Great location in surry hills. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The location was great in the heart of the tech area in Sydney near to blackbird fund and Canva.

We were really disappointed with our stay. The toaster was broken and reported and not fixed even 5 days later! The toilet flusher was broken and would stay running. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable — could feel the springs. Also no effort has been made to noise proof you can hear sneezing in hall way, banging next door and pub across the road.

Well appointed rooms in a great location, easy access to Oxford Street and Hyde Park and public transport. Great selection of restaurants nearby.

During my seven days in Sydney, we stayed in this hotel and the experience, in general, was comfortable. The service here was very friendly. I felt very impressive by the two ladies from the reception desk — — Veronica and Kate. They always greeted me with very attractive and gentle smile and they were patient to answer all of my questions. The room service was ok. But my grandparents told me that they were afraid and felt terrified when the room cleaning lady came to the room suddenly without knocking the door! Room was large and cozy. Wi-fi link was not stable enough. It was usually disconnected suddenly during we surfed the Internet. The traffic here is also convenient. Around here there are many groceries and a large WoolWorth's. Pubs and bars are also numerous here and at night there are many night parties and parades.

Nice rooms. Some are mildly noisy on one side of the building because of the street. Great location. Nice service. Lovely staff.

Attended the venue for a seminar. Staff were friendly and helpful. The venue itself is very clean, well kept and comfortable to be in.

Horrid experience. Its old, moldy and poorly kept — some of the lights in the lift didnt work and it wasnt changed. The front counter experience varies from cold I hate my job to some decent service. Unless if you REALLYneed to be in Surry Hills, if not take your money and spend it elsewhere.

Comfortable and reasonably clean despite age of building. Bathrooms average. Excellent location, staff helpful and friendly.

Really lovely stay on the weekend. The rooms are so spacious. Loved the balcony overlooking crown St. Great location. The gym was a small room but had all the basics. Parking was convenient. It was nice having two televisions. There could have been more drinks variety. Would have loved a pod coffee machine. Room was very modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Staff are super friendly and the spacious apartments are to die for at these prices. Booking here again without fail!

Great customer service! Staff were always very helpful and on hand to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were immaculate, spacious and sophisticated giving a feel of luxury without the added price tag. The Adina is Located close to public transport not that it was needed much as it is on the main street of Surry hills where the best restaurants and bars are located. Will definitely be back!

Great location. Clean and roomy. Close to some great food.

The good: apartment was spacious and tidy. A cot for our baby was provided on request. Outdoor area beside the pool was great for lunch and the hotel was in a great location. The bad: The bathroom in our room did not have a working shower and the attached bath was cracked and had also scum on it. Very unexpected given the otherwise good quality of the room, but it was unusable in the state it was in.

I stayed here on the weekend with my daughter, son in law and granddaughter. When we arrived they told us how they had upgraded us to a two bedroom room on the top floor. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpfully great work.

This hotel is located at a great location. They are kinda stingy with giving access to the Wi-Fi. Overall it's a good hotel.

Tired hotel and expensive for what it is. Room had dirty towels, holes in curtains and water stains under the airconditioning units. Hotel staff were far from friendly. Decor is dated.

I stayed for 1 night in a two bedroom apartment. The room had two balconies (one off each bedroom with a more narrow door for access from the lounge room). The decor was slightly dated, although overall the room was in good repair. My room was very clean with excellent amenities. The kitchen has lots of cookware and utensils, but sadly no baking tray. The beds were extremely comfortable and my type (I prefer a softer mattress). The staff were also a highlight of my visit, extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again :)

Great hotel at good location. Interior is a bit outdated though and the roomservice is simply bad, they don't bother vacuuming. When asked, reception mentioned they only do a quick cleaning.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom terrace appartment the night before my wedding and everything was perfect. The terrace area was massive and the view amazing. The staff were lovely and friendly. We had a small issue with one of the bedrooms but staff went above and beyond what I would have expected to compensate for it.

Great place and very clean. The staff were very friendly. I would defiantly stay there again when in Sydney and would recommend it for anyone.

Our room was infested with cockroaches. (Including the bed) I sent management videos of them all crawling around the floor in the lounge area and kitchen. I finally got a response and all they said was "thanks for bringing this to our attention" … no apology, no compensation. Appalling service and response for such a large hotel chain.

We spent Christmas there last year and the staff made our 3 children feel the spirit of Christmas and couldn't do enough to play the role of Santa. Very nice room and facilities and an easy walk down the hill to central station and George street Sydney.

Visited with a group for conference. Conference facilities and service at the conference are second to none. Five Stars Unfortunately the same can not be said for reception, which appeared to be understaffed and under trained. On phoning after the completion of my visit to inquire about an additional charge on my credit card, after initially answering the phone I was told that they had to get someone else. I was left on hold for ten minutes. Without any contact from anyone, I hung up after the ten minutes. I felt that I had been abandoned or forgotten. I know the reception can get busy but my time is also important. Put on more staff or train them more thoroughly is my suggestion.

I was visiting friends who were staying at the apartments. Service was fantastic and there were some excellent facilities.

Easy to find, beautifully decorated, nice relaxing atmosphere in the body of the city.

Pretty nice rooms and a comfortable amount of space there. Nice location. Only cons were the quality of the TV's and the cards used for entry and exit from the room and the elevators were a little faulty. Overall quite nice.

I loved it, the view was amazing. The staff were amazing, the room was amazing. All round win.

Excellent facilties and service.

Location is pretty good in Sydney. We stayed here with 3 adults and two kids. When we booked, we payed extra for an extra guest, but it wasn't made clear that the "extra guest" charge did not include an "extra bed". So when we checked in, we had to pay extra on top of the other extra. The place wasn't exactly cheap, but the extra bed charge should have been communicated better in advance (and they had plenty of opportunity to do so). Other than that, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. We felt taken advantage of, so can't really recommend Adina if you have other options.

This hotel is excellent. Apartments are large, clean and modern. I stayed with my partner and another couple and you felt you had enough space to yourself with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms being separated by a large living area. Also has fully equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

Great location, good service. You could see the New Years Eve fireworks from the 6th floor. Bills restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The price was a bit high but we were happy during our stay.
