Beautiful apartments and really friendly staff.

Good price, great facilities & simple check in.

Stalf we good, room was clean and well appointed. Yes as some other reviews say, the room is dated but it is nice to be in a apartment instead of a hotel room. Bed and linen are good, reverse cycle air conditioning, door locks etc all were perfect.

I had lipstick on my pillow and I don't wear makeup, the doona was very badly stained and the look was blocked on arrival . If they fixed those things ide give it a 5 star rating.

Very comfortable and welcoming for the price. Room was clean — fairly basic, but as was expected. Overall we'd definitely stay here again and the spa was superb. Super friendly staff and happy to help.

The room is nice and spacious enough. The staff are good and the value is great! The pool, Wi-Fi and free parking are absolute plusses. The location is ok also. There are a couple of negatives, including the TV reception, which was poor. It was still on Analog, had bad graphics and only worked on SBS. The bathroom was also very cramped. A slight downside to the pool is it was strongly chlorinated, making our sensitive skin get sore and itchy. Also, the welcome book we got inside the room had a few spelling mistakes or typos. Overall, this hotel/motel was good.

Attempted to stay in may 2018. They did not have my correct booking on file. When I questioned the hotel confirmation email AND the text they send you before arrival, was told that they can’t do anything, can’t provide a refund of the booking (even though the money had been taken out of my account) and can’t put me in appropriate accomodation for the night. Absolutely disgusted.

Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms aren't bad but could use some sound proofing. Overall though, it's not a bad place to stay in.

Good value, clean and welcoming. Setting is very nice. Walking distance to the restaueants of Dickson. A 10 min drive to the CBD.

We have been a regular customer of Parklands and Premier hotel & apartments in ACT for the past two years and they still could't consider cancellation request for just 2 nights out of 7 nights booking. We will not prefer to stay here anymore.

Great place for educational training with large 10 metre x 10 metre conference room that can be opened into another room the same size. Great amenities and easy to find. Fully secured (night time) parking.

Be aware this hotel dosent send u conformation of booking and then charged me $207.00 for not turning up to a room I never got confirmation of. Now hotel saying they sent email funny how I didnt receive it so becareful they dont just take your money to.

For this price all good. Just two issues. Firstly one of the milks in the fridge was open. Was going to bring it up on departure but was distracted when was told that we had not paid for breakfast the day before. There was a short period of conversation that would be best described as not plesent but was not forced to pay a second time. Otherwise would have been a far better experience.

Parklands was a nice, secure and comfortable place to stay overnight for us as we were driving between states. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on aside from my Tempur at home. Their secure underground parking was greatly appreciated as we were travelling in our own car. The courtyard garden was pretty and safe enough for my 2yo son to freely wander around. Our encounter with staff was outstanding. Simone was exceptional. She was helpful with local information and she was clear in delivery. Simone personally looked for my hubbys missing wallet (after we checked out) which we eventually found 8 hours later. The small effort she put in to help us was as huge thing for us!

The location was close to where we needed to be, room was clean however kitchenette had no sink apart from the bathroom one to use. Beds were extremely uncomfortable like sleeping on a rock and now I have back pain from two nights here my daughter did enjoy the pool with her friend.

Well located, about 7 minutes drive from city centre. Friendly staff and undercover parking available. I stayed with my Wife and 16 month old son. They didn't organise the cot as they said they would but the young lady at reception soon brought it to our room which was great. The room was mostly organised, it was advertised as a king bed when in fact it was 2 singles pushed together which of course you can feel when you lay on it. The bathroom had a wet/dirty face washer left in the shower from previous occupants. There was some lack of detail with the finer touches as well i. E. A room for 3 people had 3 mugs, 4 water glasses and 1 wine glass. The beds were clean and made well. Realising we had forgot to bring toothpaste I went to reception to ask as there was none in the rooms to which they said they don't have any and there is a Woolworths close by. We left for the day and on return there was a note saying that due to the amount of personal items on the bed they were unable to make the bed up (there was our pyjamas and a hair straightener) that's fair enough though. They didn't clean any of the room though, no vacuum and bathroom wasn't cleaned. They did leave a fresh towel and toilet paper roll. All in all I wouldn't stay there again.

Accommodation & breakfast was lovely. And the heated pool was fantastic! Shall stay here again when I return to Canberra.

A clean tidy place near Dickson shopping Centre close to transportation to Canberra City, friendly staff and helpful.

Room is clean, nice and comfortable. Unfortunately there is no kitchen sink so that's a bit inconvenient. The location is quite central so there is easy access to restaurants and cafes.

Large room that was warm for arrival. Then the most uncomfortable beds EVER. Stained carpet, loose power points and holes in wall. All that asside if you want a place to sleep, book a park bench. On a positive lovely soap and body Cream on pump but it doesn't make up for no sleep and the pain I am in today.

Comfortable rooms close to the city. Can self cater as close to Dickson shops. BBQ facilities and nice sheltered out door area. Able to do washing so great for families.

What on earth type of hotel is this? About 40 people on the grog right outside the front of the room! Should of stayed at the pub. Smoking and drinking and screaming their bloody heads off. Where is your security? I like a good party but this is complete bullshit! Never stay at this place ever again. 3rd night in a row.

Pretty disappointed with you guys not honouring the Make a Green Choice rewards system. I stayed 4 nights and chose not to have my room cleaned and bed made etc and you will only honour a reward for one night and not the max. 3.

Building feels a bit old and dated. The rooms are OK without being flash. For some reason there is only an air conditioning unit in the front room with nothing bring in the bedroom which has lead to some chilly mornings. Kitchen has suitable amenities with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and cook top. The bathroom is large but the shower is tiny.

The hotel is in a nice location, a short walk to Dickson's many restaurants. The apartments are a good size and always well made.

We stay here every few months as we work in Canberra sometimes. Very clean and comfortable rooms that cater to all your needs. Great security, friendly helpful staff and loads of peace and quiet. Close to everything you need.

Good room and service. Unfortunately poor internet connection and bad mobile reception for some reason.

By far the most noisy place I have ever stayed, walls paper thin, every door slams in the entire place. One point in the night drunk teens were walking on the roof.

PAUL Booked room for 3 ADULTS, Bed configuration, one queen and a childs roll out bed. Bath room is small and is an ensuite to main bed room, no bar, no food at night apart from frozen TV dinner, all class. No value for your money here.

Very comfortable, clean and roomy apartment although, the shower is a bit small. Nice courtyard and BBQ, including an enclosed area for those rainy days. We had the covered pool and Gym all to ourselves. Close to shops and all the restaurants you can ask for, including a delicious (but expensive) Ethiopian Restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

The twin where comfortable and staff helpful.

I stay in this motel during three weeks. The best value is that It's located close to Dickson Shops, a nice area with coffe shops, swimming pool and tennis facilities, and also to the Maruya Park, a nire nature reserve with running, bike and walking paths. Unfourtunally the people working there don't know much about customer service, specially in the reception. Don't expect to have any anwser or service from them if you dont speak english.
