I booked at special price. Facilites and staffs attitude is not good as much as other renaissance. It is just hotel for 100 usd. No more worth than this. Restaurant and fitness Staffs are rude and cleaning staff even skipped to clean my room. It is just ok for 100 usd. But location is the best in town.

I have been here five times in 15 months. Overall the service is very good and staff friendly. Exercise room is clean. Wifi works well. The 18th floor club lounge is convenient. Restaurant is good with a good local banmi. Pickup service at the airport is good: usually the same smiling guy with a good clean car, and he drives well. At the front desk, little touches like the candy rotation every day are nice, although the banana flavoured ones are the best. Front desk staff speak English well enough to ensure no issues. I have colleagues who come here way more often than I do and they also agree this is a good hotel.

Location is incorrect… it actually faced the river and a couple door down from the Renaissance Riverside Hotel. There is NO swimming pool… room is roomy, Wi-Fi not as strong, room is clean.
