Incredible hotel with the most friendly staff you will encounter. Beautiful views, delicious food at their restaurant, and an overall dreamy experience.

The service we received at Hotel Stoffel was utterly fantastic. The staff are attentive, caring, hospitable, and make an effort to give you the best stay.

The building is now over 50 years old, but this is not unusual for a luxury hotel, age is normally a positive for this type of hotel, everything was as it should be, except maybe the staff, the level

1. Room was perfect, I loved the bathroom set up with shower and separate bathtub. We had a mountain view, so it was just gorgeous to see how weather changes in the mountains.
2. SPA was just perfect!

Our stay was very good overall. The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly (except the restaurant). The wellness area is well designed with nice view.

It's a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. The mountain view from the balcony is exceptional and the rooms are also very nice.

Stopped here with the kids for lunch. Lovely welcome and atmosphere. Delicious soup for the adults and the kids devoured their schnitzel and chips. Great views from the restaurant windows.

If you have a car, this is a must visit hotel in Switzerland. The views from the room are outstanding.

Great hotel in Innerarosa with comfortable rooms, private spa and in a great location. People are friendly and helpful and dogs welcome! We will definitely go back 😊

Lovely family hotel. Great hosts. Food was lovely. Beds comfy and rooms very clean.

If you are looking for a fancy, high-end kind of hotel, this is not the place for you. This hotel is quite old and the furniture and equipment are modest.

We met friends in overcrowded Arosa, it was our first time here and we were very happy at the Praetschli.

This was a magical resort for my husband and I. We went in September for a quiet vacation before we have our first baby. We were looking for someplace serene, interesting, and luxurious.

What a wonderful experience. Such a beautiful room, with gorgeous views, so well designed, in which everything worked perfectly.

We stopped in with our family from Appenzell for lunch.
I ordered the rice "croquettes" in a cherry tomato sauce and nice mozzarella balls.

Stayed here during the first week of Feb 2025. There was a fantastic welcome from the very beginning. Henrich and the team are great hosts.

Stayed as a couple for a long weekend. Great location — 2 minute walk to the ski lift or bus stop to Hornli outside. Virtually ski-in. Inner Arosa is the quieter area of Arosa but more picturesque.

Impeccable service. Sure it could be said to be expected from a 5 star hotel.

Superb place to stay in Arosa. We loved the personal touch and extremely friendly and flexible hosts. This is a great location, close to the ski lift and directly at the slope.

We really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable rooms with great views of the Arosa ski area.

Super good! I loved the experience that Caduff has created. Price is definitely on the higher end but totally worth the experience! Will come back if we got the chance ♥️
