The service is very good! The food taste wonderful even though there’re little variety. The restaurant staffs are professional and willing to listen to customers’ needs. Even though some aspects can still be improved on in the future, this place serves a good opportunity for me to be with my family in my first foreign sightseeing! Strongly recommended!

Got a real good deal at this hotel. Booked the Executive ocean view room. Got the club lounge excess as an extra perks. Check-in staff, Elvis, thank you very much for the upmost and best service touch provided to us. No words could really describe except outstanding! Basic and reasonable amount of amenities provided. Bed is comfortable enough. Plenty of TV channels to choose from. Partially ocean view, and partially city view. Get the high floor would be great for views. Nice and clean, and it is still a young hotel to be on the beach stretch. Not to mention, the building is exactly at the middle of the stretch too. Service could be improve on language and communications between guest and staffs. Overall experiences with this hotel, memorable.

Relatively new hotel on May 2018, clean and tidy, service and the location is good. Just the Ocean view isn't that really ocean view and window is small (unless you live in excutive room or higher graded room). If Ocean View like mine, you have to walk closed to the window and the ocean is on your diagonal side…

Visit there daily for meet clients and get English newspaper. The staff impeccable. Only downside are loud Asian tour groups crowding lobby area. Good coffee, good Wi-Fi, always a staff smile!

Our room was really nice. Well appointed and modern. The bed was comfortable the climate control adjustable to make the condition just right. The bathroom was very nice. Daily housekeeping were efficient, the checking-in process was easy. Daily free breakfast was top notch. A good variety of cuisines to suit European Asian and Russian tastes. The hotel is only one block from the beach and has its own deck chairs on the beach for hotel guests use. The streets around the hotel are loaded with good restaurants with a good variety of cuisines.

They didn't seem to have any of the drinks that were on the menu. Got told multiple times that the drink we had ordered wasn't available. They purposefully withheld items from the menu in order to make sure we only purchased the most expensive products. I probably won't be back, to be honest. Gordon Ramsey would not be impressed, and neither was I.

Room is great, temperature is wisely adjust, you wont get too hot or too cold at the same temperature even when you are sleeping or walking around the room. However, the fan in toilet generates big noise when turned on, that makes me really annoyed. The elevator is a little bit awkward, you need to tap your room card to choose level, that's inconvenient Food is not a good point either.

This hotel should be called a night club instead. They blare absolutely horrible music from the bar on the roof. It kept us awake all night and even until the next morning. It did not stop until after 8 am. I can not believe that this place has the good reviews that it does. Maybe everybody else stayed on the lower floors and could not hear it. After 2 days I moved to Muang Thanh, which was much nicer. Unfortunately, we could still hear the horrible club music from there as well. I wish that Vietnam had proper laws to keep places like this from annoying everyone everyone around them. If you are looking for a good, quiet place to sleep. This is definitely NOT it.

Think about how You will "otdyshatsya". If from 18.00 to 24.00 on the roof of this lovely building, plays all around music. We lived in Mhuong Thanh (photo taken from the apartment above the building) and couldn't sleep till midnight with the Windows closed (couple with a child 2 years). So the owners care about their guests who live under that noisy bar… I'm Afraid I will not be mistaken that such disregard around them. It would be interesting to hear the comments of the Manager of this hotel.

Tried Indian food, potato masala. It was properly blended and was served with bread and rice.

I really like this hotel bcoz the staffs here r so helpful n friendly… I'm enjoying the foods, drinks and poolside is so cool… on 20 floor exclusive lounge is really relaxing place… the room is clean n tidy… I noticed the foreigner have too many complain about the place n complain the ppl around here… well I should say (u are paying little but asking too much… guys this is good enough of what u paying for… if u looking for exclusive service please pay more! I believe u will get what u pay! )

Good location, warm staff and excellent service. Nice interior. Swimming pool is warm so you can swim any time. Breakfasts not good, executive lounge is small and boring.

We came here to enjoy live music at roof top bar and had buffet lunch on the next day. 5 star for these both services.

I recently book another hotel and left there because of their bad services. I thought coming over here would get better services. So far everything is good, then tonight as we went down to the Bistro to eat dinner. We were rudely interrupted with bad manners making us didn't even eat there. My wife was looking at the menu on the table, a waitress rudely pushed it aside to put down the utensil. For one my wife was looking at it, the waitress could have asked my wife if she was done or excuse us so she can put down the utensil. We didn't want our dinner, but it was already started. So we paid for our dinner and brought it togo. We booked for 11 nights, which cost more than 1 thousand USD, I expected better coming from such a hotel. I hope the rest of our stay nothing worse will happen. We already for sure not going down to The Bistro again.

The hotel itself is nice enough but the service lacks here. We are backpackers that decided to get a nice hotel for our last night (we stayed in their executive room so not cheap) and this was some of the worst service we had and we have been staying in cheap hostels… first the spa never had anyone at the desk. I had to go to my room to call the spa number and no one answered all 3 times I called. When we went to check out we had paid on credit card 3 months ago in full but as I have found before booking in another country my credit card number was stolen An had to get a replacement card a month before our trip. The front desk refused to let us leave unless they refunded my full amount to the credit card that wa cancelled and I had no access to and then re charge me on my new credit card adding another service fee onto what has already been paid. They told me to "call my bank and re open my old account" so they could refund me. I told them my bank in Canada isn't open as it was 2am in Canada. The room had already been 100% paid for, they already cleaned it and we didn't owe anything for damages or the mini bar and they didn't have anything in their rules about bringing the old credit card. Very unprofessional as the manager refused to come talk to us directly they only talked on the phone to the front desk employees.

I'm going to rest in this I. Recommend! Very choosy … ;-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and very comfortable.

Good location. Nice view of the sea. Comfortable rooms. Air-conditioning system. But I wanted to put fresh air in the room and the window didn't open. Although the building is high, it may be done for security purposes.

This hotel is very well located; near the beach and in the city center. The service is good. The personnel of the swimming pool are particularly helpful. Just one peculiar point concerning the district (not the hotel) : everything is written only in Vietnamese (which is normal) and… in Russian ;-) Sometimes no English at all! As my Vietnamese is far from being 100% fluent. … I had to excavate the Russian of my youth from my memory… I don't know how other managed this surprising point.

Good value for money. Great location, our bed faced a huge full window that looks out to the sea, saw the most beautiful sunrises, the hotel is one block away from the sea and has some beach lounge chairs guests can use. Only thing is the service is not good and they kept our passports for the stay.

Had lunch here. Not many options to choose. Foods are above average. Nothing special.

Can rate only the rooftop as haven't checked the hotel rooms or other facilities but on the open terrace on the roof. A posh and newly spot for dance drink party and chill (on cozy massive sofas at the 2nd level). Awesome tapas and sweet choice of cocktails and spirits. Worth to hang out in small or large groups.

Great room, breakfast is not so good.

Hotel is fine as itself the only one problem is house keeping staff not really good to keep rooms clean. Other staff was polite and service minded.

I absolutely love the view, love the staff and the place. I couldn't have immagined the better place for our honeymoon. My husband and I are so happy.

Choose the upper floors with views of the ocean. Do not regret it. The greate Seaview from up flours.
