Warm friendly environment! Clean sheets, tasty food and attentive staff. Nice day time menu, accompanied by a variety of cocktails that can be enjoyed indoors or by the pool.

Great, friendly customer service, clean tidy rooms with safe, cable TV, a/c and Wi-Fi. The lounge area is cozy and comfortable enough. The dining hall needs a bit of a facelift and the breakfast buffet could be little better. Not bad for the rates tho.

I liked the place. Nice clean and no noise. Plenty of open area. Rooms comfortable. Coffee available 24×7. Staff is good and helping. Big and nice restaurant hall with open seating. I love the weather here. Plenty of parking. Only issue is with some food items. Taste was just average. Butternut soup was not good at all. Overall, I liked the ambience. This is the best in a small city.

Beautiful place. Spacious rooms and very clean. House keeping is great and professional. Restaurant offers great food and place has a beautiful garden and good view. There's a nice Swimming pool and the hotel is a 2/3 minutes walk to Total service station and 3/4 minutes walk to Levy Mwanawasa Stadium. I recommend this place to anyone.

It's absolutely brilliant for relaxation such as breakfast, lunch or supper. Wonderful reception as well.

Have been there lot of times. Being a director of few companies in Zambia, have had an unfortunate experience with the manager there named chiti. He was quiet rude. We had twin bed room with my twins and when my wife asked for two extra plates to the room he said it's not possible to send to the room. When the room capacity is 4 he should have some logics to talk about. No matter what, he should know the customers. How would customers feels if the manager is rude. Is this a hotel or a house where a person can speak anything not knowing who they are.

The hotel has both local and international dishes, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a great view of Levy Mwanawasa Stadium as well.

The best place to be when you visit Ndola. With the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium right across from here and on the Ndola-Kitwe Dual Carriageway. In a quiet and peaceful environment just on the outskirt of the city. With cozy and beautiful accommodation. You can't go wrong being here.

Loved the beatiful modern hotel from the entrance foyer, the dining area, the rooms and the ambience. The dinner and breakfast buffet were of the expected high quality as was the free Wi-Fi in all the rooms. Ample grounds space outside for a spaciois relaxed feel. Definitely recommended if you are in the vicinity.

Was quite hospitable ride. The hotel is close to the airport about 20 min away. The surrounding area is calm and quite. The only Wi-Fi you will pickup is the hotel's The cleanliness level is PERFECT as well as the maintenance services. Staff are attentive and responded quickly when I needed assistance in my room. Pool is somewhat small and humble but this is a hotel for business goers rather than holiday makers so fair enough. Food quality and variety was fair, although somewhat limited. This is normal for protea hotels though to give u a limited selection on the boufet. All in all a good stay.

I really do have to comment on the service of the hotel. I have been rather blown away by the way the staff handle and present themselves. After been out on appointments I came back to the hotel. That my shoes which are leather were filthy. A young lady came into my room and I asked her if I could get my shoes polished. She said yes and left. I thought that she had forgotten about me. I was wrong. A young man by the name of Aswell came up to my room to collect my shoes to polish them. He polished them and returned them with such pride. He really made my day. My shoes have never been more shinny what they are now. I guess if we could all do whatever it is that we do with such pride. What a better world this would be. Thank you Aswell. The Protea Hotel in Ndola must be very proud to have on as one of the team members.

Great service, Wi-Fi and breakfasts. Rooms are clean, orderly and functional (plenty of storage, great water pressure in huge shower, small fridge — everything works). Have stayed here multiple times for work. Excellent experience, every time.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable not saggy. The meals are plentiful and affordable. There is no gym to exercise. There is a swimming pool that wi not be used in cold season.

It's a tranquil place, it's a good relaxing place from the busy town life.

Location out of town and spacious. The food is sumptuous.

Boring menu especially if you stay few days since the menu doesn't change you end up with limited choice as some food tend to be unavailable. Rooms are ok but smells of insecticide is too strong. Stayed here because the best alternative in town. Safe, clean, good Wi-Fi. Nothing around.

We held a wedding reception at the hotel. Guests stayed in the hotel overnight. The food and accomodation are of a very high standard. Staff are welcoming and always willing to assist.
