Rooms clean with great amenities. Quiet location. Great if you need accommodation in the hills district.

Clean, tidy and spacious room. A little weird to have a mini-bar price list, but nothing in the mini-bar though. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Helping us out with quick directions to walk down to the local shopping centre and lakeside dining precinct. Good carparking, reasonable rooms rates, definitely a good experience here and a great place to stay for all of your business needs in the Baulkham Hills area.

A little far from the city, but the room facilities are readily available, even the washing machine. Clothes dryer. The Baking machine has ~

Location is great, close to Norwest business park but in a quiet street. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are great. Highly recommended.

Nice accommodation, however the TV is really intermittent with working, and the smallest balcony I have ever seen at a hotel.

Good, friendly and responsive staff. Very respectful of privacy and on top of security issues. Deal very well with emergencies and hazards. Actual location is not suitable for absconding patrons, however the rooms are beautifully cleaned and well designed.

Service was just ok. Nothing special. Fitout was quite cheap for what felt like a newish building. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. At least the beers were cold…

This was great central accomodation to where we needed to be in Sydney. We ate in the restaurant which had many tasty selections to choose from and which made meal time easy to arrange. I loved the fresh modern decor throughout the entire building and friendly helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable with a great shower and well equipped kitchenette. I loved the design of our room which was well appointed. On the negative side PARKING was a bit of hassle accomodating mostly for the smaller car instead of Utes and 4WD’s and HOUSE KEEPING the balcony had not been cleaned for a very long time becoming home to many spiders webs and only big enough for 3 standing adults and no real view. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Thank you.

Highly recommend adina hotel! Amazing room service! Wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t leave the hotel, staff at reception offered to go to the super market and grab supplies. Very grateful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is fantastic and tasty! HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Whenever I travel for work I always always stay at the Adina Norwest. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The room service options are very good.

Clean well sized rooms with good fit out. Beds are comfortable. I always find something not working when I visit, in this case the bedroom light. Other than that, great place to stay.

Visited a friend staying at these appartments for work and was very impressed the size quality and cleanliness of the facilities.

Quite a nice place. 5 min walk to shops. Such a quite environment.

Mostly good. Just like other Adina establishments, the biggest letdown is the internet access from the room and for the business traveller, it is a big inconvenience. I cannot use my corporate VPN so have to rely on tethering to my mobile instead.

Wonderful self contained apartments. The bathrooms are spotless and the rooms are spacious with very good cooking facilities. It's well located to a variety of businesses, though public transport is a bit of a hike. The only downside is the slow internet speed.

Spartan hotel. Fine if you're stay the night but gets old fast for longer stays. Sinks are a pain to try and shave over/with. Showers are meh.

Nice apartments. Adam and Chris (at Reception) are great — Chris remembers everyone's names and it's good to get that personal touch. Internet connection is not good (come on guys you can do better). I travel to the area regularly and can say from experience that these are the best apartments in the area.

Stayed here for 1 night. The room is very clean and modern and new. Self contained and has everything you need. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

VERY BAD HOTEL — I stayed here recently and on arrival an imprint of my card was taken, the guy assured me it was just an imprint for the cost of room plus deposit. About $310. I had some room service that night, about $50 worth and it was ok food, though took a very long time to arrive. The next morning the same guy at the front desk asked me to pay. He advised me that he would simply take the $60 owing off the imprint he took the previous day. Today I finally get around to checking my account and find out that they took both the initial $310 and another $260 effectively having me pay for the room twice! I understand banks can take time but we are now 7 working day since the transaction and still nothing has been returned to me. The response from the hotel was to blame the bank which is untrue as similar transaction earlier in the week showed money returned to my account within a day. NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLE, heaps more better hotels within the stones throw.
