First class hotel. Exceptional quality. Everything was superlative. One of the better hotel experiences in Australia.

The property was really well appointed, heritage style, very comfortable and quiet. Apartment was self contained with all the necessary requirements. Master ensuite has a spa bath. Complex has an indoor heated pool and gymnasium. Close to town. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay if in Bowral — in particular if you have a larger group. Self contained apartments, with all facilities. Limited number of larger apartments if you have a larger family. We had some issues (toilet not flushing, one of the two TV remotes not working, phone dead) but overall was good. No lifts if you have an apartment on an upper level so be aware of that if you have luggage or issues with stairs. Pool decent size, although (when we were there) they were having issues heating it so it was a little on the cool side.

Clean rooms, well appointed with quality furnishings and the 1 bedroom apartment features full kitchen, spa with gas heater for cold winter nights. Lovely!

Comfy nice rooms. Good Wi-Fi, but poor at times. Pool is indoors and good for laps. Gym is small, but good enough. Bit far to walk for older people into town, but it is fine for the able person. Limited hours for reception.

We stayed at the Sebel apartments for three nights, the room was excellent, clean modern and spacious. There was a park within the complex, swimming pool and some exercise equipment as well as ample parking. The location was perfect just outside the main shopping area, excellent estaurants and coffee shops in walking distance yet still peaceful and charming.

Stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms are very roomy and spacious. The beds are large and the rooms are able to open up to further increase space with the kitchen and the lounge. They have a couch that opens up to be an extra bed. Bathrooms are clean and have lots of toiletries. There is a gym and pool. The pool was quite cold, would be neat if it was a heated pool. There was a lot of open spaces and their grass is nice. Hotel is right in front of a top quality restaurant and is also very close to the main town with the shops and breakfast places.

A nice quiet and relaxing place to stay for a quick getaway from the city. Complete with the all the amenities you would need.

Great room, pleasant gardens, helpful staff and in walking distance to village centre.

Stayed twice now. Excellent rooms, beautiful gardens. Will always stay there when stopping in Bowral.

We were pleasantly surprised at the upgrade of the apartments since our previous visits. The Manager was very courteous & helpful. We will certainly be returning!

Very nice apartment studio with awesome decoration. It was so comfortable. Highly recommend.

We love the Sebel. This is our 3rd visit here. Its walking distance to main town centre of Bowral. Lots of great shops close by to explore. The Bradman cricket museum is close by, you could easily spend a day in there. Lots of Australian cricket history to explore. Also Mary Poppins statue, park and former residence close by. Also a great book shop on main Street. Lots to do.

Nice looking hotel, but bad service if you could call it service. Showers had no hot water and beds were not set up to how we specified. No one at reception or the hotel to help us with any issues, would not come back.

Our Home away from home for the next 7 nights. 5 star accomodation, everything you could possibly need. Comfortable king size bed, very cosy with the fire place. Quite and very peaceful. 10 minute walk to shops and cafe's. Best holiday we have had in along time. Recharged and refreshed. The only thing that was missing was a full length mirror. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 2 nights @ the Sebel Heritage — in a Studio Apartment. It is so beautifully appointed, with a very spacious room including sofa, dining area and ample kitchen inclusions. It also has a large bathroom. The gardens are stunning, and, the gentleman who welcomed us was very helpful and accomodating. It is very close to so many Cafe's and interesting shops and restaurants, in Bowral only 10 minutes walk.

Unhelpful staff. Hours of operation is 4hours per day and after hours number can't assist with anything. Room is on main road so noisy. Old interior that's needs an update. Only positives; proximity to Bowral centre. I wouldn't recommend it nor would I ever stay here again.

Good location and an interesting concept with what are essentially unserviced apartments at the back of an upmarket residential development. Rooms are a bit conservative to my taste — but it was clean and convenient with good parking.

Clean and comfortable! Facilities could use an update and would love to be able to connect to the Wi-Fi more easily. But overall, nice and cosy place :)
