Rooms are clean but hotel is not good. Breakfast is terrible, location isn't very central and none of the facilities it claims to have like a garden or a fitness room. Don't even think the spa actually exists. Tv is awful and barely works. Hotel Made the unbareable Ho Chi Minh city even worse. Safe to say I'll never to be back and certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Only certain rooms are up to standard. We got 30 plus rooms for our guests, the first batch of rooms are nice and cozy (higher level rooms). The later batch of rooms had quite a few issues… bathroom clog, non-functioning aircond and broken safe, presence of cockroaches just to name a few. Do check the conditions of the room. Location is fairly good. Near a small shopping mall (Sai Gon shopping mall) and a big supermarket with controlled price (Coop Mart Cong Quynh)

Very nice and clean. The bellman is helpful too.

Hotel located at the bottom of a hallway resembling a garage. Friendly staff We had dinner immediately after our arrival and were greeted by a worm in the salad of the insides. Rest of the fair meal. Suitcases allowed for abandonment in front of the chamber door (unacceptable). Quality of the room acceptable for a three star. Cleanliness of the imperfect sheets (spot of blood visible in the foot of bed). I do not recommend this hotel.

Location It was provided to us for free for one night "Vietnamese airlines", because there was a long night docking. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. No Wi-Fi. Shows the Russian first channel. Breakfast buffet with a large selection of food.

Sev Viet Hotel is a nice place. A home away from home!

Can maintenance, poorly realized work, very average breakfast in quality.

Worst hotel. Stole stuff and said police doesnt work on weekends so we cant make a police report. After insisting on it, went to police station, police and staff keep communicating in their own language and laugh…

Great location and clean hotel staff are really nice.

Good service, nice room and delicious breakfasts.

Couldn't even let a family sleep together without splitting them up and making us pay for another room. Intruded our room in the middle of the night. Will never come here again.

Nice hotel frequented for health department trainings.

I put 5 stars because for the price, everything is perfect. The room is large and well furnished. As in all the hotels we have done in Vietnam, everything is provided, toothbrush, comb, cotton swab, soap etc.

Locate in Center of HCM, Location wise with adequate and just right accommodation.
