night and for the price had everything we needed from a hotel, so much better than staying in a hostel and not too much more expensive, we decided to stay a second night!

Clean, cheap and comfortable. The staff were really nice the rooms air conditioning worked great. The only problem was the traffic noise during the night.

Wifi is $12.50 for 2 hours, no kettle in room, no free lobby coffee from 10 pm to 10 am, water everywhere from no bathmats, very very basic and small.

Cheap, clean and close to town. Basic but good bed.
