Jacaranda

I've spent 2 great days at Jacaranda Boutique Accommodation 👌🏼 nice neighborhood, beautiful luxury space and professional team. Fari is very dedicated. Staff is flexible and helpful towards their customers. They let me know about a construction upgrade in progress — but it was hardly noticeable. For a Zimbabwe is common (reasonable) price. But the country is very much expensive. Accommodation, food and everything in general.

No printing or photocopier, to print your airline ticket, Building going on which I was not told about.

It’s amazing place, quite neighborhood, clean, the stf are friendly & gd breakfast.

A very comfortable and clean place to stay in Harare. Nice and quiet with a peaceful atmosphere.

The place and area are great. I'm posting this to let other Muslim travelers know that Jacaranda is a strictly halal establishment (no alcohol on premises and Muslim owned). Cafe de Paris is in walking distance, which is a strictly halal cafe and they even have full meals. Mosques are also close.

The place is nice and the environment is neat. It is okay if you are looking for a hotel type of room and not kitchen because it doesn’t have one.

Great place at the outskirts of town. Very quiet neighborhood with nice vegetation that gives it a natural feel.

I had a decent stay at this lodge. But there is so much room for improvement. It's definitely not a boutique lodge, it's more of a 3 to 4 star place. The house keeper checked us in, which I found very odd. It should be a proper receptionist. The Wi-Fi hardly worked, and the manager who we booked with was not communicative. The room I stayed in had peeling paint and the bar fridge smelt damp when I opened it. The breakfast options are very limited as well… I hope the owners take heed of my feedback and improve the customer experience.

We stayed there as a bridal team, amazing service! We were treated like Queens. Anything we requested was attended to promptly. Excellent! Will surely recommend a lot to visit!

A nice quiet hotel. Good location to travel around. Good service. Clothes were washed without asking :-) Nice breakfast. A cat was around even though there was supposed to be a guarddog. A small pool. Nice place to have meetings. Quite a big garden with the beautiful Jacarande-threes.
