Great place to stay in Halong City.
Rooms are lovely, ask for a bay view room for the best views, pool is huge but cold. The indoor pool was much warmer and open all the time.

We've spend 4 nights as a couple in Vinpearl Resort & Spa after visiting Vietnam for over 10 days. The goal was to relax and enjoy, and this hotel was perfect for that.

A very good hotel! It’s very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, hot water, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a kettle, and a refrigerator.

We really enjoyed our stay at GreenBay Hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The value for money is very good, and the room was spacious and clean.

The staff was amazing. Andy was our cruise manager and everyone was so lovely. My husband got food poisoning right before the trip and they were so accommodating of him.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at FLC Ha Long Bay Hotel during our visit to Ha Long Bay, Vietnam.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far!
I have stayed in many different hotels in Ha Long Bay during my time living in Vietnam with my family for more than four years now.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and have consistently enjoyed my time there. The staff are always friendly and very welcoming and speak a little English.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Enthusiastic, attentive staff. Good food. Will be back next holiday. 5 stars.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff. But lack of toiletries e. G. Shower caps, extra toilet paper (there should be at least one extra roll, like regular accommodations).

The place is nice and I like the ambiance. Customer service of the host is superb. I will recommwnd this place to my friends.

When you get up in the morning, you can see the beautiful scenery of the entire Halong Bay. It is really a world heritage of mankind.

Located right in the city center next to the park and cable car. Very convenient and walking distance to all entertainment venues. The breakfast is okay.

The breakfast buffet was great many different selections, the location was nice and if needed assistance hoai was there to help with any question I had.

We spent our Tet at Deluxe Falimy room, Muong Thanh Grand Ha Long and felt great!

Great hotel with prime location, very closed to local market called “Cai Dam” with seafood & specialities. You can walk from the hotel to the beach.

Stayed here last minute after the previous hotel turned out to be a dump. This place was amazing, we will be staying here again when in Ha long.

Enjoy an all-inclusive cruise and relax in a private cabin with ocean views. Food is great, Staffs are friendly and ready to help you with all the questions.

We had such a wonderful time on this 3 day / 2 night cruise. The views are gorgeous. It was fun to paddle board, swim, and kayak from the boat! The food quality and dining service were exceptional.
