The location is very good. The ideal bed to rest. The shower was nice and the breakfast was very good.

OK, the hotel could improve its facilities. Breakfast buffet could be more abundant. Acceptable service, rooms acceptable. Price/service could be cheaper.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel lacks cleanliness. Nice shower.

We were two times in this hotel. Very good service. Very good hubicacion. Just 1 block from Florida and 3 or 4 from Retiro station. The price a little high. Very good American breakfast. 'd be back.

It's not a 4 star hotel. The phone in the room was not walking, when I claimed I was told no room is walking. The safe closed, I claimed and told me they could not open it. I booked a matrimonial room, I got one with 5 beds. I wanted to have a coffee or a tea and there was no possibility at the hotel. I will not go back to this hotel.

We ran out of light all night proque There was a short circuit in the rooms. One of the bath towels tebia a yellow spot. The bedspreads were somewhat dirty, the TV is something small to be a 4 star (20 inch). Breakfast was very good. The cleanliness seemed very precarious. In short, it was a 3 star or less, disguised as 4.

One of the worst places I stayed. For 189 bucks there is no benefit. Tiny rooms, past century accomodations. No remote control for tv, the air conditioner brings the vintage air that refreshed Evita.

They gave Me a room separated from the other by a door and listened to the occupants all the time, their discussions lectures flatulence etc, it is a 2-star, 4 has NOTHING, very come to less spent and old, I give him a star x the hubicacion NOT GO.
