The place is really nice and quiet. You will be living with a family but with they make you feel comfortable at home. The breakfast is just perfect. We selected omelet and bread with butter+jam and the Vietname coffee but they complement your order with free te and a plate of season fruits. Really helpful if you are looking for a more local experience and someone who can help you with buses, good and secret spots around the area. Good kids, lovely puppies. The rooms and toilets are huge (some with balcony) and they make it up all days. Hardly recommend it if you want to experience real hoi an.
➜ Nice room large air-conditioned quiet balcony overlooking the Lake breakfast varies on the wooden deck. Bike loan for the beach at 1km and the city at 3 kms. Lovely welcome by the young couple.

Best stay we’ve had in Vietnam! Thanks so much to the wonderful hosts. Cleanest room, comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast by the lake. So pleased we chose to stay outside of the centre as it was a calm place to stay and relax. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast but here’s the fruit you get with it and a picture of the lake!
