Very accommodating and polite staff, modern, River views are looking about… There is a building directly in front of you but the sunset and City River section are quite good from the western side of building.

Great conveniently placed hotel. Well within walking distance to all of Southbank, ferries, Queen St Mall, art galleries, you name it, this is the place to stay. For the fitness goers there is a pool and small gym located on the first floor. For you coffee lovers there's a great little cafe on the ground floor which serves reasonably priced food. Travelling to Brisbane? then why not make this great hotel your base.

Good reasonable hotel. Very clean. Has all the amenities you can ask in a hotel. My only negative is that they don't provide dental kits. Other than that it's a decent hotel with good staff. I will not think twice if I have to stay there again. One advise is to not use the room service for cafe as they are very unprofessional.

Comfortable room, good restaurant thats open all day 5.30am to 9pm, small gym and indoor pool, Front office staff friendly but could be a little more customer focused. Also, a simple 2 page compendium describing all the hotel's amenities and services with prices, would be far more helpful than the 3 glossy corporate brochures placed in our room!

The rooms were well appointed. The staff was excellent and very courteous. It was clean all throughout — lobby, conference room, gym, guest rooms, and halls. The pool water was a bit cold, I thought it was a heated pool? But nevertheless a good experience staying there.

Great prices and reception staff. Unfortunately you may have to watch your belongings. We suspect the cleaning staff of stealing, they did not hand in a brand new shirt I left overnight and also my friends expensive jacket was not handed back a night before. The weight lifting machine has too much going on. After reading the instructions for 10 minutes, I decided to do push-ups and chair dips in my room instead. Cafe downstairs has good service and a free bottle of water when you dine. The ribs and fries are good. Just ask for a normal salad if you get a meal with coleslaw it's much better. The coleslaw should not be on the menu. It was disgusting. Could have gotten a better review but the cleaning staff kept our personal belongings. It's a big no in my book.

Its a stones throw from lady serento children's hospital which was good for us. Very nice hotel and very friendly.

Excellent comfortable and clean hotel with good facilities, including gym and swimming pool. Good location close to South bank and hospital. The restaurant provided a good selection of food at very good prices. Reception staff all helpful and friendly.

Great location! New hotel with solid amenities. Restaurant is very reasonably priced and food is very decent. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Good hotel for that price. Breakfast downstairs is amazing. But when we arrived first time, the lady at reception was very rude, didnt want to do her job, was extremely rushing somewhere and so on. But next day, the girl from Hong Kong, unfortunately dont remember her name changed the room for us and was very very nice.

Lovely appointed rooms, and larger than normal. Restaurant downstairs with great menu and good prices. Short walk to Southbank. Recommended!

They say they have laundry but it is really a coin operated washer and dryer that only takes $1 and $2 coins. I needed to convert some. 50 cents to $1, only needed $2 more, they only take a credit card and have a $10 minimum. The front desk person made me go all the way back up to my room to get a credit card when I had change to convert! Seriously? They also don’t have detergent for sale, I guess they think I carry laundry detergent in my suitcase? Huh? Don’t worry I have plenty of extra time to run to the grocery for detergent and up and down the stairs. Thanks.

Location was perfect for me as I needed to get to the convention centre quickly and the drive to and from the uber wasn't too long. My room was super nice and was great to comeback to after a whole day out and about.

Modern roomy hotel suites. Very good facilities pool, gym and great cafe with loads of choices on the menu for breakfast and lunch. Food was great, fast and friendly service! Only negative I thought was there is no designated parking spot provided for you but there is plenty of parking so you should be able to get one.

Very friendly staff. Clean and chic rooms and amenities. Had an excellent eggs benedict for breakfast, however, I would have preferred my orange juice in a glass rather than a plastic cup resembling those provided in a fast food place. I wholeheartedly recommend staying there.

A surprisingly good stay. We did not even know these units were here, but they were close to everything and very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent check in experience. Rooms new and setup well for the modern tech laiden traveller. Great coffee from Cafe 63. Parking pretty decent for a city hotel. Location great for south bank and hospitals.

Very modern hotel, nice rooms although river view is largely blocked out. Facilities were excellent with the only let down the well worn king mattress and floor cleanliness. We asked for the mattress to be changed as it had two rather large hollows in it. Very strange for a newish hotel. The best they could do was turn it around. Fail. The floors really need to be vaccuumed more often than just after you check out. Otherwise helpful staff. There is a great Cafe 63 restaurant down stairs for amazing food. Good value in this area.

The hotel having everything new, very nice room, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room are clean and new. Very near to eateries at the waterfront of south bank. Highly recommend!

A well appointed hotel with modern decor and facilities. Be careful with the river view rooms on the lower floors, they are with very minimal views of river. Would stay again given the opportunity.

The staff were friendly and the room was spotless and comfortable, with modern neutral colours with lovely marble highlights. Our request for a high-level room was not met as we were on the 2nd floor. The bathtub was generous as was the shower, however there were no comforts such as robes or slippers provided. Also if you want to play music you'll need to bring your own stereo as there wasn't even an alarm clock in the room.

Despite being quite new the bathroom stinks. May have something to do with use of recycled water? Fridge is small and not for self caterers. Room and bed is spacious and comfortable.

Huge comfy rooms. Great location. Great customer service. Wouldn't classify the pool as "heated" though.

For the midclass hotel actually is pretty good. The food are nice, the service is top-notch, the room is a good size and comfy; and it is in prime location. The only negative poin is the view. Actually we were requesting the river view when we booked but… all we get is the river plaza building view right in front of our balcony which is blocking the whole scenery. I don't think you can sell this room with the view. Overall we give this hotel 5 stars and we are really enjoying our stay here.

Great service, comfortable rooms with all the luxuries. Kitchenette, mini fridge & wine fridge. Great sized bathtub & separate shower. Convenient location near south bank. Excellent little café downstairs and very efficient service even whilst busy. Would definitely stay there again & would recommend to others.
