Travelling for work, I was surprised at the large, quiet room. Attached to the tradies club so convenient for dinner and drinks.

The room I'm in could be updated but it is spacious and clean. Helpful staff at the hotel and The Tradies.

Stayed here a few times now. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. With the tradies right there next door its so convenient for meals and if you want a few drinks.

I Travel to Canberra for business.
My Recent Last Four Stays, I have ordered a meal from the Tradies Restaurant, only to have it delivered to my room stone cold.
It was ordered at 6pm and I received it at 6:40pm.
Arrived Stone Cold.
Then was the delivered Luke warm at 7:30pm.
I ended up having to heat it up in the microwave on separate plate.
Not Good Enough.!
The next morning I spoke with the manager and she could not careless.
To top this off I am a Quality Choices Member.
I will be lodging a formal complaint.

Excellent place to stay in Canberra. Has all the facilities I need. It's location makes everything conveniently accessible. Includes parking and Wi-Fi.

Staff friendly and helpful but unfortunately couldn't quite get our request right. We requested a room away from the noise but was put in the atrium area where the wine cellar etc was, & noise of children and adults yelling till after 11pm was reverberating thru our room. Noises from the other rooms upstairs etc carried thru our room at all hours of the night. Did not get much sleep. Our room was very clean BUT very old & outdated. Furniture was falling apart. Would have expected more for how this accommodation is portrayed.

Name says it all. Quality hotel in Dickson. Quality in line with the price paid though. Just what we wanted too… Just a room with a couple of comfortable beds. Short drives from any Canberra attraction and the added bonus of having tradies attached. Good place to stay with family if looking for a spot that won't hurt the budget!

Room was lovely, however spa had parts missing jets didn't work properly and the plug leaked. The staff were wonderful about it and gave us complimentary breakfast!

Love this place! Great comfy beds and great staff to help. Delicious room service. I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in Canberra.

Check in staff are polite and genuinely friendly. Rooms are beautiful and clean, inviting and relaxing. New air conditioning and finishings have made this a fantastic place to stay. Would absolutely come back to stay.

I left my Samsung 8 mobile charger in the room when I left Canberra and was too far away to turn back to retrieve it. I was very pleasantly surprised when staff of the hotel contacted me to ask if they could post it to me. Hence I now have my mobile charger back and I am pleased to declare the honesty and efficiency of the staff members who worked there and those that made the attempt to return my personal belongings. May I add the room was very big and bed comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom areas were very clean. Thanks again.

Dropped off slightly from peak. Reception staff not fully informative re parking. Initial room allocation not ideal. No bedside reading lights in room.

The room was clean, and tidy and well maintained. The bed was a bit hard and squeaked. There was no lift to the second floor of the hotel for which we were situated. The shower was cramped and at 5'11 the shower was too low. All in it was A comfortable stay.

Great hotel, affordable, good location with lots of restaurants and a convention centre nearby. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Nice place to stay, clean rooms and great staff. It's attached to a pub that does some great food and there is a Canberra Wine Tasting centre that's inside. The wine tasting is well worth a visit and they have great flights of wine from local producers at great prices.

Private function rooms are very nice and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent place to stay and close to everything. Many fast food outlets in the vicinity and a licence club with full club facilities attached. Undercover parking included in the room rate. Highly recommended for business or personal travel.

Staff were nice facilities were good.

Locarion good, room size was great. Fixtures inside the room were falling off the walls and shower was horrible.

Good value for the money. The outside of the building resembles a motel but the rooms have been renovated and are comfortably appointed. The hotel is attached to a sports bar, gaming center, small casino, and dining options. It's also conveniently located to restaurants, small stores and gas, and within 10 minutes of the CBD.

Always our first choice in Canberra. Large, well appointed rooms, parking, easy accessibility to most of what Canberra offers, and excellent dining options in the neighborhood.

I like this place. Nice club within the grounds close to eating house. Not the Ritz but nice and comfortable.

The room that we stayed in was quite nice, the bathroom was just ok, some fixtures were loose. The staff were helpful and polite. I would give it a 3.5 star rating if I could.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Good heating and clean room.

Rooms are comfortable and quiet, service is good. There is excellent food available at the club next door (breakfasts are reasonably priced and generous). Our bathroom is spotless, but the spa looks very old and needs rails for safe access. The bed and furnishings are very good. There is plenty of undercover parking and 24hr reception.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy but pillows were a bit low quality.

For the first time in my life I had to send a meal back to the kitchen. My $35 rare rib-eye was literally raw. I asked for a Caesar Salad as a replacement meal which arrived immediately (obviously prepared in advance) which was pretty mediocre. I won't be eating there again unless it's another family function. Everyone else enjoyed their meals so I should have ordered the shanks, the schnitty or the salmon.

For the price it's expensive. They make you pay when you arrive and add a deposit. I don't think they trust customers. It's noisy, bangs crashes and thumps from the club next door and the car park below. The internet is very slow and only Wi-Fi. Close to shops and restaurants and has the club which is convenient for food and drink. Free membership for people staying at the hotel.

Great rooms with plenty of space. Unfortunately the room we stayed in had some questionable stains on the linen.

Giant room, close to city, with good restaurants nearby and reasonably priced.

The function room was the perfect venue for the Christening catch up and nice and private and away from the club itself.

Easy to find, close to shops and resturants. Great prices for overnight stays. Everything is clean and tidy but the bathrooms look dated and could do with some renovations to make them more modern.

Location is excellent if you need to be in the North part of Canberra. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. Onsite, undercover parking is available for guests and convenient to rooms. Close proximity to the Tradies Club is also a big plus, with good dinner and breakfast options available. Prices are perfectly reasonable. Our room suffered a water-leak, however, and our stay was disrupted. The staff were fantastic and did everything they could to resolve the problem. If this issue had not occurred, this would be a five star review. We will certainly return to the Quality, and I would happily recommend it.

Rooms are very good. However, no Wi-Fi connection in room. Very poor Wi-Fi elsewhere in common areas.

Great room, wonderful staff, excellent facilities — what else could you ask for when staying in Canberra? Would not hesitate staying here again.

Rooms are pretty good. Bathroom is ok but is dominated by a grubby hot tub with a shower above it mounted way too low on the wall. Not many service staff but they seemed pretty good. However, the hotel has a strange layout, with an A Block connected to the Tradies club and a separate B Block. Literature refers to these blocks in telling you where amenities are but there are no signs or notations on maps identifying the blocks. Moreover, room number run seamlessly into B Block, so finding your room the first time can be a nightmare. Wifi only reaches half of A Block (and it turned out to be way too expensive to bother with). Housekeeping starts very early — before 9am — clogging halls and lifts with equipment, making noise and requiring you to put out the Do Not Disturb sign the night before if you're not leaving early. Food is provided by the club and is generally average quality but overpriced. At $158 a night there are many other options in Canberra.
