Worst experience of my life. That's charlous. Dirty. Very dirty. Not half the lights were walking. He wasn't going through the fridge bar. The bathtub with hydro massage. Or he was walking. The old towels. It fills the walls with moisture. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed 3 days and they never made me the room. So they didn't even lay the bed on me. The only good thing is the location. It's a mess. Claim me from the fridge bar of the burnt-out spotlights and the terrible dirt that was and never were. I don't commend it at all. And I'm never going back.

Everything they show is not fulfilled…
Towels broken, they even knew we were a family and there were only 2 games. The breakfast waiter, lives hitting every rate or dish he puts on the tables and is too annoying as one goes to rest or walk.

Overall well, breakfast is My poorly attended lack essential attention as the replenishment of food and beverages, of fees and cutlery, the person who is in charge hides instead of attending.

Simple and comfortable beds, clean and tidy, ideal for business trip or if you are looking for a hotel in downtown to leave everything in the room and tour Bs As.

The only thing worth it is the location, close to everything, obelisk, Pink House etc…
But the hotel is not what Q looks like. The pool is re Chiquita and all dirty (at all hours) The gym sucks all the broken machines, I had a double room with 2 bathrooms and none of the bathrooms had ventilation or exhaust and also had no outlets to plug a hairdryer or something. The minibars don't work. I get tired and hot I wanted to take something cool and it was all re hot they said Q they would fix it and they never did. And other guests told me Q the same thing happened to them. Of the 2 air conditioners Q taenia (1 in each room) only worked 1. They never solved it either.

Comfortable place to spend the night, but the doors of the room presented defects when used with the key.

One of the worst hotels I've been to!
The shower was moldy, rundown rooms, partly unfriendly and incompetent staff, green water in the pool, Verschmuzte Terrace, no deck chairs by the pool only 3 chairs and little space, air conditioning and mini bar did not work. Breakfast was OK. The only positive thing was the large room with large bathtub.

Worst Hotel ever! Dirty Pool, non-working air conditioning and mini bar, mould on the ceiling and much more. Awaits you here!

Lousy attention. Maintenance-free and dirty facilities. I had to change hotel and take off nor could I make the change because this hotel galleries Bo had manager until past the carnival. Broken the air conditioner, dripping on the bathroom ceiling. The minibar was not working. It was only a light in the room. Cdo claimed no one was responsible. The worst hotel I visited. The worst thing is that it appears as 4 stars.

Unfortunately the photos show a reality that is not.
In my experience I was only one night and there was a foul smell from the bathroom (which also lacked lighting) and the air conditioner threw water into the room.
The breakfast was right, without more or less, but compared to the photos, I repeat, it is very far away.
To note, the location and the bed that touched me. Overall the hotel is nice, it is well furnished but the detail of the smell (which I read in other reviews) pulls it back.

The Hotel has a good structure. The rooms are clean, but have some problems of conservation.

I was swindled this hotel is promoted in Booking as a 4 star hotel, it is a lie, a shame the state, does not work the minibar, the unfortunate breakfast. The dirty gym, no equipment works. Don't book this hotel!

Well to spend with family. Habitacuones spacious and modern. Bathroom with Jacuzzi spectacular. The pool of Arruba is girl but for children goes well.

The rooms are lacking maintenance but they are very comfortable, they have an excellent size. The service of the hotel is very bad both from the front desk and at breakfast. They are not clear that they are in an activity that they must be and have good disposition with the passengers. It does not meet the minimum conditions to be a 4 star. I'm not coming back.

I went to the annual dance show, and then to the beautiful food court, we had very nice in flia.

An excellent hotel, first breakfast buffet, good furniture, the most noteworthy is the strategic location in the center of everything, missing a little cleaning in general.

The location is very good. Details such as bathroom hygiene elements, maintenance, lighting are missing. The rooms are comfortable as is the bathroom but closed one of the doors. The minibar is very complete. Good watch. Breakfast with a variety of bills but the juice and fruits were not natural. They have No corporate price.

It was a great hotel at some point but now this as in decline. It's not all bad but we lack the interest of the owners. For example: The bathroom has hydromassage but no longer walks, some bulbs are burned, mattresses and pillows as in bad condition. The staff half wave. It's all right.

Nice hotel but with several faults. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance. It did not work the Hydro, and publish it as a service they provide. The breakfast fruit was in bad shape. Lack of illumination! And the floors of the room were not cleaned for muchooo time.

Despite attentive attendants, maintenance of precarious rooms. Disabled pool. An entire morning without water. We brush our teeth with bottled water. Another night there was no hot water in the hotel and the towels were delivered at 23 PM. Obviously there best option in Buenos Aires.

If Christopher Columbus came to America this year certainly is Pousada in the galleries.
Excellent service, the best staff, always ready to meet all the needs that may occur to a tourist.

Very good Hotel. 100% recommended.
