Staff are very friendly and accommodating! the boat was very nice and the views are breathtaking. However the build up of rubbish surrounding the islands is unfortunate.
Overall a pleasant experience on the boat. The staff were kind and the cruise felt intimate to others I have been on in other parts of the world. The one thing I would comment on however, is the drinks felt like they were lacking alcohol. We were approached by the manager who explained the situation and wanted to do everything to make it right. I would still recommend the tour as it's a great way to see the bay of you are here for only a short time.

Great experience. After booking, their relationship agent Alice was very helpful with the process. This was my first visit to Hanoi so she really helped not just with the cruise but with other information. The cruise experience was very pleasant. The trip to the massive caves and kayaking was very interesting and fun. The food on the cruise was okay. But rooms were really nice and luxerous. Would highly recommend :)
