Will allow wives to use their husbands credit cards, but wouldn’t let me use my husbands?! Not exactly the welcoming I expected after driving 9 hours on my own to attend a funeral tomorrow under some really undesirable circumstances. To make matters worse we have stayed at the venue several times over the last three years, they have all my husbands details from previous stays, they refused to contact him or allow me to for authorisation to use the card. As I don’t own a credit card they then had me not only pay my accomodation upfront, but also a several hundred dollar bond which they won’t apparently refund until sometime next week. Absolutely appalled that discrimination like this has not only taken place in this day and age, but was comfortably done so in front of other clientele and staff. I can honestly say that we will never be booking at this venue again be it for our business travels or for any personal ventures. I also highly expect that all of our family, friends and contacts that also use this venue regularly will also be taking their business elsewhere. It’s not about the money, we have plenty of that. It is that I am not a second classed citizen and I shouldn’t be treated like one.

Absolutely appalled at the treatment of a friend who checked into room 405B this evening. There is no place for such discrimination especially within the accommodation sector.
The two persons who checked him in should be reprimanded.
There better be no loss of deposit for any reason (as it seems this place has done in the past by the reviews is have seen) after what he has been put through. Michael's deposit should be refunded in full on checking out and an full apology given at a minimum!
It isn't like he has never stayed here before, you have his details on your records.

Really bad customer service and fraudsters that steal money from credit cards without explaining why! They also fault you for things you never did! BE VERY CAREFUL! Consider been robbed before staying with Bella vista quest! They never return phone calls and always put you on hold and never answer!

Great family rooms and the restaurant downstairs has great dinner and breakfast.

We booked through booking. Com and had free cancellation Quest Bella vista took the money early and when we were unable to attend we cancelled (before the required date) Booking. Com said we would get our money back and despite numerous emails and calls Quest Bella Vista are ignoring us.

I stay here most weeks for work. All of the team a friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever a problem. Good size apartments. I definitely highly recommended this property.

The two bedroom apartment was great! It has everything you need including all kitchen equipment so you can make your own food. Perfect for a long stay.

Excellent location in the heart of Bella Vista. The one bedroom apartment has ample space with a comfy lounge area with TV. Bed very comfortable too, long size. Kieran at reception went out of his way when I had to book an extra room for a colleague. He is great to deal with, very accommodating and professional. I ll stay again when I m back in this area.

The rooms were spacious and of a pleasant desogn. The adjacent restaurant provided great meals and excellent service (including room service).

Amazing hotel to stay at with friendly staff. A guest needed to use the fold out bed in the room and the staff at reception brought up sheets and blankets when we asked them if they had any. Fast, easy to connect Wi-Fi and very good sized rooms with almost everything you would need maintain yourself in the room.

Check in was easy. Fast complimentary Wi-Fi. Was in a one-bedroom with a big washer and dryer. Nice balcony and separate air conditioner for bedroom and main room. Oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer. Room serviced every weekday. Very nice and good parking too. Kitchen pretty much had everything, even scissors and a coffee plunger.

Best place to stay and cheap one too. You will love the place.

Great place to stay at. The bathroom and living area were spotless. They also provided free Wi-Fi which is alway great. The Chinese lady staff in the restaurant next door coco noir was very kind, like a mother and the whole place just feels like Home away from home. 10/10.

We stayed close by to Norwest Private Hospital which was a close walk while leaving the car at Quest. The phone manner of the staff was really helpful and friendly. Rooms were beautifully appointed. Facilities were excellent. Should we need Norwest again thats where we will stay.

Had a wonderful stay the staff are lovely the apartment room was very cosy the bed is heaps comfy and the bathroom is very nice! Definitely staying there again. Definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous weekend in Sydney & we stayed at Quest Bella Vista to attend the Country Rocks Festival Sydney event at nearby Bella Vista Farm Park. Before we arrived the staff at Quest Bella Vista were prompt with any e-mails we sent but when we arrived on Friday Night their help & assistance really kicked in. We had a lovely dinner at the Restaurant on-site which does meals till 9:30pm. Our studio apartment had a full mini kitchen comfortable bed & spacious bathroom. Breakfast & Dinner can also be delivered to your room if you prefer. On check out they helped print out boarding passes for our plane & if you need a shuttle to Sydney Airport Quest can organise that for you. The staff were courteous, friendly & made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived & did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If you are attending any events at nearby Bella Vista Farm Park you would make a very smart choice by staying at Quest Bella Vista. Regards Brendan & Glenda Kippa-Ring QLD.

Neat place for long term stays. You can get a serviced apartment. They just need to iron out some nuances around laundry services etc.

The living environment is also good, the space is very big, has the simple kitchen, the microwave oven, the kitchen utensils tableware all has, but the hotel breakfast is simple to let the person not have the appetite, must have the meal to be poor in the heart prepares.

Apartment-style rooms, with cooking and laundry, dry clothes equipment, very convenient, but the city is far away from Sydney (about 20-30 km)

The room has Huntsville cooking equipment and a washing machine, a dryer, very convenient.

Rooms are lovely and modern very comfortable, staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Not toddler proof but very nice and modern. Air conditioning in all rooms. Very modern decor. Staff very professional and friendly. Close to shops and cafe/restaurants.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed had a good night's rest. Staff were friendly. Restaurant Coco Noir downstairs very convenient — had fantastic Breakfast. Free laundry. Highly recommended.

Vending machine have extra service fee 30cents per item. I have been Charged before I choose item. The bathroom make me feel in nursing home.

Selected Quest Bella Vista for its location near Football NSW Valentine Sports Park. Studio Apartment was well appointed, clean and room service very quick.

Very nice rooms proberly the only thing would be maybe a bit bigger fridge.

The bathroom had a bad smell and there was a cockroach on the kitchenette bench. Staff were friendly until I told them I wanted to cancel my stay (I found it within 2 minutes of being in my room) and then I was brushed aside while I had to try and sort it out myself.

Great staff and clean spacious rooms. Convenient to supermarket but limited dining options in close proximity.

Travelling to Sydney for a funeral, parents down from the north and me up from the south, stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very well priced, amazing room, totally gorgeous, well equipped and had everything you could possibly want (except a plug for the bath tub : () It made a relaxing end to a long journey and a restful sleep before a long trying day, the young man at the counter when we arrived was very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was borderline cold but still yummy and my son said his pancakes were the best he's ever tasted. Restaurant was a bit small and service a little slow but staff were happy and friendly. Had the food been warmer and I had a plug for the the bath, would have been 5 stars easy. Thank you for making something a little easier in a rough time.

I stayed at Quest Bella Vista for a few months with my family and absolutely loved it. Friendly staff, new and clean apartment with great amenities. Especially the Wi-Fi was so fast that the kids just loved it. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Nishath.

Food was excellent. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly. But if you can't provide a shower that isn't hot enough to warm you at its hottest, and insufficient pressure to clean, maybe you should rethink your priorities.

Good standard of comfort, cleanliness and decor in this hotel. It would be nice to stay there if the opportunity ever arose.

Good location straight off the M7, big new apartments and very well priced. Staff are also very polite and helpful.

Great service, really helped me out when Agoda F'd my booking and wouldn't help.

Was given a room with a water leak in the bathroom and rotting bathroom cabinet. The entire room stunk. Was moved after I complained. Room servicing was limited to making the bed and little more.

Accommodation was simply excellent — clean, spacious and well appointed, close to shops and public transport! All their staff were very friendly and pleasant but the manager was just outstanding — he went above and beyond to help where he could with great advice and he was extremely accommodating to our needs! Will certainly be back here when we visit Sydney again!

A new service apartment — nearly three-month old. Was offered upgraded room. Warm and helpful reception staff. Clean room though their bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. Nearest breakfast place is 5mins walk from hotel, but luckily can be charged to my hotel bill. A shuttle service can be arranged to nearby places which I appreciated. Q.
