Lady Karen handled my enquiry for a booking very well while I was on transit at OR Tambo International. She eased my anxiety about where I would stay once I got to Harare. Karen arranged for my shuttle service from the Airport to Mongi Guesthouse at Eastlea. My stay was excellent. She and team made sure that I and other guests were well looked after through professionalism and the warmth of African hospitality.

I had a wonderful sty at your guest house Mondi. The service from the staff was. Beyond my expectations. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. I will recommend Mondi for anyone who seeks some peace and personalised service. I really love all young people who work here I was able to be with two different groups and very service driven. I recommend this place.

This is an ideal place especially when you flying into Zimbabwe. The staff are very friendly and accomodating and even their communication prior to my arrival was very prompt. I was never in confusion about where I was suppose to go and the lovely gentleman waiting at the airport were very kind. I'll definitely be back.

Very poor customer service, they just show you your room and no information was given even a Wi-Fi password. I had to ask for things such as Wi-Fi password, a bin to put rubbish, bathing soap and towels. The room was overpriced with a single bed. The room was very noisy, as it was next to the backup power system with a lot of noise coming out from the inverter fans. I couldn't sleep due to the noise that was coming out of the solar inverters. In my opinion this was the worst place I ever stayed in Harare, as I frequently use guess houses for business.
