The place is excellent and their food is great thumbs up to the chef.

The rooms are nice and clean. The food is on point especially after you have gone round.

Okay, have come here several times and have always loved the ambiance of their rooms. I also like their flexibility to guests like l have just been given sometime in to accommodate my flight schedule back to Lusaka. Good management too. Food is affordable and tasty. I like the friendliness of Godfrey one of the restaurant guys. Excellent.

Really good hotel. Located close to the Victoria Falls with lots of exciting stuff to do in the area. The room was well serviced and very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Only small negatives were the train which passes close to the hotel and the Wi-Fi which didn't work well in the room.

Initial day was quite decent and good food but seems that is only the best day. A great hotel for a night or two days at best but if you’re here longer touring; best to choose one of the better hotels. The kitchen gets quite lazy with just scheduled buffets that doesn’t even come close to what they cook from the menu. Late check-out for an hour isn’t allowed without a fee. Staff is friendly but beware of the taxis they recommend, the drivers charge random rates.

This is an excellent hotel. I felt it provided value for money. The Falls are close by as are opportunities to see some of Africa's most interesting animals.

The staff here is superbly trained, helpful, friendly. Rooms are smallish and dark, feel somewhat dated. Restaurant is very pleasant, open to air with solid menu and good service.

Wonderful facilities with great food and service. I would recommend staying here if you prefer 4-5 star accommodation. Can't give five stars due to mosquito presence: that could easily be solved by eliminating standing water…

Great and clean accommodations just as I would expect from any Marriott property. AND, The staff here made my trip successful and enjoyable. There were two situations with local reservations and transportation where the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be — especially Evelyn the front desk manager. Even though our plane arrived late, they were able to ensure we did not miss our transportation to a river cruise in Zimbabwe. Additionally, they helped us obtain a reservation to Livingstone Island (Devil's Pool) in the only time slot that worked into our packed schedule. Thank you to all the staff!

Clean and comfortable beds. Pool is small but refreshing. Dad Restaurant, I do not think do great rather prefer to go somewhere else in the Evening. The Breakfast is British, but ok. The way walk to the Victoria Falls is properly long, since perhaps rather of a Taxi. In 2km to the North on the road is a Spar supermarket. Not according to the European Standard, but good for fast food.

Very comfortable beds. Rooms are large and clean. The common areas, bar and dining room and beautiful and well maintained. Staff is fantastic and very accommodating. Highly recommended. If you want a 5 star hotel, stay at the Victoria Falls Hotel for $1500us/night. Otherwise, this is the place.
