It was a convenient place to stay, clean, and had all the basic necessities. Though it was on the 4th floor, there was a lift.
The place was within 2km walking distance of the Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum, Walking Street, Train Street, Notre Dam Cathedral and Saigon Post Office.
Since it is a loft apartment, the bedroom is accessible by a flight of stairs and may not be convenient for some older people.
There is a communal laundry area on the terrace. There is also a laundromat just opposite the building.
Fresh water is provided for bottle refills on the ground floor, so no need to purchase water.

One of the best stays of our trip so far.
Our apartment was on the 4th floor and had a nice balcony with a view. The building is located near many restaurants, cafes, parks and the main shopping area. It's also a few minutes walk from the Central Market and a nice underground market. The flat was very comfortable and well kept. We were provided with everything we needed for our one-week stay. The building also has a great rooftop terrace and a communal laundry area, which we thought was very handy. Fresh water is provided for bottle refills on the ground floor, so no need to buy new bottles every day. The loft is cleaned every other day and both host and housekeeper were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate/reach out to.

Can't fault it. Was perfect for us as a couple. Free laundry a big bonus. The terrace on the roof was nice to have a drink from. Rooms had everything you could need and the bed was comfortable. Also the first smart TV we have had in the whole of S. E. A! So was great to sit and watch some YouTube on the comfy couch. Location was perfect too.
