Cancelled our pre paid booking at the point we arrived. Couldn't say why, couldn't give refund. Go call whoever you booked through to get refund. Pathetic.

It was an amazing room and view. It is comfortable and relaxing. I will be coming back.

Run down, cramped, falsely advertised and poorly staffed. I'd not recommend this place to anyone. Stayed here for a business trip in August 2018 expecting (based of criminally misleading photos) to have adequate room to work within the "studio apartment" whilst not visiting clients. There was nowhere to sit in the room besides the extremely uncomfortable bed. The tired furniture that looks suited to a 1star motel is so tightly crammed together that you can't even roll a carry on suitcase around the bed without hitting the fridge or a wall. TV reception was non existent and the 400 year old air conditioner sounded like it had crushed glass in place of bearings. I'll give it 1 star instead of zero due to the fact that it's relatively close to main attractions in South Bank.

Rooms were clean and spatious. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Apartment in terrible condition So dark as most light globes blown Cords hanging everywhere made the room look terrible and only 1 fork and nothing else in cutlery drawer Hard to comprehend why some money isn’t spend to update the room? No parking was available on the Saturday night so had to end up parking miles away Location is great as is the view but wouldn’t pay $150 per night for this tired, old, tiny room again : (

Very disappointed first night our bed broke while we were sleeping had to sleep on the floor. No apology or offer to change rooms. No bin or tap in our room other than the bathroom sink. Refused to hold our bags for a few hours resulting in having to change our flights home. Would avoid at all costs. $400 for 3 nights what a waste.

We loved these apartments. The views were amazing, parking was easy, Close to ferry stop & awesome restaurants along South Bank. Yes they are a bit older, but the apartment itself was huge. I'll definitely return!

Beautiful place, well located. The only con is the easy acess, giving me a feeling of some unsecurity.

Clean, tidy, and great river views. Room 37a Needs a good bed though. Painfull sleep on cheap, hard bed.

Nice place to stay & closet everything you would need. Balcony view was exquisite.

Very very disappointing. Furnishings have been distastefully gathered from an op shop and thrown into the rooms. Leaving very little room to move. Need binoculars to see the TV. No wine glasses. Old rusty fridge. Beds are squeaky planks. 7 hours travel to this photos on the website are lies! Good view from tiny patio.

We found the River Plaza appartments very nice… we had a few problems with our television but the manager was very helpful… The views are amazing and we liked the views and the good parking. Only complaint was that our appartment was only serviced once in 16 days and nothing was replenished as far confiments go… maybe an over site… We would happily stay there again…

Amazing views from this property with clean modern accommodation. The manager is excellent at his job and they went out of the way to help make my stay perfect. I hope one day to return for a longer stay.

Very disappointed in my room. Shower had not been cleaned was mouldy and had used soap and shampoo in the holder. Toilet didn't flush and was leaking. Dishes in the dishwasher. Carpet was filthy. The bed was dusty and was very loud. One good thing the place had going for it was the view.

Great and chic if you don't mind the noise.

Great location to live and stay. Excellent managers.
