The Twangale resort and Spa is located in a conducive area, well-kept environment. The staff and service team are welcoming, always great the clients showing good customer service. Had a memorable and successful stay at Twangale despite the highlighted short comings, which I believe are not a management's fault but probably supervisory lapses, which can be rectified by management's deliberate intention to match staffing to event calendar, ensuring that there is sufficient staff on a busy day. Interesting to note that the receptionists are easy to engage and swift to rectify any gust challenges which is commendable. Looking forward to a longer stay with you.
Rooms are spacious, smart TV with a dstv decoder, fridge and beverage items 😊. Service is great with a smile. Location is secure, quiet and out of the city buzz. Lots of green areas with a pool.
