Amazing experience in Phu Quoc with very friendly and helpful, friendly staff. Very beautiful beach with crystal clear water, peaceful atmosphere and environmental friendly resort. I definitely will come back.

Ancarine Resort is the perfect place to relax and unwind! I spent 4 days and 3 nights here and from the minute I saw the beach from my bungalow room I did not want to leave! The rooms are spacious and clean, and literally metres from the ocean. You can hear the waves roll into the shore as you sleep in your room and wake up in the morning to the cool ocean breeze. The staff and service here is exceptional as they make you feel so welcome and are so friendly and willing to h…elp you out. But I think the best thing about this resort is definitely the private section along Ong Lang Beach, far from all the noise and just a perfect hidden oasis for guests! This comes with amazing views of the sunset every single night! Thank you so much for your hospitality and I will definitely be back again ☺️☺️

We visited it in beginning of June and it was not a very pleasant resort. At the beginning, they gave us the room far away from the restaurant, reception, pool, etc. And they told us it was because they wanted to offer us the tranquility. But then we figured out our room was just next to another occupied room. And there were many available rooms closed to the reception area. Then we decided to change the most expensive room, and once again, there were 4 rooms (beach view) and they gave us the room with flood on the front terrace. The room had no warm water, no telephone. And they called it eco-resort. Towel had yellow stains. Breakfast was not really not what we paid. Staff was friendly though. In total, the money we paid was not worth its value.

Great location right on the beach. Service is a step above typical Vietnamese resorts. Very attentive management. Food was very good and the room options are presented accurately by the resort and won't disappoint you.

The free shuttle to and from the airport has worked beautifully. We stayed at the resort from Tuesday to Friday and were able to enjoy the peace and quiet wonderfully. Pool and beach as well as the rooms warem wonderful and as in the pictures. We once borrowed a scooter for 200 000 vnd to explore the north of the island. The scooter was perfectly fine and delivered with 2 helmets. The hotel restaurant is internationally located umd does not offer much choice. For lunchtime, however, it was fine and in the evening you have a wide selection of local specialities in a 10-minute walkway. Oever can recommend the no name BBQ and so true vietnamiese food.

Nice place to stay. It has its own beach area. Furthermore, free kayak and snorkel gear rental. Also the food at the restaurant is very nice. The “gym” consist of only a few machines and is already rundown.

The Resort is very cozy, the room is very nice and comfortable, the typical kitchen of the place we loved. Last but not least the staff polite and helpful. For the moment we are satisfied.

We had a room with a gardenview and it looked amazing. Everything is clean and the private beach is close to your room. You'll have many options with breakfast and the restaurant also serves delicious meals.

Excellent! The only thing they could improve is the food, you tire of it after awhile. But never mind, just go to the restaurant next door in mango bay and everything is good.

I am extremely expressed with this resort. The staff is extremely friendly. They maintained and clean the beach and the surrounding areas. The breakfast has a combination of American food and pho. They have a variety of fruits like lycees, Dragon fruits, guava, and more and very fresh. The beach chairs/lounge chairs are always clean. The massage therapist is fabulous. Our bungalow was quit large. Overall the staff was fantastic. Love our stay and would love to come back very soon and did I mention they were very accommodating because our flight was leaving later in the day. Beautiful Snorkeling is right on the resort. Lots of fish!

A maximum capable receptionist is the absolute flagship of this resort. She flashes around, takes care of all matters, turns on the side pancakes and not one with her left hand another diving trip. Very very capable person.
In addition to the many small cottages, bugalows and appartmens, there is delicious food directly on the beach with your feet in the sand, as far as possible enough loungers and delicious cocktails for about 4€ in the highest case. The equipment is cozy rustic, with outdoor bathroom etc… everything works and is so fine. Small fridge, climate, minibar. The staff in the shop are super polite, very helpful and have the right feeling for your guests. I was surprised on holiday with a birthday cake, which the team arranged very spontaneously. Great if you don't just feel like a number once the money has flowed…

Not a bad wee resort. Good beach and pool. Resort typical of Phu Quoc… a little tired in places, a bit basic, no hot showers and food never changing and a little disappointing. Staff did their best and some very friendly but limited English and we no Vietnamese so always a barrier. Tourists mostly French and Russian. Very quiet… no theme nights and the nearby Tourist strip quiet too and this was peak season. Tropics so everything moves slowly. Gym — don’t bother as limited equipment and not maintained. Use the pool and the sea… both excellent. Free kayaks great… free bikes but bit tatty. Still one of the better places to do nothing.

Nice laid back atmosphere! Cool hut style accommodation and great private pool and beach. Very resort feel at a cheap price.

Top resort, attentive staff. Super beach and pool.

This quiet hotel is located just outside, in the north of the ŵng Long Beach (on foot it takes 10 — 15 minutes to the town centre with restaurants and shops). It has direct access to the beautiful beach, a manicured garden and a swimming pool. The bungalows are partly located at the bottom of the garden, partly at the top of the slope (all with balconies and sea views). The large, modern rooms are comfortably furnished and clean. The hot water is produced ecologically with solar energy (and therefore is not always quite as hot, but it is enough to shower). The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, the restaurant is right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and speaks good English. If you bay for several days, the transfer to and from the ferry port is included in the airport.

Dream beach with pool and spa.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, the standard is large, the beach is being cut every morning, the breakfasts are great. The hotel is recommended.

The perfect place to relax, nice staff, rooms ok, beach a bit rocky, far from the airport and city but quiet and cosy.

Mixed review about this resort! The actual resort itself is great, we really enjoyed our room. Very clean and comfortable. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great. Cocktails are great and food is good, but we watched everyone go next door to Mango Resort for dinner… However we were disappointed with the service: — we had arranged a transfer from the airport but it never came. We waited 45 minutes, no one was answering the phone, email or Facebook messages for this entire time. We ended up having to take a taxi with another couple who was staying there (this was later reimbursed). When we arrived they had no idea. — no hot water. While we’ve had this in other eco friendly resorts, for the price you pay here we expected hot water. We had very hot and sunny days, so the solar panel excuse doesn’t sit. — Wi-Fi was not existent in our room and only half worked at the restaurant — we asked them to book us a transfer to Sihanoukville in Cambodia, including visa process. This was worst transfer we’ve ever experienced! We would expect a better service from a hotel of this rating and price. Overall we don’t think it’s worth the price.

No vegetarian options and the meat options are tasteless and leave you regretting going there. All in all I could not recommend going here, it's way too expensive for what it is.

Great and romantic place. The room was cosy, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is really nice. The only bad thing was the fact that they just don't have hot water in the showers in the winter… Only in summer (that what they said). Since it's almost always hot outside it wasn't that bad.

We spent 4 nights here (family 2 kids) and it was great. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great pool, beach and spa. Restaurant food was delicious and they do good cocktails. Definitely worth a return visit.

Amazing place. Everything is perfect. The sunset on the beach is so beautifull… the staff is full dedicated To customer. This is the better staff that we met from our 3 weeks vacation in vietnam We were with children and we have so enjoyed this wonderfull place. The restaurant and coktails are very good. Lovely resort with pleasant pool, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant a bit expensive and not much choice. Area is beautiful, nice beach, close to the airport which is convenient (30 minutes by car)

The hotel changed ownership in 2014 and has sine then had an injection of cash to add a number of new Bungalows. The location is fantastic, located on the beach on the edge of rain forest. The hotel is not 5 star but the accommodation is excellent and the food is very good. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also next to two luxury hotels that you able to walk to and enjoy their restaurants and bars. I would 100% recommend and will re-visit at sometime in the future.

A beautiful resort with lovely staff. The beach is clean, the bungalows only a few metres from the water. The rooms are very simple but have most of what one needs.

Stayed here for five days. The lush, green surroundings are delightful. The menu needs a little work, and there was a slight problem with bedbugs. Friendly staff though.

The screensaver is fully characterizes this hotel. Very nice hotel in all respects. There is a Russian speaking girl at the reception.

Great place to relax a couple of days. Very friendly staff and a slightly French-inspired cuisine. The bungalows are very clean and with a little luck, you get one almost directly on the sea.
