Every year I hitchhike here. Nice Hotel and not too expensive. Close to the airport and not too far from the city center. Disappointed this year by a pipe problem.

Beautifull hotel in the heart of Saigon. Luxery rooms very good service and a very good inside restaurants. Will visit again on my next trip to HCMC.

The hotel has a very sweet staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. I'd recommend it to any budget traveller that wants to visit a Saigon. The rooms are not five star, they are four stars, really three and a half to a westerner. The location is no where you'd want to be but you can taxi to any major spot in town for about $2.50 usd. This is the downside to this choice, so choose cautiously. Overall, I'd stay there again, but I am happier in the way more expensive hotels in District 1.

Even though the hotel is not luxorious, it is amazing! It is extreamly clean and the personal is very hospital. It has a nice swimming pool, great food, close to center. We realy enjoyed our stay there.

Got stuck here when our flight was cancelled. Nice enough place I guess but pointless, rigid rules and policies made it a frustrating night.

Shocking Experience. Desk Staff and The Duty Manager said My Vietnamese GF could not stay overnight. She was only allowed to stay til 10pm. My request to speak to the Hotel Manager was denied on three requests. The Duty Manager said two non married Vietnamese or Foriegners could stay together. But not an unmarried VN with a foreigner. The Duty Manager — Tran Lu Kim Ngan would not deviate from the Discriminatory Hotel Policy. I have recently stayed at two previous hotels in Vietnam with My GF, without a problem. One the previous weekend — Edenstar is also a 4 Star Hotel. My long term 2 star hotel is just a kilometer down the road. Never had a problem. I checked back with My 2 star hotel manager. He agreed this was a case of discrimination. Shocking treatment by Staff. Certainly not a 4 Star Hotel in terms of Policy or treatment of Customers. I booked the hotel for 2 nights for My Birthday. I have been travelling non stop for 2 years. Extremely Poor Customer Service.

Very old restaurant, hair dryer is like something that was only in the 80. There's a casino in there, and everything else is good.

I just a walk in customer to Ramana hotel another night in state of drunk. But the hotel's manager Minh, He was treated me so rude, and showed me with a contemptuous attitude. I was paid more then two millions vnd to get hotel room, because I couldn't go any father. If I were him, I should calm down customer, try to understand what's happened. But he did opposite. He was grinned me at first time and I gave him back with a bad attitude. Now I now why you hotel has 3.7 star reviews on Google search engine. Good look Minh.

Hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The bathrooms have both bathtub and shower.

The breakfast is good, they serve various kinds of western and oriental food. The coffee is also good. The room is good as well.

First up, most of the staff are wonderful. The restaurant food is extremely delicious and caters for all palates. Room service, pool, spa, bar etc. All the above rate 4 stars. The rooms are clean and spacious but are showing wear due to age. 2.5 stars. Unfortunately, our deluxe room had a lighting problem and kept me awake all night. Reception manager was very apologetic but one of his staff just sniggered and walked off when I complained. For this I rate 1.5 stars.
