Comfortable. Good food. Very pleasant staff. Public washrooms needed attention.

One of the oldest hotels in Kitwe. Still upholding good standards. Yummy food too.

It needs a Facelift opposite Nkana Mall.

Old hotel and people here are getting business because of their location. Very poor in all other things. Service, hospitality and higher prices.

One of the oldest running hotels in the copperbelt. If you want to stay in the middle of CBD n a stone away from many businesses in town edinburgh is your place.

The hotel is really living on past glories. There is need for modernisation and a major overhaul of facilities is required. We attended a wedding at the hotel and I can only describe the food as adequate. Parking still remains an issue as the car park is across the road from the hotel. There are better hotels in Kitwe.

I can grade it five start hotel, its one of the best hospitality hotels in Zambia.

The food and conference services are alright but the showers and rooms need to be refurbished but I enjoyed my stay. Staff are accommodating and customer service is okay.

It's not a bad place to hang out and especially good for functions and other occasions. Carpark area is a little tight when such events happen. The only downside to this is the area it's in surrounded by confused and mentally disturbed street people. Bus stop nearby so usually congested road.

The place found right in the town centre.

It's right in the middle of town no hustle to look for a taxi or other things because they just a walk away.

The worst place I have ever stayed. I cannot believe that places like this are allowed to operate under the pretext that they are in the hospitality trade. This place is quite unique and whoever reads this, BEWARE before you book! This does not warrant a single star which goes to show how awful this place is. The food was sent back twice and after 1.30 minuets we gave up. The rooms are musty and smelly. The bathrooms have water at 1 temperature set only, the toilets smell, no water pressure, power went and took ages to come back on, no internet working properly, no dstv working properly, plugs and switches are a nightmare. We asked to see the duty Manager and a young girl finally appeared in a Manchester united T shirt who looked absolutely bewildered. This place is just one big joke, an expensive joke!

The best place I like to go for breakfast. And one of the rooms has a balconey making it easy to see the night life.

Wonderful that it is still operating! Had amazing dinners here, great jazz evenings, great atmosphere.

I was here 50 years ago and it was THE place for after work drinks!
