Stayed here in room 1405. Ac made the room moist, also cold but very moist. Staff was good, English could improve but gave good recommendations. Small down side, you had to book breakfast one day in advance. Nice and quite location. Overall great stay really enjoyed ourself.

It was really an awesome accomodation to stay in. The facilities like gym and swimming pool its good as well as the jacuzzi pool. Anyway the breakfast was really not up to par, its an ala carte breakfast with limited choices.

Nice little area in Q. 3 with a bunch of shops, bars and restos nextdoor and across the street. Spacious apartments, nice little pool and sauna and gym all 24hr. Housekeeping isn't 24hrs, not even there past 9pm so that posed issues. Otherwise great service, and only 10-15 min walk to Pasteur Street.

A really fantastic hotel in a great location — an easy walk to the War remnants museum and the liberation palace. Professional staff who are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, modern and spacious rooms. Great value for money too. The restaurant of the hotel also has delicious meals. Very recommended.

Beautiful hotel, great room, and very comfortable, I loved the shower everything was clean and beautiful bedding. The staff is at the small care, located in District 3, with all it takes around, and cut off from the hustle and bustle of the city but without being too far away. People are too nice, smiling no tourists style Pattaya or Cap d'agde… Ah I forgot a laundry for your clothes and available for free at the hotel. All I can tell you is the first time I've been to Vietnam. I love Vietnam!

Very good place, modern architecture, with latest kitchen equipment (e. G. Ih). Only shower is available (no bath). Taxis can take time to catch especially in the weekend at dinner time.

5/5 for the rooms and building. Exceptionally clean and very high quality finishing including luxurious linens and bedding. I have no complaints here. But the amazingness ends there. 2/5 Service — When checking in I initially thought I had booked an executive 2 bedroom (3 nights) and when we got into our room it was a 1 bedroom so I went to the concierge to see if anything could be done. They weren’t very sympathetic at all about the situation, but did offer a 2 bedroom for a much higher rate. I originally booked this hotel because I thought it was a good price and would sacrifice location for price. It’s in district 3 so away from the city Center where everything is at. They were not willing to give any rate breaks, basically with a straight face. This is the price you want it or not. No other alternatives. I found the staff to be very cold and unwelcoming. Also this is more of a condo/apartment style living so if you are expecting a hotel type experience. It’s not. Forgot to mention I had also booked another room for my parent for 3 nights as well. So we were spending a lot of money there but zero empathy whatsoever from the staff. 1/5 Complimentary breakfast included for 2. Don’t even bother. It’s not buffet style. It’s rather a set menu that you choose from and the food is awful. Just plain awful. The service is non existent.

The room was OK, the location was good but if you want to have their housekeeping service you have to take the initiative to ask them by yourself ==… The food was good tho.

A place I definitely recommend. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment for a couple of days and I loved it! A warm welcome, helpful and understanding staffs. I loved the interior design and the swimming pool, just perfect to relax after a busy day.

Amazing serviced apartment in the middle of Saigon, stayed here for a week. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool area is a welcome facility after a long day of sightseeing. Overall a top-notch serviced apartment with super friendly staff and excellent facilities.

I chose this hotel for my stay in HCMC last week. This hotel actually does locate in a quiet area as described in the website. The room is perfect, I loveee the bedsheet, so soft. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Though there is no travel booth, their knowledge about the city and there suggestions are great. Definitely gonna come back here.

So far, this is one of the best hotels/places I've stayed in Ho Chi Minh. It's not too close to the hustle and bustle of the city but it's not that far either. SILA Urban is also surrounded by restaurants and there are people ready to haul a cab whenever you want. The place has a very nice looking restaurant and the pool made it look more chic. The sauna and steam room are to die for and the Jacuzzi is something to behold after a long stressful day traveling.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The apartment is quite new and the interior is modern. There is a full kitchen equipped with a washing machine/dryer (and of course iron/ironing board), so you can easily do your laundry. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, as it is perfectly located in district 3 — with really good restaurants nearby and the war museum located only a few hundred meters away. Took us about 30 min to (slowly) walk down to the river in district 1. The service was impeccable and we even got to check out as late as 6 PM the day we left.

My first time here but the experience is beyond expectation. They have a small kitchen if you need to make a small meal. Spacious room with top notch interior furnishing and design. Superior gym and pool facilities. Most importantly value for money at USD80++ per night. Service is good and I'll definitely come back again.

Stayed from Feb 06 to Feb 15, 2017. Beautiful, stylish, simple but elegant decorated room, very clean room with a nice bathroom. Locate at District 3, Saigon City. Outstanding front desk employees, very polite and courteous. They have a remarkably good command of English. Overall, It's an excellent hotel for the price and services. Will stay again next time when visiting Vietnam.

It is a new hotel very close to the most interesting places of Ho Chi Min. Spacious rooms with kitchenette. The staff is very friendly and has a great restaurant. Highly recommended.

Newly inaugurated modern well equipped apartment style hotel. Has a nice pool and bar area along with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The reception desk team are also very approachable and friendly and help you with local needs. The independence palace and war remnant museum is 10 min walk away. Some lovely coffee shops are around the area and Ben Than area is a 15 to 20 min walk away. Taxis are easily available from this area.

After years of no holiday this was such a great experience of staff professionalism that we have now already planned to return. We were met on arrival by the general manager our apartment was spotless and a very much comfortable size and everything on hand needed, Once settled in we enjoyed a enjoyable meal in the restaurant, we will be making this our first stop on our return to Vietnam.
