We've spend 4 nights as a couple in Vinpearl Resort & Spa after visiting Vietnam for over 10 days. The goal was to relax and enjoy, and this hotel was perfect for that.

Stayed 4 nights in a junior suite. From being greeted and checked in by Charlie and Hai to them following up on ensuring we had located a lost item after departure. They go above and beyond.

Convenient location for transfers from Cat Bi airport.

A dreamlike Ha Long Bay escape with the Emperor team—wish I’d stayed longer!

We did a 1 night cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room, food and service were excellent. We also enjoyed the kayaking, cave trip and early morning tai chi, although the squid fishing wasn’t fruitful.

The only thing better than the beautiful views of Ha Long Bay are the attentive and friendly staff on Au Co. John (the cruise manager) and his team are so friendly and accomodating.

We had a great time cruising around Ha Long Bay. The transportation, communication and check in was fantastic. We added an extra night to the cruise without any issues.
