Rooms are clean, bathroom too. Staff was nice. Breakfast was quiet good. We stayed here for 2 nights and we are content about this hotel. I recommend!

Location is great. Breakfast spread was good and the views are fantastic. I found the staff to be lacking in customer service skills due to a few reasons such as I returned one afternoon to find the front desk staff blaring their personal music, in no attempt did they try to turn it off or greet me the lady just kept chatting to the other Male staff member that was there, another reason was you would need to contact the staff several times before having a request followed through and their general attitude when asked a question or asked for help was rather rude. This observation included staff across all sections of the hotel including the front desk staff to the kitchen staff and the staff doing maintenance, this could be due to the maturity and inexperience of the staff as most seemed fairly young or the language barrier as numerous staff seemed to struggle to understand what you were saying. The hotel its self is quite nice until you get to the rooms. Rooms are very out dated, the mattresses are as hard as rock which is across every room we discovered when we requested an up grade and Wi-Fi continuously drops out forcing you to sit down at the lobby for decent reception. Reading others reviews I never would have chosen to stay here but this hotel was part of a tour I had booked. Over all, this is not what I would expect from a 3 star hotel, it did not compare to the other 3 star hotels we had stayed at for our 14 day tour of Vietnam.

Hotel was very pleasant and staff we're very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were great. Selection of fresh fruit, cerial, hot and cold dishes. Bacon or sausage with freshly cooked eggs and omelette's. Alwsys a selection of Vietnamese dishes as well. Coffee and teas and fruit juices. If anyone goes hungry it's their own fault. Always good and enough to eat. Great veriaty. Great tastes of Vietnam. Always fresh. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Nice, not bad Hotel and helpful staff. Close to anything max 15 min walk to Bui Vien or 10 min walke to Skydeck.

Love the hotel… very conveniently located to shopping area & historical sites… loved the staff for making our stay there awesome.

Room was good however skip the restaurant, poor selection at breakfast and we actually walked out of the restaurant after ordering dinner as my husband's food was inedible, fried so much it was shriveled and dry.

Asked for an upgraded room with a window before arriving and were very pleased with the room we got. The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely stay and the breakfasts were great.

The rooms are disgusting! So dirty and hair all over the bathroom and the towels are not even clean! The only good thing about this hotel is its location and friendly staff. Im not sure why this hotel is a 3

Handy to lots. Staff were very helpful and kind. Hall ways by lifts looked very tired. Room was good Fresh linen every day. Breakfast included in our deal was excellent. Good range and always 3 fruits.

It placed near to other tourists attractions and shopping areas. The staff are accommodating and friendly. They help their guest in as much as they can in order to for their guests to make the most of their stay in the hotel and their vacation in vietnam.

Quite a convenient, comfortable and affordable place to stay for a few days to visit Hi Chi Minh City (Saigon). Slightly off the busy part of the city and yet near enough to access all the interesting and busy places on foot.

Is close to the popular tourist destinations, walking distance. Room had no window, strange shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food as good.

Book a room with a window unless you dont mind the damp smell. Very nice restaurant on the top floor with an excellent buffet breakfast. Close to the market and the " new town" if you feel like getting your sanity back from the hustle and bustle a few blocks away.

Rooms are ok but odd in that there's no windows. We had three rooms and everyone are different in set up and size. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom a little small though.

Our stay here was pleasant, staff were friendly and helpful. The 10th floor was great for drinks out on the deck watching the world go by.

A good hotel with access to food and shopping options.

A big thank you to all the staff. I was kindly helped every time I left the building as I have a disability. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All staff went out of their way to assist with bookings of tours and directions. I would have no hesitation in booking here again.

The customer service is great and a perfect location however the bed was ROCK hard and when we mentioned it to staff they came a put an extra blanket on top which did nothing. Food was good though.

Their roof restaurant is a fabulous place to have breakfast overlooking HCM.

Spend one night at the hotel. Pretty convenient and clean. Nice and well furnished rooms and good service. Was pleasantly surprised to get an early check in within 30 min when we arrived at 10 plus am. Was initially worried that the place will be noisy but the rooms were generally quiet and I had a good night sleep.
Hotel is generally near to places of interest and the best part is that is it is just next door to a convenience store to store up cheap food items and drinks. :)

Needed to change rooms twice because the air conditioner was broken. Breakfast was pretty good and has a nice view of the city. The location was great.

Reception staff not accommodating or helpful, location is good. Rooms are nice, breakfast area way too small to accommodate all guests. But breakfast is very adequate. 1 star because of staff at reception who were to the point of rude and not helpful.

Hotel near Ben Thanh market and provide great services. I checked in in the evening time and the receptionist speak out my name when I just stepped in through the door. Very warm welcome.
