Great hotel, wonderful staff, good food … nice spacious rooms with big balcony!

Despite the poor service at check in by the reservation manager, there was an attempt at repair by the general manager of the hotel, which I am grateful for
professionalism. Negative points of the hotel: Gym could renew some equipment and Breakfast in which the variety of breads and pastries are inferior to other hotels in Vietnam's Accorhotels chain. The bed is also quite hard, but I had my request granted to make the mattress softer. Good hotel location, large rooms and good shower are the hotel's strengths.

It's a very nice place across the street from the beach and conveniently located to downtown. The staff are awesome.

What a beautiful place Nha Trang is. The Novotel was like home. The staff were there to make us feel welcome. Their service is a high priority. Lovely clean rooms and breakfast was outstanding. Every day we were greeted with a smile. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Loved staying at the Novotel Nha Trang. Right on the beach front — с Bev Went.

This hotel is located right in front of the beach, more or less in center of town. Although it's interior is a bit outdated it still offers a lot of value for the price I paid and the location so close to the beach is priceless. Also beach chairs and towels are offered free of charge for the hotel guests.

Get the room with the view — for Nha Trang, this is affordable, in excellent location, and has good services. Just crossed the street to get to the private beach. Best part, wake up at 430am to watch the locals setting up shops, exercise in the park, and swim in the ocean.

Fantastic friendly caring staff. Immaculately clean. Always looking after you and attending to your needs. Evening buffet is delicious so much choice just like your breakfast. Definitely book a private speedboat tour you get to see different Islands can go snorkeling and diving food and drinks included.

Dinner buffet at Nha Trang Novotel 4 stars : food is fresh, delicious. The service is good. Free beer and coca for all. If you want to try Nha Trang seafood, this place is better than other small restaurants: fresh, delicious.

Nice hotel bright clean rooms overlooking the sea and balcony. Surrounding the city. Restaurants and shops in different price range. To the sea, nicely laid out promenade with Bademölichkeit. Free lounge chairs from the hotel are available for guests.

Amazing view on the east facing rooms. Room size larger than expected not to mention a full size balcony and large bathroom. Staff were attentive and helpful, laundry was done well and fast, and breakfast was good (not amazing but acceptable). One whole floor is dedicated to an open air swimming pool, saunas, and spa which was great. Beds were super comfy and the TV in our room was a large smart TV.

Arrived here right after the dreadful hurricane. No problem with electricity or water like the other places. Very modern hotel across the beach promenade. Check in at 9pm was a breeze, got upgraded by kind Mr Thi at front desk. Rooms v. Spacious. Big reception area. Wonderful hotel, highly recommend it.

We stayed here in October 2017 in an ocean view room with breakfast included. The room was lovely & the bed was very comfortable on night 2 after they added a matress topper & supplied thinner pillows. Some noise carried through from the hallway area which has open areas the entire height of the building. Clean modern room with a modern bathroom. Staff were good. Breakfast was excellent, including Vietnamese and western options. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the tourist area and opposite the beach. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Nha Trang again, but that's highly unlikely as IMHO there are better beaches elsewhere. Russians love this place.

Very good location. Very friendly service crew. The rooms are a bit older but still in a good condition. The view from the sea side room is fantastic. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool a bit small. The fitness center is very well equipped with modern machines. I can recommend this hotel.

Tip top hotel in nha trang. A must to stay.

We had Thai's Food for lunch today. The food was exceptionally delicious. Also, had a couple of beer, it just blend in so well especially, with that Thai's spice taste.

We stayed in an ocean view room and it did not let us down. The room was spectacular! Location was perfect, close to many hot spots.

We had top class accommodation in a superior 18th floor room will uninterrupted views of the beach and extensive waterfront boulevarde to the south. Room was spacious and very well equipped. Staff were also excellent and most had excellent English-language. The hotel is very well located and there are multiple attractions, shops and restaurants within comfortable walking distance.

Hotel Novotel Nhs Trang left a very pleasant impression: very friendly staff, all clean, beautiful, good cuisine, and adapted to the Europeans, but would only like to include a little variety of dishes, because by all 10 days were the same and Dishes. Located on the first line, within walking distance of the sea. Very attentive guys: a friend had a birthday and they congratulated him, bringing him a delicious present in the form of cheesecake for breakfast, it was very nice and touching! Did nice little things in the form of fruit serving in the rooms! Probably even a small negative was that at the reception there was not a single little Russian-speaking employee, because I do not know much English, I had to strain and remember everything that I knew in English. Through trial and error, we understood each other. Now I know that I should do English after all, and they have at least a little Russian, because they have a lot of guests from Russia and not all of them are in English, which creates some problems in communication. All in all, Novotel is a huge thank you for your hospitality! I recommend not very pretentious tourists!

The Novatel Nhà Trang offers great value. Rooms are cheap compared to other beach front hotels. Service is good. We've stayed twice now for quick weekend getaways out of Ho Chi Minh City.

Was worth the price. Very poor views of the ocean and/or surrounding area. Rooms are clean (for Vietnam) with fast Wifi. All you can eat breakfast is worth it but a little limited. Location is centrally located and within a block of the ocean. All in all my girlfriend and I enjoyed the place. Maybe next time would have spent a little more on a hotel with better views.

Great being a Novotel club vacation member — we are going to join the next level up with a couple of other stays with Novotel in July the deluxe room was very nice — very spacious — staff were friendly and very attentive — loved Mr Tee down at reception — funny guy… and very helpful Very nice breakfast — great crunchy bacon… one day early afternoon by the pool your staff were stretched — poor service… trying to get a towel took 20 mins-lack of service did not match what we had experienced the day earlier, so decided not to eat pool side so went down to ground zero-the girl there was a bit new — she was finding her feet but the lunch was lovely check out was easy & we got our taxi to airport in good time… and check in was good as well — we did not take advantage of the happy hour drinks as we loved our balcony on the 11th floor and with cheaper beer/wine bought locally so we were very happy to chill on our balcony The Spa & Gym service was good as well & easy to use — we were quite satisfied with these venues.

Our 2 night stay with Novotel was brilliant. The view of the beach was breathtaking and to wake up to the sunrise every morning was truly a blessing. Thank you to Nam (of front desk) for accommodating all 10 of us and for the generous upgrades… for that, we are very thankful. We cant wait to revisit Nha Trang and you have definitely sold us on returning to Novotel. Thank you to all the house keeping staff and the bell staffing for looking after us. A big thank you to the Novotel crossing gentlemen who ensured that we were safe at all times. Will highly recommend you all to family and friends.

It was really a memorable trip to us. We checked in in the afternoon and the very next morning when we woke up, we were really impressed when seeing the sunrise from our bed. And really, many of my friends were surprisingly curious when they saw beautiful view from our balcony. I must say I were impressed by the hotel design. Also, the staff here were very friendly and thoughtful, especially the staff served on beach. Thank you for such impression and services. We hope to come visit Nha Trang again soon and definitely would stay in Novotel.

The hotel is great (4 stars). There is a gym and pool, the restaurant food is tasty. The room has everything, Wi-fi, TV with 32 channels (2 of them Russian), mini fridge, air conditioning, safe, shower great. The main advantage is that the sea is across the street and not be going away. The only thing not liked is the fact that came across a room with the best view, but it is a trifle.

A high class hotel with a very reasonable price.

I enjoyed the Spa and the pool! They are really thoughtfully designed and beautiful.
