You can hear the occupants very clearly through the walls of the hotel. The hotel also looks very tired and needs up dating. Very friendly staff though.

Good experience checking in. It's a good location. Only challenge is bad traffic if you have an early flight out but they can pre pack breakfast and help you call for a cab too. I got a free upgrade to a VIP room as well. Loving the hospitality so far.

A nice and cozy place for both business and family travelling. Comfortable, clean and all no smoking rooms. The choice of breakfasts menu is little bit less. Good, charming, smiling staff always ready to help you with pleasure.

The Aristo Saigon Hotel, situated in Ho Chi Minh, is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spotless and well appointed, the bar area is good with a long happy hour session daily and the buffet breakfast, on the ninth floor dining area, is a very selection of food. Over all I liked staying here at Aristo, very much, and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

Hotel staff able to speak good English and Chinese language. The room is nice and clean. Do note the restaurant is on the top 9 floor, need to climb up one story as the lift only go up to level 8. On noise The room on the 8 floor would heard noise from the event in the ballroom after 9am and sometime still able to noise from the busy Saigon traffic outside. On location The within 1 to 2 km from local tourist attractions and many western and local foods in the area. Able to get taxi from the counter staff easy. On breakfast buffet, their food serve was good, just inform waitress for tea or coffee they would pour for you. The Buffet food selection seem to change daily. Stay for two days different food served. On spa, unfortunately got no time to visit the spa service in the hotel. The room and bathroom is quite big too.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, everything was in working condition. Plenty of hot water. I can't remember breakfast really, but the service was excellent. There's welcoming drinks and snacks. Hotels staffs are very helpful. Each room has an umbrella for guests. And, it's surprisingly close to the city center. It's within walking distant to a lot of restaurants, parks, tourist areas, etc… Their room safe/lock box was quite glitchy. I didn't bother to use it after a few hiccups. I didn't get to use the gym, but they need to add more workout machines in their tiny gym/pool area.

Rooms are tidy and well kept with decent pressure in the shower. Buffet breakfast had good variety. Only negative is there is no pool only large swim spa, and bar is downstairs in lobby with no view.

Ok. Close to the Cathedral and the turtle roundabout. No swimming pool but a nice Jacuzzi.

Good price and location but not real 4 star quality.

Had a very pleasant stay here! The AC was cold, the breakfast was a great mix between western and vietnamese food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with scales to weigh our bags and helped book busses to the next city. Great location, in walking distance to pubs and restaurants Wi-Fi is a little spotty, but no big deal! Thanks for a great stay!

Good stopover Hotel at a reasonable price in downtown Saigon 10 mn from the Central Post Office.

Really great hotel. Good customer service. They even upgraded my room! :) It's very clean and spacious. Lovely bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of foods! Definitely worth a stay!

In the middle of the city. High rise business hotel. Don't expect a garden or pool. Good breakfast. Clean and large rooms. The safe box in the room didn't work. But rest of the amenities were okay.

The rooms were a little dark but the service was nice and the location was perfect. Breakfast was the best we had in hotels in Vietnam so far.

A very good hotel with nice cooperative staff and they are always ready to support and help you in all possible ways. Ms Voung has always been helpful from date of first interaction to finalize the room rate till end day when we where having some problem during our visit to Vietnam. This hotel will always be our first choice for our stay in Vietnam. Their morning breakfast is also very good.

A the star hotel. Need in my room was sagging in between. Which when informed in the night, they tried to change it, but due to some issues couldn't, hence they have us 2 mattresses each of 12" height. Very courteous and good staff and eager to help. Good spread for breakfast… Great for the price.

Really nice hotel in District 3, our room is a good size and very quiet at night. Breakfast is the best I have had for a very long time, the selection and quality is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Hotel is within walking distance of the Post Office, Notre Dame, Reunification Place and the War Remnants Museum, so no need to pay for Tours.

The hotel is in a very good spot for the main HCM tourist attractions, all in walking distance if you can gather the nerve to cross the roads. The hotel itself is clean the food is good for breakfast and the staff are some of the most helpful and welcoming I’ve ever met.

Absolutely awesome staff. Great location for us as 1st time visitors. Handy to Pasteur St and many great local restaurants.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. My room was large as was the bathroom. I took advantage of the very reasonable laundry/dry cleaning service. My laundry was picked up and returned the same day — hung neatly in my closet.
Very nice buffet breakfast. Centrally located.
I was there doing the rainy season and a very nice touch was that they left a very sturdy and large umbrella in my bedroom for my personal use during the time I was staying at the hotel. I was really impressed The staff immediately came to greet us with their huge umbrellas when we returned to the hotel and were caught in an impromptu rain shower. Very impressed with the staff.

Well located, the staff is really helpful. Breakfast was a mix from Vietnamese and European food. Room was nice and clean. Taxi to the airport costs around 120 000 VND. The Travel Information was a bit so/so and not too helpful.

It's located in district 3. Very well placed around many attraction. Good staff. Overall a nice place to stay!

The hotel is in a fairly central location, the staff are very helpful and friendly. As for noise we havnt been disturbed at all. Yes the rooms are small but we are in a major city like london. Clean room good breakfast no complaints.

Nice 4 stars hotel in HCM city. The location is near to Notre Dame Cathedral (5-10 mins by walk). Breakfast is good, offer many kinds of foods and also fruits. It also has jacuzzi. I had a problem with my room on my first night, but the hotel manager handle it very well. If you take Vinasun taxi to the airport at night, it will cost around VND 105K.

Customer service (especially the bell boy Tan Nhat) was truly excellent and considerate, helping me carry my luggage and coming out to greet us in the rain with an umbrella. The manager Hai was also very kind. Overall a very satisfied experience. Thank you very much! We will come back again some day!

We liked the location because of all the running around we had planned. The English speaking staff were helpful, pleasant and professional. The room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained. The Aristo was a good value for our short visit to HCMC.

I had a bad experience about the staff manner. Last week, I forgot my snack at the hotel, actually my friend gave it to me, so I asked them to keep it for me. And then, when my friend got it back from the hotel, it was opened and eaten a little bit. I did send them an email to ask the truth about this story, but I've been ignored. I'm still wondering about the staff manner. I personally think this is a basic thing that hotel staff should have had. I stay here many times, but I consider not to stay at this hotel anymore. If you hear me now, please reply my email that I sent to you. Ignorance from you can enhance the angriness.

My stay at Aristo hotel is one of the best thanks to the manager Mr. Hai and Ms. Trinh they are amazing. The workers at the Aristo hotel work very hard to make sure the environment stays clean and healthy. Love the positive attitude that I am always greeted with. My next stay would definitely be at the Aristo hotel.

The hotel was very good value for money and the room was very good.

We received a very professional welcome with a glass of very refreshing fruit juice.
It is a small clean hotel in a pretty busy little street not far from the mall and restaurants the room is clean with a shower cubicle in the bathroom.
No access for people with disabilities as there are staircase steps in front of the entrance, breakfast is on the ninth floor without the elevator, you have to take the elevator up to the eighth floor and climb to the ninth by the stairs.

We stayed in the hotel at room 703 for 3 days and 2 nights. Room is great and spacious enough. Staffs are friendly and great location for tourists. Notre Dame Cathedral, War Remnants Museum, Behn Tahn Market, Saigon Square and Reunification Palace are all walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

We were booked here by our tour company and it is the weakest of the 5 we stayed in during our Vietnam trip. Good proximity to downtown HMC and the rooms were clean and newly updated. Breakfast was adequate, and staff were good, but air conditioning did not respond to settings and the hallways were awful. Hallways were filthy with humid smoke from the outside, and the carpets looked like they had not been even vacuumed in quite some time, with shampooing or replacement needed. The gym and all its windows were similarly covered in a dusty smoke. Also the elevator has a mean streak with its doors. Also, had to ask for bathroom soap, and on our second visit somehow no longer had a 2-bed room, though our tour company had reserved it. Internet was fine in first visit, but on second visit was patchy.

The room is dusty and with fungus smell. Housekeeping could be better.

Staff could not have been more unpleasant. A smile, however insincere, would have been nice. Rooms weren't ready on arrival. This seemed to be common practice in this establishment. After 8 hours I had to demand I was given a room. The large, potentially grand room I eventually got, showed signs of damp. The breakfast was cold, and the staff, who had apparently been to the same charm school as the reception staff, could not grasp the concept of lighting the heaters. Whilst the location is good, I am sure there are other hotels equally well positioned. All in all, one to avoid.

Decent hotel for a reasonable price. Lived there with my wife 2 days. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Pleased with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is a bit worse than usual, but I was placed on a solid 4. The most important thing is the location. 10 minutes from Notera de Saigon and chapters. Pochtampe that are not just about worth a look. 20 minutes walk to the promenade, along the way you will pass the war Museum, theatre, many restaurants and shops. I advise everyone to this hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance from the centre of Hoshimina and the city's main attractions and shopping centers. Stayed there only one night but no complaints there. However, if you need a hotel with good views, swimming pool and Spa salons, you are not here. If you the whole day wandering around the city, and in the room at night, then you will like it. The breakfasts are good.
