The building is now over 50 years old, but this is not unusual for a luxury hotel, age is normally a positive for this type of hotel, everything was as it should be, except maybe the staff, the level

1. Room was perfect, I loved the bathroom set up with shower and separate bathtub. We had a mountain view, so it was just gorgeous to see how weather changes in the mountains.
2. SPA was just perfect!

This was our second time staying here, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the train station, gondola, and the lake.

Great location and huge rooms. The hotel is kind of old, so if you're expecting the latest interior design trends, you'll be disappointed. The staff are great though, especially Florin.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sunstar. I saw some reviews from regular guests (and spoke to some regular guests) who said standards have dropped. However our experience was very good.

The Hotel Astoria is a small authentic Swiss hotel owned and operated by Oliver and Edith. They are lovely welcoming people whose care and warmth shine through all aspects of the hotel and restaurant.

Very good location, just a few minutes from the train and gondola station. Wonderful view from the balcony. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

I love how cosy the room is, you have everything you need for a nice recharging night after all day excursion thanks to the Arosa card that comes with the room.
The service team is quite lean.

Unfortunately I was not sleeping at hotel Arosa, so I am not going to review rooms but I was attending RedBull Open Ice event.

Stayed as a couple for a long weekend. Great location — 2 minute walk to the ski lift or bus stop to Hornli outside. Virtually ski-in. Inner Arosa is the quieter area of Arosa but more picturesque.

Impeccable service. Sure it could be said to be expected from a 5 star hotel.
