O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável. O hotel é antigo, mas parece recém reformado. A relação custo benefício é boa.

Great location, good service and very reasonable price walking distance to lot of shopping. I came in early at 9 am and was checked in fast. Definitely will stay here again.

I stayed two nights.
It's an old but maintained construction.
The rooms are noisy.
The heating is not controllable and is very high.
Breakfast is good.
Cleanliness is very good.
It's personal, it does its job, but nothing more.

Very good location. Antique bathroom, instead of a double bed was two single beds joined together. Missing paint in the rooms, and you hear the neighboring rooms. Old, tube TV.

It says 4 stars but the facilities are very old. Tv, bathrooms, curtains… The staff were very friendly and helpful. These last two things are redeemable.

Ideal Hotel tourism or short work trips. Very well located, 120 meters from the subway station line C, 200 mts from Plaza San Martín, about 8 blocks from Retiro station. It has 3 blocks of shopping and peaceful galleries to 100 MTS pedestrian Florida.

Good infrastructure Hotel Although the ventilation system was not operational for the room. At night you feel air and you only control it with a manual wooden lid. The attitude of the staff little attentive.

The room we had booked was not the same as the pictures. Horrible room. Old Tv. And broken glass from the closet.

Excellent hotel with top notch service. The manager, Franco, not only arranged for my taxi service but personally waited with me and then placed my luggage in the taxi. Historical Hotel, but with flaws. Lots of noise and screaming at night for rooms with young people. It has an unsubtle waterfall that gives some rooms, the sound looks like a broken quill dripping. They didn't give us toothbrushes or toothpaste. Breakfast was OK.

This hotel is nothing of a 4 star.
The reception is cold, the staff not pleasant. The soundproofing of the room is non-existent, the towels completely élimées or even torn.
The breakfast is however good and varied and the location of the hotel is ideal.

The rooms look old and the hallways smell like a dirty vacuum cleaner.

A comfortable Hotel located in downtown Buenos Aires. The Argentinian writer Jorge Luis Borges used to go there in the afternoons to spend some time drinking tee.

This is an excellent choice for a stay nearby Florida street. It's a 4 star hotel with good service and great breakfast. My standard triple room was adequate and comfortable. No complaints at all. I'd come again next time.

Please don't let the renovated lobby fool your eyes. Although they presumably have some nice rooms in the upper floors, the 2nd floor where my room is located is simply put… Sad! I got a great deal online, but the bottom line is, the house always wins — you get the lowest level room. Old carpets, paint peeling off the walls, the works… Might as well book a standard, newly renovated room at a proper 2 or 3 star hotel. I've given this "4" stars hotel what it has given me — 2 stars.
