Although we were not able to stay on the cruise for the night, I still want to praise the cruise and staff.

Great place to stay in Halong City.
Rooms are lovely, ask for a bay view room for the best views, pool is huge but cold. The indoor pool was much warmer and open all the time.

We've spend 4 nights as a couple in Vinpearl Resort & Spa after visiting Vietnam for over 10 days. The goal was to relax and enjoy, and this hotel was perfect for that.

Hands down one of the best hotels I stayed in in my 6 weeks travel of southeast Asia.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful Tet Holiday stay at InterContinental Halong Bay Resort, and it truly exceeded all our expectations.

Very nice hotel with newly renovated rooms. Everything was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable with a good-quality mattress, which made sleeping easy.

Staff were welcoming. Rooms are nice and pool area has a great view. Very basic breakfast. Tea and coffee not hot. Do not let them book you anything, they don't understand what westerners need.

A warm greeting to all! Since May 2022, my family has made a tradition of staying at the Citadines Marina Ha Long, returning 3-4 times annually.

The hotel has a modern and beautiful design. My room had a spacious balcony with a nice beach view.

I was in villa 118 and the service was excellent.

I recently booked a last-minute stay at DelaSea Hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and experience.

What a wonderful hotel and staff. Property is very clean, has a delicious breakfast and the staff (particularly Phuong) is amazing.

The best hotel we’ve been at so far. Very clean and spacious. They cleaned the room every day and they did laundry as well. Very good location for everything. The breakfast was alright.

Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay. We came for dinner one evening after a horrendous experience of a hotel down the road and ended up booking here and staying instead.

The atmosphere of the building and especially the soft beds are the main selling points. Soft beds are scarce in vietnam but these were super comfortable! Has a nice rooftop also.

It was a wonderful experience for my vacation. The hotel is close to the beach and has a beautiful, peaceful view of Ha Long Bay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help whenever I needed.

Speaking of the suite, it was a sanctuary of luxury. Spacious, impeccably designed, and boasting breathtaking city views, it felt like a private haven.

Breakfast was great and room were nice. My kids loved the pool. It is right on the edge of Ha Long city so it takes a bit to get anywhere.

Very nice hotel, it was the best hotel for our price range. It was worth every Dong. The roof top pool was very nice with an incredible view of Ha long Bay.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, attentive room service. Location is not near much food and lots of abandoned things nearby but this is in November.

We stayed for a night either side of our boat cruise to Ha long bay. The communication prior to check in was great and the accommodation was easy to find.

We had booked a 1N stay on Signature Cruise for Bai tu long bay.
We were picked up from our hotel in Hanoi, and transportation was good to reach the port in Halong.

My wife and I went on a 2 night Cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay. The cruise was good overall (food and service). What we didn't like was that the whole crew changed between our first and second night.

Wow. This is not the biggest or fanciest from the outside, but it is stunningly beautiful on the inside.

5 star experience! The staffs are so attentive to details, special thanks to the super cruise manager Chris, and our favorite Cara.

Great hotel! Even tho we didn’t stay the whole duration due to personal reasons the staff were amazing with allowing us to cut our trip short and were hassle free with sorting us out a refund!

I haven't given the full 5 stars because of the room location which is not the fault of the hotel at all.

The staff was amazing. Andy was our cruise manager and everyone was so lovely. My husband got food poisoning right before the trip and they were so accommodating of him.

The cruise is truly amazing and a nice touch to the experience. Even though we waited a bit in the lobby in the port before going on the boat, the organization was smooth.
