Very nice rooms, great location. After hours check-in a bit chaotic, but got sorted.

We have been staying at the Vine Apartments for three nights. The location is good. Clean apartment. Lovely balcony looks out onto a fine looking park.
We paid $165.75 a night so I was expecting daily housekeeping, but apparently that’s not the case. So that was a disappointment.
Also, the reception staff ignore you when you come in and out of the building which is a little sad. A ‘hello’ or even a smile would be nice.
Also, just now, I am reading the information letter left for me and I see that on departure, I have to:
Stack the dishwasher
Empty my own rubbish bin
And leave the place clean…
For nearly 500 bucks for 3 days, I think it’s pretty bloody cheeky to expect your guests to act as housemaids for you.
I don’t think I’ll be back.

I stayed three nights for a conference and was so happy with my apartment. I booked a 1 bedroom but on arrival was upgraded to a 2br — way too much space for little old me, it would be a comfy home base for two couples or a small family. Foxtel, speedy Wi-Fi, full kitchen, ensuite in the master bedroom and even a washer and dryer. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful, I arrived before check in and they looked after my bag for me while I explored the city and Liz texted me when my room was ready before check-in time. The apartment is really clean, the linen feels good quality and the bed is comfortable. Very close to the convention centre and cultural precinct and a brisk 15 minute walk (or cruisey 20 mins) to the CBD. There is a bit of traffic noise which is not Vine’s fault of course; bring earplugs if you’re not used to city noise. I will stay here again.

Great apartment close to the south bank and conference center.

So much easier on the south side when arriving in the city from that direction. Easy to find snd you don't need to cross the bridge into the melee of traffic there.
Location is great with so much nearby — eateries pubs supermarkets and the south bank precinct. City is a comfy 20 min walk and you are at Queen St Mall or Casino. Plus 25 min walk to Suncorp. Staff friendly and informative. Apartment spacious, goof facilities and clean. Easy parking. Cafe downstairs on the corner. Great little balcony. Very happy and would return.

Great place to stay if you plan to go to Brisbane. Close to everything, very clean and great staff.

This is a wonderful place to stay & relax, it's a pleasant walk to the Queen street Mall and there is lots of places to eat and it's location to South Bank it's fabulous. The rooms were very modern, clean & spacious. We will stay again.

Loved our stay here. Wonderful location, close to the convention center, a short walk into the city center and close to many restaurants. The apartments were clean, spacious and comfortable. Liz at the front desk was so helpful, we took all of her recommendations for walks, sight seeing and restaurants which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Visiting parents who are staying for the weekend. Lovely big unit and beautifully furnished and decorated. Very bad smell in the basement car park though unfortunately which is present in the common areas of the floors also — seems to be coming from the garbage chute/bins.

It was conveniently located near convention centre and Southbank. Lovely clean rooms with modern furniture and well appointed space. Friendly management.

Long weekend in Brisbane was great with Vine! Lovely customer service from front desk staff, with apartments being roomy, well equipped (loved the Gas Cooktop! ), with quality fixtures and fittings. I have seen reviews complain about the noise — we didn't have an issue with it. Apartments are walking distance to everything! Trains, buses, Davies Park Markets in West End, the City etc Great apartments, awesome customer service and wonderful location.

Excellent 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in South Bank no more than 100 mtrs from the Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre, and a few minutes walk to QPAC, Queensland State Library, South Bank restaurant / entertainment precinct and free ferry, plus Victoria Bridge, the Treasury Casino and the CBD.

My wife and I spent 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment. We found it to be excellent with modern and tastefully decor and fittings, a fully equipped kitchen, Foxtel, in-house Wi-Fi and complementary parking. Roger the reservations manager was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was within walking distance of Southbank, the city and West End restaurants & cafes. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would recommend this place without hesitation!

My son and I had such a wonderful few days away at Vine Apartments. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusions of two air conditioners, Foxtel, two TVs, a fantastic oven and everything you could possibly need for the kitchen. Emma is an absolute delight and made us feel so comfortable and special. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend these apartments, they are so handy to Southbank and the city. We will definitely be back!

So disappointing. The Wi-Fi was so poor you couldn't even check Facebook with it. The TV in the bedroom didn't work at all. We were made to camp on the floor of the lounge room as the carpet in the bedroom was sodden from water leaking through the wall. No sympathy or compensation from management just handed a towel.

I stayed at the Vine Apartments last week while I was in Brisbane for a conference at the convention centre. The location was perfect with the Convention Centre on the next street. The apartments are a great size with all new appliances. When in Brisbane I will definitely stay here again.

Vine Apartments are wonderful! The Location is fantastic with the Convention Centre one street over and a huge amount of restaurant and bar choices in all directions. Musgrave Park is directly opposite the building as well as a coffee shop right underneath. Trains and buses are within a couple of minutes walk as the South Brisbane train station and Cultural Centre Busway Station are both around the corner. The apartments themselves are perfectly sized, modern, clean and are furnished with designer furniture and high spec appliances. There is also a rooftop terrace with a spa and sun loungers which is handy for me when I want to soak up some rays. Management and service provided by Vine has been always a pleasure and never a problem.

Vine apartments were wonderful! Stayed in quite a few areas in Brisbane but Vine was really a spot on location, especially because it was near the convention Centre and a couple minute walk to the train station and Goma, as well as Grey St restaurants and the West end area. The apartment itself was neat and clean. Plus a great roof top terrace which is always a bonus.

Fantastic location, only a stones throw to the convention centre and a huge selection of restaurants and shops. Apartments are new and well set up. Courteous attentive staff. Will definitely return on our next trip to Brisbane.

Awesome location! Great views from the rooftop terrace. Close to my favourite West End Markets. I love these apartments.

Best value serviced apartment accommodation in the Southbank area I reckon. Spotlessly clean and good Foxtel channels — which is unusual! I walked to West End for dinner most nights and breakfast was great at the Café downstairs. The Wi-Fi worked well and I will definitely stay there again when I visit Brisbane next month.
