SPA Hotels in Livingstone

We went for lunch at The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa.

This property is stunning—like, the kind of place that makes you pause and just take it all in. The Zambezi River sunsets which is absolutely unreal.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Mosi-Oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort during our time in Zambia.

Hotel is really nice & clean. Rooms are not the biggest but fine for 2 adults and 1 child. Susan provided us with excellent service and looked after our family of 15 along with the rest of the staff!

Beautifully designed lodge on the Zambezi River and within a national park. The architectural details and layout of the units and common areas are exceptional.

Spectacular! The staff and the lodging are excellent. The attention to detail and service is unmatched! Stunning river location. Luxury rooms, lots of privacy and beautiful surroundings.

I stayed for three nights at Fawlty Towers and it was an absolute pleasure.

Stayed at Fawlty Towers with two others for 3 nights and all I can say is that it was incredible. Super beautiful place, food was amazing, rooms were super comfortable, staff were amazing.

We wanted somewhere convenient and not too overly priced as we were going to be doing touristy things. Very clean and comfortable for the price, can’t complain. Very hospitable environment.

The perfect place!
Very genuinely kind and considerate people here.
We loved every moment of being here.
We enjoyed the breakfast and especially the pool.

Situated right on the maramba River. What a beautiful place. One can see elephant hippo and crocodile from the dining deck. It is absolutely amazing.

Beautiful riverside location. Separate tent structures that are very comfortable. Excellent bed and AC. Riverside restaurant with great views. Short taxi ride to Victoria Falls.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Protea Hotel Livingstone! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out — they really went above and beyond.

What a great stay. Staff is awesome. Marriott standard has maintained gracefully. I highly recommend this location. Keep it up. Bravo from GM to all employees. We have enjoyed the stay.

Such a good place. Lively atmosphere with plenty going on. Blown away by our room… A/C, en suite, beautiful beds and even our own safe.

It has a friendly vibe and lovely people around to meet, They organize nice activities during night as well as it has a beautiful swimming pool, it’s the best option for such a small city like

My husband and I travelled from Botswana to Zambia. We were picked up by Lawrence, our guide, at the immigration terminal which is shared by the two countries. All very easy.

We had a fabulous start to our Safari at Sussi & Chuma. The staff was so lovely, and the room, food, and activities were top notch. There's so much wildlife you can see ON THE PROPERTY.

From the arrival at the airport with smooth pick up, arranged with the lodge, to drop off upon departure at the airport, I had a funtastic experience :-).

I had the pleasure of going on a solocation to the Nkhosi Livingstone, from 27 December 2025 to 3 January 2026. All I can say it-what a pleasure.

The place is great, though the price is a tad bit exaggerated for the rooms. When power goes the water pressure reduces and no hot showers lol.

I absolutely loved my week stay there.
From friendly and super efficient staff to the food? Food was so fresh and filling.

Rooms are very spacious. However the service is very bad. They act like we go there to stay for free.
Their restaurant has very nice food however they are greatly overpriced. A dish is around 380 zmk.

It's relatively clean and the rooms are spacious. Very quiet. For those seeking night life and excitement may not be the ideal location.
Staff are very well trained and are always available to help.

I'm a bit lost for words in a good way. Tongabezi was simply incredible in every possible way and at every turn.

Our family of 4 (two adults and 2 teenage girls) from Brooklyn, NY had the most wonderful time at Tongabezi Lodge. Our only complaint was that our 2 days was just not enough!

We stayed at Tanyati Villa at Mukwa River Lodge and the experience was spectacular!

Surpassed our expectations, service 5 star plus. The friendly personnel makes you feel at home, attention to detail, food, setting of property. Staff is proud and excited about their lodge.
