One of the best hotel Service I have never seen before. Room clean, large with Good price. Give free taxi service around city tour (Amazing service. Staff are very nice and special the Driver Hoa, Great. Love the hotel so much.

Lovely place to stay while traveling to Phu Quoc Island, 3minutes walk to the ferry. Good value for money, the staff were very helpful, they spoke surprisingly good English which is not to be taken for granted in this areas. The hotel offered a free taxi service for one to get around the town, thus no need to rent a motorbike. Highly recommended!

Unbelievably fantastic for the price. The rooms are massive and clean. The bathrooms are good. Balcony has a nice view over the market. Aircon and fan work and they are quiet. Board games, loads of snacks and I was provided with a flask of boiling water to make tea or coffee. I'm well impressed.

The prefect place for a night before catching the ferry to Phu Quoc. Perfect location, nice room, friendly and helpful staff. They can book ferry tickets with no extra fee. Also they offer free taxi service around the city for their guests (they borrow you a cellphone to call them or the driver) We were more than satisfied!

We spent only one night at Rach Gia as we were on our way to Phu Quoc. Kiet Hong was easily one of our favourite hotels from our trip for the warm welcome, adorable accommodations and proximity to everything. Our room was very clean, and the shower superbly hot and with good water pressure. The hotel has free taxi service to get from and to any place in the city, and offers great recommendations for food and things to do. Overall, we loved it here and Kiet Hong will definitely be our first hotel choice if we ever come back to Rach Gia!

I stay at the hotel as in overnight pass-through to Saigon. In the morning there are plenty of street vendors where you can grab food take picture and just enjoy what Vietnam have to offer until you're 10am Ferry come. The room was clean the bed was firm not hard. The bathroom was clean but some of the function of the sink and shower were overuse and need to be replaced. It's only $18 us a night, so for the price it's not bad. The front desk were helpful but their English is a little bit broken so communication will be challenging. The one thing I found very helpful was the hotel offer transportation service 24/7.

Good value for money. Very simple and basic hotel close by the ferry dock. They offer a free taxi service from the hotel to town (and vice versa) and give you a handset to call them. If you spend a night in Rach Gia and taking the ferry the next day, this is a very good choice.

A great budget hotel for when you miss the last ferry to phu quoc and need somewhere close to the ferry terminal! Very friendly staff too.

The hotel has really big and clean rooms with a good working air conditioning. The location of the hotel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Phu Quoc. The receptionist is really friendly and does everything to make your stay as good as possible. They also offer free taxi service who takes you anywhere you want. 100% would recommend this place!

Excellent location if you're taking the ferry — it's just across the road! Huge room for a small price. Staff not particularly friendly and didn't speak much English.

Cleanning and confortable. About 12$ for 1 person. 14$ for 2 person and 16$ for 3 person. Near the port to Phu Quoc island.
